  Because the Microsoft Answers forum does not ask for any type of information system when a new question is asked so we don't know anything about your system.  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

  Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

  Provide information on your system, the better you can:

  What is your system brand and model?

  What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

  The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

  You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

  Do you see that you think not you should see and when you see it?

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  Googling a bit (very little) reveals that the file wzcsldr2.exe or wzcsldr3.exe belongs to a kind of device from D-link wireless connected to your system.

  Fact that sound familiar and you have something like this installed?

  If Yes, then I would get the page Support D-Link and find the latest driver for any device you use and install it.  You may need to first uninstall your device running - I'm sure they must have instructions and tips for the procedure.

  They also have an active Support Forum where you can post your problem/question to see if people there can help you get there.  There is already some discussion in the forums about the problems you describe, but since we know absolutely nothing about your system, you should probably take it yourself.

  I found a few other ideas through Googling, but I don't like some of the ideas I've read and if you stuff worked before, what do you think has changed since the last time it worked correctly?  Did you update or reinstall your device from D-Link or drivers, lately?

  Remember to make changes to the computer before that happened?

  Looks like the problem is hardware or software related, I suggest you follow the below mentioned steps below to refine the question

  Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

  If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

   

  Step 2: Put the computer to boot to determine which program is causing the problem

  Follow step 1 in the link below,

  How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

  If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

  Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

  I hope that my explanations are comprehensible.

  To detect if part of a layer is not in the window display (by which I assume you mean not within the limits of the model) you can calculate the current dimensions of your layer by first finding its width and its height and multiplying by (scale/100); then using the layer position and anchor point, you could say if the layer has been moved. Such as:

  layerWidthPostScale = layerWidth * (scale.x / 100)

  layerHeightPostScale = layerHeight * (scale.x / 100)

  If (abs (Position.x - AnchorPoint.x) > ((compWidth-layerWidthPostScale) / 2) |)   ABS (Position.y - AnchorPoint.y) > ((compHeight-layerHeightPostScale) / 2)) {}

  Part of the layer is outside the limits of the model

  This will work with solids and the layers of images. Not sure about the text or the shape of fine layers, or a layer hidden unless you can find the bounding boxes. Even in this case it may not be enough if you are looking for a pixel solid being inside or outside.

Even if I try to drag into place with the selection tool (I'm not using the direct Selection tool) points will always be a little off (but not as bad as pushing it). I've tried everything. I use Illustrator for a dozen years and have never had this problem. I'm very fluent with it, but I can't understand why this is happening. I'll link an image file to illustrate my question. • COM3 showing in Device Manager but not in the list of printer port

  I have a Datamax Allegoro printer that uses a USB series converter. The poster converter as installed correctly (in devices and Device Manager) and received COM3.

  When I go to change the player of the printer to use the COM3 port, it is not in the list. How can I get the COM port appears in the list of printer ports?

  Note: this port was already there, but anyway when I was working on some of the settings (I changed the adapter to use COM1 temporarily as a test, then when I went to change it back, it was gone). I tried to uninstall the driver for the adapter and then re-install again, it did not work.

  Use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

• Video and audio tracks do not go down together EVEN when linked selection is checked!

  I'm sure it's something really simple, but I just can't understand. And there's a button or option I checked because it didn't use to do a few days ago.

  Basically, I have a clip on the timeline that has a video and an audio track. I want to move the clip until the next video track, but I want the audio down to the next audio track too. Currently, it does not. Only the video file goes to the next track and the audio clip remains in the same way. How can I fix that while however many tracks I'm moving the video audio goes down by the same number of titles?

  These are two separate movements in Premiere Pro. Don't forget that most of the people usually need not pass audio when moving video to other tracks.

  Hmm. Have you tried to get your friend or someone connect to your Samsung Smart TV?  It does seem like your Macbook or the cable are the issue.

  Edit: actually re read your post. I think that to see the option detect go to Preferences > poster under view press on and hold down the option key. bottom right, it should appear.

• Can not install the display on my Satellite U400-13D driver

  Since 5 days ago, I got a new Toshiba Satellite U400-13 t, and I have restored it to get a clean Windows Vista. Everything is ok, but I just have a problem with the display driver Intel. It was downloaded from the Toshiba web site.

  But your code snippet to your a times-news-block-Instance (WNBI) does not show that you save the current record so you can return to it after the call to pkg1.atlease_one_selected ().  I would move your code from your when-box-changed that captures the CURSOR_RECORD and put it in your function as "atleast_one_selected".

  I recommend that look you into other options for recording if a box is checked, rather than going to the block and loop lines..., it is extremely inefficient.  If you do not use a group (by the previous article I listed) record, you can use a calculated field to the place.  If your item checkbox is set to 1 or 0 - you can perform a text-to-speech function to calculate the selected check boxes.  Then your fuction (atlease_one_selected) will simply have to check if the value of your calculated field is greater than 0. If you need to know 'who' record has a check mark, then I would use the record group.
