Thank you all for spending your valuable time to help us find the solutions. I believe that this forum gives us solutions as well as extensive knowledge.
Is the issue I'm facing now
While I try to display the details of supported through financial reports in planning.
I am getting error for Details window to support "the website cannot display the page" HTTP 500
I activated the option in the properties of the line, "show details of support."
Could you please help me in this

When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is particularly bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
These must be run as administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Run the Console application in one of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).
☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be all Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ all Messages
in the list of logs on the left. If you don't see this list, select
List of newspapers seen ▹ display
in the menu at the top of the screen bar.
Each message in the journal begins with the date and time when it was entered. Highlight date back to the time you noted above.
Select the messages entered since then until the end of the episode, or until they begin to repeat, whichever comes first.
Copy messages to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command + V.
The journal contains a large amount of information, almost all this is useless to solve any particular problem. When you post a journal excerpt, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't dump blindly thousands of lines in the journal in this discussion.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
When you post the journal excerpt, an error message may appear on the web page: "you include content in your post that is not allowed", or "the message contains invalid characters." EN is not pulling Supporting detail

For some reason, the FR is not showing in the report support detail.
I have a connection planning, enabled 'View supporting Detail' for row in FR. I can see the detail of support in the form of planning data. But in FR, it does not show.

I could solve by restarting the service FR. We are on version 11.1.2.2. Found an article for this issue but related to the 11.1.1.2 version. The article is detailing support for new members is not shown on reports of Financial Reporting (RF) (Doc ID 985122.1). According to the article, it has been resolved in 11.1.1.3. Not sure why we had the same problem in 11.1.2.2.

My understanding is to support details are stored in the database of planning and when a user enters numbers using the details, the total is calculated and recorded in the Essbase database. How can retail support in reports using Smartview, financial reports, OBIEE, etc..

There was a Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 copied cell text utility, supporting details and attachments from one (job) Version to another Version (for example Final). At the time where we ran, data erased!
The old version (11.1.1.3's) Administration, management, copy data doesn't copy the text in the cell, supporting details and attachments from one Version to another Version. Latest version 11.1.2.4 copy these textual data?

Yes, in 11.1.2.4 data copy copy 'annotations to account', 'support detail' and 'text in the cell. Read below for what copy can do and can't do.

Copy of data
You can copy plans of one dimensional intersection to another, including relational data and supporting details. For example, you can copy Final of Budget, FY10, FY11, forecast, first draft.
Notes:
l parameters to copy selected data are kept for the current session only.
members of dimension l copied must be present in the selected plan types.
the data must be copied in the cells that can accept data. For example, you can not copy data in read-only or dynamic of cells.
l , you can copy annotations of account, to support in detail and text in cells. You can't copy annotations unit planning.
l you cannot use this feature with attributes, selecting the attributes to copy.
data l Essbase is copied regardless of selections for the copy of data Options.
l because it is an administrative function, planning means that you have full access to the data you are copying. You cannot copy in the planning units that are approved.
l this feature does not calculate data. To perform calculations, including the increase in the forecast of 5%, apply the business rule after you have copied the data.

Copy of supporting detail from Excel
We are upgrading a Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 and have encountered a problem with the support of detailed. When you try to copy more cells of data from Excel in the window of supporting details (web access), all the data is copied into a single cell. In the previous version, the data would be copy across different cells as it existed in Excel. The documentation has not changed, leading me to believe that this is a bug or miss me a setting somewhere. Has anyone encountered this problem?
Specifically, I am on version 11.1.2.3.500.17
Any help is appreciated.

We need exactly the same thing recently and triggered a SR Oracle on this subject. Unfortunately there is no way out of the box for this solution. Custom solutions might need you to restart the schedule service it will probably affect you the tables of database of planning through a custom code.See you soon,.

What version you are, if it's 11 then you can try using lcm.
It can be done with SQL queries, but it can be a bit messy, have a read of this [post | http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=3300400] it should help you if you want to go this route.Ok?

System recovered 5 days ago and reinstalled personal software. (HP 17 t-k000 CTO/Win 64 bit 8.1Pro)
Almost immediately HP Support Assistant would communicate with HP Server. The program has been downloaded and reinstalled more than a dozen times during the 5 days... .rebooting every time between installs / deletion. Download from different places in the website of HP... but always version 7.7.34.34A. HP cat could not help... like that, the program worked for a few minutes, even though I showed the tech "reliability report". (it's a play on words!)
After recovery was over and I used S.A. to update the operating system. The first time I used the program offered to me by 14 updates (so I guess that the program was "not" long before I got the operating system)... the program has shown the updates have been downloaded, but each time the update failed to install (X) next to the icon of installation. Restart the program again and selecting 'Check the HP updates now'... after displaying little pictorial showing ets connection/download... Returns a message... "No updates available". AND a new error is reported to the report reliability with the date and time. Now, in the last day or so IE11 has stopped responding... see below... Even typing this proved difficult because the page no longer!
Today, the Web page for this laptop shows there are 2 BIOS update F34A (May 22, 2015) and F.09 Rev.A (16 April 2015), but as there is no update available via S.A. I haven't installed these either... my latest information installed BIOS is F.34, 19/12/2014!
Battery/power cycling has solved nothing... "sfc/scannow" shows no error in operating system,.

Thank you for all the useful information. However, there is something that you're not quite right about. It is true that normally the default account created on a system, is normally an administrator account. However as a safety device which is part of the User Account Control (UAC), he essentially keeps running as a common user, then on an administrator account.
You can turn off UAC (I would not recommend that), or you can find the executable file of your programs, right click and compatibility mean that it runs as an administrator by default.
Most of the time that you actually benefit from privileges program not raise unnecessary, however. Only a handful of things really really need to access that provides the "Run as Administrator".
With regards to the BIOS, I would recommend that you try only a BIOS update if you are running in regular broadcasts normally. A wrong BIOS update can become a "brick" that requires a replacement of the Board of Directors, so for me it's one of those things you do only as a last resort, or if it's part of a fix recommended a functional system.
As these updates from CyberLink you can always try to install it manually if you need, since the support page for your system. And let me know if they still appear in HPSA, after a manual installation.

How to enable detailed interactive report view by default for the user public?

I'm developing a page of search results.
I'm doing a view instead of a default table view of interactive reports. So in this case I activated the details view so that I could make the fancy designs.
everything worked well and looked clean but however when I pass the value of my search using IR_ROWFILTER page and clear the results page using page_noIRB, it brings me to the result page of interactive reports with the default table as point of view.
I have to press the detailed view to get. I tried to save it as a default value, but it won't work. This question is for user public.
If I do the page requires authentication, and record the detail by default view, I wouldn't have any problem. I could search and it will bring directly in to the detail view of the search page.
of course, the other reason that I found is because im using the IR_ROWFILTER and by disabling the page using page_noIRB... without it, it works well, but I need it coz im making a a search result. I need to send the text to search for another page and put it in the filter to the search page. I would need to use the IRB to search again.
is this a limitation to the user public? It happened for the authenticated user but...

Do you really need is an IR? Other that the layout of detail, do you need any of the interactive features? If not, try to use a standard report with a a report model custom.

Hyperion visual Explorer supports drill but its not similar Excel add-in, if you need to dig some members right click and select zoom before you can find the feature and documentation, to watch using files because it is not a product of oracle and is a third-party product.

The maximum size of a column report CLOB value is 32 KB. However, the maximum size for the content of the line of the full report is also 32 KB (including the HTML markup), so you can be hitting this limit because of the size of your 10 K CLOB data + the rest of the line.
According to the database character set and the characters which that contains data, the character encoding may use more than one byte to represent a character.

Retail support will help us with a very manual process. However I was selling it to the community of users that you can report in detail to support.
I am able to get the amounts of detail support appears, but the related detail text that indicates what is the detail does not show. This is normal, or I need to change my report?

You can show supporting details in reports of FR. You use the planning details connection in your report. You must enable management of the details in the report. You must show the dimensional intersection even in your report when you enter data detals.
