  Thank you, based on the information you provided... the p2015 is not taken care of with ePrint. That's why whenever you send a print job for printing, the printer responds with error messages and you have to pick up then power cycle the computers can be printed successfully on it.

  If you want to start mobile printing, then you will need to upgrade to a new printer with function ePrint. Depending on your price range, the new m277 is a nice little printer and has this ability.

  I replaced the DC controller and get the same failure.

  The SAP is the built-in webserver, built into the printer.  To find this you need the printer IP address (something like 192.168.1.11).  Enter the IP address of your browser and it will open the built-in Web server.  The homepage of the SAP will be different tabs to get to other pages of EWS.

  You should be able to find the IP address of the façade, or by printing a Network Setup page.

I recommended that they file a complaint.

  This forum focuses on the level of consumer products.  For the Designjet that you can have better results, post in the forum HP Designjet here, this is where the Designjet experts hang out.

  I used very old cartridges (five to ten years late) eBay on my Designjet 650 c with some success.  This old Designjet cartridges with print head built into the supply of ink and tends to be more forgiving of old (and usually thickened) ink - if the cartridge is not working properly, it can be replaced.  In newer Designjet models, like the Designjet 5550 you mention, supplies the ink and print heads are separated and there is a significant amount of plumbing to deal with.  These models are more sensitive to the problems with the old supplies, when there is a risk of thickened ink clog plumbing or the print head.  My guess is that a year too old stuff are probably not a problem, but supplies of 2006 are probably asking for trouble.

After 100% on the last screen of the stage becomes black and restarts. As his departure upward, it goes to a black screen and it says something about registry 0/621 or so then he load some files. THEN it goes black again and restart once more.

  This time, it goes to the screen similar to where it puts up-to-date, except it says return update, and then my windows loads very well.

  It's a constant loop and I really need help. I tried the system restore, but I had not all dates really old to restore, and the older that I could do has not solved the problem.

  Again, any help would be appreciated. ^_^

  A problem: I got to printing problems recently. Sometimes I can turn the printer power off, turn it on, push a few buttons, go to the print queue, push a little button and it will print as if by magic.  And, I get a message that says "unrecognized device" when I turn on the PC.

  Two problem: now, the message box alternates "Ready" with "low supplies" and nothing prints.  There are a lot of black ink, but the colors seem to be empty or almost empty.   Do you need all four cartridges have ink before it will print.

However, it seems strange to me, that if I committed the same RMA number, because there are chassis, I wouldn't so no chassis to commit any future this RMA.

  I have the theory that section my classmates and I learned incorrectly in this area, as it seems that we could submit future RMAs on equal components of a given the chassis number of components, there, to an unspecified amount... on the assumption that all RMA is fully completed in a given event.
