Or do I need to buy these separately three elements to make this work? And if yes, are you easy to install and can anyone recommend something good, but also low-cost as possible.

  Your built in FaceTime, camera is sufficient. This is the idea. outdoor cameras are mostly a thing of the past. If the internal webcam is broken, an external is always an option repair vs.
