    I've updated the CTS 500 version 1.6.7 and I could add to the Director and I have followed all the configuration mentioned in Configuration Cisco Telepresence with Call Manager.

    I also configured the Midlet services and everything seems to work very well.

    The problem is when I'm doing a call between the 2,500 CTS, I'm getting on the screen the below error:

  • plugged in, not not supported (Vista problem?)

    My laptop battery gauge continually reads "plugged in, not charging" in the system tray and does not load.

    I tried a number of supposed bugs and none worked including:
    -cleaning of the ports and pins
    -change the battery,
    -change the PSU
    -flashing the bios
    -updated all the drivers
    -type the laptop near the inspiron logo
    -a series of variations on removing the battery stop and restart with the battery inside or outside etc.

    I can get very rarely my battery charge by unplugging and plugging it to my AC adapter. Sometimes after 20-30 minutes to unplug the unit and plug the adapter it suddenly starts to load.

    Note: whenever I disconnect and reconnect the adapter of the intensity of the screen reduced to reflect the power battery and returns plan then to the brighter when I plug in the adapter. which leads to suspect that the laptop is pull on the adapter sector very well.

Notifications are not appearing (stills phone vibrate, silent or not), siro does not work (but again, vibration works as if everything was fine.) and by simple click home button does not work, both manually and with a help key. Double-click on works fine, triple clicking too. I tried calibration "home" button but it does not work, and since he made double and triple click, I don't think it's broken.     Have you ever tried to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again? You won't lose data by doing this, but it can cure a few glitches.

    I've been putting upward with it for some time, but as a result of not being able to remedy, I am tender hand to the community.

    After El Capitan have reinstalled several times, I get the same problem again and again in the 2 accounts, that I have the installer on my iMac - I am unable to make any changes to my Contacts.     The problem seems to be that the Contacts app itself on the iMac has locked me (& account iCloud?) outside.

    If I try to change the permissions, I can unlock the padlock of apps, but as soon as I try to make changes I get...

    If you have enabled for Messages and updates and there is nothing available, I suggest you uninstall HPSA and install the version appropriate for your computer from here.  It is possible that a problem has occurred when you installed it.  I've seen this kind of problem before.

    I use the psae3c-ft108c Toshiba Satellite A200 model I purchased in the Canada. I m problem with Toshiba flash cards support utility.

    I formatted my laptop (vista home premium) and installed vista Ultimate edition a few days ago. I installed all the drivers, I had no problem until I installed comodo firewall pro (I don't know this comodo firewall causing the problem until I did research on the internet).
    After installing comodo firewall the FN key does not work and started to crash and he showed me a blue screen. I have restarted my laptop and tried the FN key, but it shows the blue screen still :(

    So I uninstalled the extra package of flash support utility and value cards and I tried to reinstall the flash cards support utility, but he continues to shows me the message that says "the product [2] is already installed, preventing the installation of this product. The two products are incompatible"value-added packaged installs well but since flash cards support utility will not be installed, I can't use the FN keys with keyboards... (I can use flash with mouse however cards)

    I uninstalled comodo firewall and tried to install the flash utility maps, but it does not work either...

    I always use the freeware CCLeaner. It cleans the keys to registry and file systems, etc.
    I always use it after that a piece of software has been removed from the system.
