Suddenly no genuine Windows. No installation code to activate.
On 2 February, microsoft decided suddenly my windows was not authentic, it only allowed restricted access. It's after 3 or 4 years of owning the laptop which has vista pre-installed. Duly, I followed the instructions and re-entered my code but the guarded 0xC004f050 error message reappear. I then phone activation but at the point of installation code, I have spaces, there is no figures. Has been updated through different departments, the line was cut.
So after talking to the team of real profit today, I was invited to
send you this photo to help re - activate windows.
Just to recap everything. I've had the computer for about 3 years, all
a sudden Saturday, windows would not start only asked me to activate.
I tried to activate by phone, but I had no installation code, it's just n? t
on the screen, there was an empty space.
If the technician put me through to help you today, you were
closed on weekends and you asked for a photo of the faded tile.
It is the best quality I can get.
Now, I wanted to add that I tried today? There is only a single digit/letter
absent from the thumbnail, it rubbed off after 3 years of use.
So I thought, why not try to guess what it is? that's what I
have? etc.
I tried every number from 1 to 9, and then all the letters A - Z, all
Not valid?
But when I tried the 'T', he said not invalid, it said error code
0xC004F050.
What is a clue to the problem? Whatever it is, I want this to be resolved
a.s.a.p..
I did a system restore and it left me in windows, but it happened
again now and cela cannot continue.
My phone number is *.

Not impressed at all, I must have rung technical support 20 times on this subject
problem, it has been repeated since February 2. Each time, they
put me in a different Department through and I get nowhere.
I really thought, when you guys asked for a picture and showed a bit of
the knowledge that you could finally be people to address this issue.
At the end of the day, all you are doing tells me to start this
ridiculous about the whole process again.
How about someone sounds to me to help with this issue? I'm tired of having
for so many phone numbers, I spent at least an extra $ 30 euros on my
phone this month trying to resolve this issue.
I think that it's all really a big scam to get innocent people to buy another
product key, because at the end of the day, it is easy to make the
fixed a problem.

Thanks for the details of the time - this means that I could actually find the first error recorded, which was a

error (after a reboot)?
Unfortunately, the system log file is not go back that far :(
Research in the application log reveals that it was shortly after that the system reported errors in disk - they are taken into account in the subsequent CHKDSK report where a large number of errors have been corrected, but one the system reports bad sectors.
Maybe this is a sign that the hard drive is dying. (especially since a CHKDSK earlier don't report any bad sectors)
You should back up your data to external storage and consider replacing the hard drive and using a clean reinstall.

All of a sudden not genuine Windows 7 OEM
Windows 7 Home Edition Premium, OEM
Have been running this copy of Windows for years, I am running a cloned disk because my original HD failed. All the time that I started to have problems with the original drive that I started to have the popup that my copy of Windows is not genuine, so I think I might have some corrupted files and no idea how fix it. When I right click on my computer and look at the properties, it says that Windows is turned on... but I get the popup.
Report of the diagnostic tool, it lists a bunch of files 'doctored '... I have no idea how this could happen:

I have a genuine Windows 7 Acer machine. All of a sudden, I started getting the message above after owning it for a number of years. I have read the discussions relating to this and downloaded the tool of diagnosis and am (as described in other posts) from this new thread to solve my problem. The diagnostic tool gave me the following result (obtained by clicking 'Copy' tab of the Diagnostic tool Windows). Your help in solving this problem is greatly appreciated.

Original title: Installation of Windows 7 error Code: 0xc0000221
I am trying to install Windows 7 home premium 32 bit on a blank hard drive. When I try to install it, I get the error:
File: \windows\system32\drivers\adpahci.sys
Status: 0xc0000221
Windows cannot load a critical driver is missing or damaged.
This is a new real installation disc.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Hello
Please contact Microsoft Community.
What is the brand and model of the computer?
I suggest you use the Bootrec.exe tool in the recovery Windows (WINRE) environment to troubleshoot and repair the Boot Configuration data.
Hope this information helps.

The Windows 7 Installation failed, error code: 0 x 80070017
I own a legal copy of DVD of Windows 7 64-bit. I'm trying to reinstall it on my computer, which, for the time being, has no operating system installed, but 13% of expanding windows files, I always get the following error message:
Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupted or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0 x 80070017
What is the problem, how can I fix it? Is my Windows 7 disc damaged?
If you have downloaded Windows 7 and it burned a DVD test burn again at the slowest speed possible. It is also possible the download may have errors, you can try to download it again.
If you have several hard drives remove all except the one that you install Windows 7, and then replace it after Windows 7 is installed.
Disconnect all external devices except the keyboard and mouse before installing.
If using a video card and the computer has integrated video use and remove the video card.
Unplug the computer from the internet, if you have wireless disable.
RAM (memory) - reduce the amount of RAM. 1 GB if 32-bit installation, 2 GB for 64-bit, then replace RAM if the upgrade was successful. If you added new RAM make sure it is also compatible.
Windows 7 installation disc does not
Just a few troubleshooting steps to see if the drive is bad or if the DVD player is bad:
If you have another DVD player available try to use this drive in your computer instead.
If you have another computer available, try the disc of Windows 7 by using this computer and see if it can read the disc, or if the disc cannot be read and is bad.
In addition, if you purchased the retail version of Windows 7 try to put in the other disk of type bit of the Windows 7 disc and see if it works properly.
If you cannot start Windows 7 installation disc, your computer can boot from other bootable disks?

Windows 7 installation error code 0 x 80070017
OK so here is my story... My computer was working very slow so I thought after two years of hardcore use, it was time to restore it and went in the menu of windows 7 on the wiped installation disc the drive clean after saving my files. Now it will not install 7 so I put XP on it to see if it would help it so I could install 7 on it, but it will not install. Your help is appreciated...
Original title: error code 0 x 80070017 Windows 7.
Hi Shane,
Error 0 x 80070017 means that files that are copied from the disc are not making it to the hard drive with the same structure, which means that the 'original' files on the drive are modified/changed/corrupted while being copied to the location of the 'destination' on your hard drive during installation. This usually means the installation media has been corrupted or the player can not read the DVD.
I suggest to create a USB key with the installation files and then install it. You can see the video in the article how to create a USB installation media.

You can refer to the suggestion provided by Kevin Hau on May 11, 2010 in the following link.

I recently received a message that my computer is not running genuine Windows. The product activation code is now missing from the computer. I had the computer for two years and I'm a product of the case but no way Code to enter as there is no "Acivate Windows option available". In addition, just slui.exe tells me that he didn't and to communicate with the gateway manufacturer. Any suggestions?

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps. and probably more in the future.
If you already have the cc desktop application and you need to update your adobe id, log out and then back to your client application using the adobe id to pay for your subscription in cc: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
