Switch firmware with rocket?

I was thinking, since the "rocket" is a miniature version of the view, it wouldn't have the same firmware? I used the "rocket" before and nothing was really different. Can I just install the Fuze firmware on my opinion? I was looking through the latest version of firmware notes Fuze and there's a whole bunch of things that people have asked. (such as the speed of the wheels accelerated during the long navigation, the GoList expanded to 200 titles, etc.) I want just a new firmware, as we all do.

Thank you

Nope. The firmware is written based on material for the player, the "rocket" has different hardware.

Make a backup of each phone to iTunes or iCloud (do not forget to use your Apple ID or personal computer), then do whatever your carrier wants do you to change numbers if that's your intention, then restore these backups on the device of the "other."

  • Try to download an update of the firmware with a file extension ROM Vista says it's an unrecognized file type

Title: download original ROM files on Vista

Try to download an update of the firmware with a file extension ROM Vista says it's an unrecognized file type. Patches?

You must get the update of the firmware that can handle the type of file the same place ROMA, you got the firmware file.  From what I see, they seem specific to the product updated. http://www.FileInfo.com/extension/ROM if they don't have it, talk to their technical support staff and ask them what type of program is required to install the firmware provided in ROM format and where you can get it.  Vista doesn't have the ability to read a file ROM type  Some software must be added to give this capability.

Here is an article I read: "various hardware upgrades and emulators use the ROM file extension." A user needs a flash program usually available on the website of the manufacturer of the motherboard. The user must not flashing BIOS unless the user knows that he has the image of his mother. An error or the computer may be turned off when the wrong BIOS image is flashed. "So be very careful here, or you can completely disable your system.

    I hope this helps.

  • Switch firmware DAQmx/DAQmx Base 6009

I installed the driver NOR-DAQmx base v3.2 on Ubuntu 8.10.  Thanks to all the previous posters for the detailed instructions!

lsdaq is not the 6009, lsusb shows that it is connected.

I understand that I have to re - join the 6009 'DAQmx base' by updating the firmware.  I ran the FWUpdate provided with 3.2, but like the lsdaq, he does not see my 6009.

I installed DAQmx v8.8 on my windows xp machine and is seeking to swap the firmware by following the instructions in the KB 3NE7GJMY as shown below:

    Solution:
    NOR-DAQmx 7, 5-8, 5 (recommended method)

    Switching of NOR-DAQmx Base

    1. Open the Windows Device Manager:

      • Right-click on desktop and select Properties.
      • Select the hardware tab and click Device Manager.
    2. Find the USB-6008 box under data acquisition devices.
    3. Right click on the USB-6008 box and choose Update driver...
    4. In the context menu which appears, select install from a list or specific location and click Next. (Note: this isn't the default selection)
    5. In the next window, choose do not search. I will choose the driver to install and click Next. (Note: this isn't the default selection)
    6. Select IO multifunction NI USB-6008 and click Next.
    7. This will put the USB-6008 housing in a mode of reception of the NOR-DAQmx Base firmware. The device should now appear in the device under Device USB of NI-VISAManager. If he does not appear or appears with a yellow exclamation mark, please disconnect the USB cable from the device and plug it in again. This should make the device list again properly.

Steps 1-5 works well, but my options for the selection in step 6 is "USB-6009' not ' NI USB-6008 multifunction IO.

I select "USB-6009" but when I hit "Next", it updates the driver immediately and said the "end of the upgrade wizard to update material.  Then, it tells me that "the wizard has finished installing the software for USB-6009" when I click on 'Finish', the wizard closes and I'm right back where I started.  I never have a chance to go to the step 7 above.

The Alternative in KB 3NE7GJMY method suggests using MAX and do the following:

    "" Select Tools > Configuration of NOR-DAQmx > Driver NOR-DAQmx USB selector ".

When I do a popup appears that reminds me of 491FPHB9 KB that points then back to KB 3NE7GJMY and again, I am right where I started.

It was supposed to be the easy part.  The KBs reference DAQmx v8.5 and low.  I have 8.8.  If something has changed?

    Thanks in advance,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,.

I just want to confirm that with Windows Xp
SP3 DAQmx 8.9 (latest version installed) and DAQmx Base 3.2 I could
to get a USB-6009 to a DAQmxBase device.  I was able to
re - associate the driver so that the device show in Device Manager
as IO NI USB-6009 multifunction.  I just followed the directions in
3NE7GJMY KO OF #.  My only recommendation at this point would be to check your version numbers on DAQmx and DAQmx Base.  It doesn't sound like DAQmx base was not installed correctly, because we do not see the second driver in Device Manager.  I suggest you to re-setup DAQmx Base (note there is no need to uninstall DAQmx for this).   Let's try and see if we can get the second driver is displayed

  • Strange problem with rocket, it loads more after that I did a update

I decided that I had had this for awhile mp3 player, so I decided to do an update. Everything went perfectly. I was watching a movie that night. I was getting sleepy while I have for as long as I got this mp3 player, I suspended it and off the. Then the next night, when I turned it on, it went to a screen that looked like the music screen abd has even had the title of the music. with a thumbnail of the video where goes the album art and title and my progress through the film. I thought that it is new, must be a novelty. So I clicked play. the icon has changed to a pause button. nothing else has happened. I hit the menu. nothing happened. so I turned off the unit. The screen when white for a second and plays then the splash screen and then frozen with the sansa icon. I waited for the battery to die and plugged. He showed the screen connected for 1 second and then disconnected says. I tried the pluging it in several times. Whenever my computer marks the device as long as it is unrecognizable. When connceted disappears. It displays the battery icon in the corner with the fees thing, it flashes twice then disappears and continues to do this endlessley. It is not actually in charge, I let stand for 2 hours and the charge did not go to the top. still, my computer just flashes the device is unrecognizable. Please help me.

Have you tried setting the USB of the player to MSC mode? The computer will recognize the player in MSC mode? After the last update of the firmware, my pc does not recognize my rocket in MTP mode. However, there is no problem in MSC mode. Some have said that the reinstallation of Windows Media Player would solve the problem. Apparently, it is also related to Windows XP SP3. Since I don't need to use MTP mode and wanted to pass the Canada Meteorological Service anyway, I just changed from MSC rather than reinstall Windows Media Player.

  • New firmware with RDS and WMA lossless

in the next version can you include RDS and WMA lossless format support... Also a kind of if possible noise reduction

Only firmware can not give us RDS.  The FM radio chip currently used in the rocket does not support it.  The cool SlotRadio player has the RDS capability.  Perhaps, in the future, the Sansa support RDS, but it's a hardware problem, at this point.

It is very nice to be able to identify this cool air currently on the air.  RDS has grown slightly in recent years, as it started with very poor implementation, according to the broadcaster.  We would often inundated with stupid shit like the slogans of the station, raffles and contest presentation texts, the temperature today in Hoboken, NJ and other.

The extent of the wma lossless, consider that once you do business with "Lossless", it is a question of efficiency of compression, a platform practice coding and decoding smooth at the end of the player.  Oh, and good support for tag.  FLAC works very well and he has the promise to be around as a standard for archiving for years to come.

WMA has the advantage of being native to Windows Media Player, a platform that is relatively easy to work and convenience in the form of marking.  I have my reservations about a good implementation, see the debacle on WMA Pro for example.  Microsoft may be their own worst enemy, well, well, they are their own worst enemy, because it seems obvious that they cannot just try their own interfaces and fix the quirks.

Spend a lot of time with the chicken, I can assure you that it is not unlike a gourmet meal with toothpicks.  And throw in one of those new titanium sporks for good measure.

FLAC supports ID3 tags, is open source and works very well.  For a codec I would use mainly as a reference for the archiving of the original PCM of disc, leaving open to the "nuances" of Microsoft is not simply attractive.  I remember the nonsense to use Microsoft Word for many years and his worrying propensity for lack of reverse compatibility.  Writing reports in the fire service, I had to always remember to save copies of format "rtf" so that computers with different versions of Microsoft Office can read the documents.

  • Troubleshoot the switch 12 with a projector or VGA monitor Acer

I connected my Acer Aspire switch 12 to a VGA monitor via a HDMI VGA adapter microphone. The switch 12 sees the second monitor, but seems unable to get a signal to start it. In this respect also disables my wireless and sometimes the mouse as well. I tried the VGA monitor with my MacBook and it works perfectly.

For me, it's a serious problem, I bought the switch to travel and give presentations in corporate meeting rooms, of which many are still equipped with legacy VGA projectors.

As a low-power machine, is inherently impossible to connect to a monitor/projector VGA switch 12, or is the problem somewhere else?

If I had to guess, I would say that the problem lies in the switching on of the conversion your HDMI cable VGA chip. I do not know the specs on the budget for food for the HDMI port, but it is probably marginal for the conduct of the conversion.

  • Synchronization with rocket

I have 2 computers each with WMP 11. I have synced my rocket with the first computer to download the list of my songs. Now, I want to do the same thing on the second computer with a list of different songs. Can you tell me if this is possible without erasing the first list on the "rocket" and if so, how?

    Thank you.

I can't say for sure about WMP 11, it may act differently than previous versions, but... the Act of "synchronization" in the 1st place, you want WMP to do the same folder music your rocket (exactly) in the folder of your computer. What timing is.

Now, let's say you "sync" your rocket with A computer. All well and good (so far). You have different music, located on another computer B. You plug your rocket. WMP looks around him and sees not songs on this computer that are on your rocket. So, what does do? Exactly what you have been told to do, 'sync '. First it will remove all the songs that are not on the computer is currently connected to (in this case, computer B) and copy all the songs that are on computer B.

A better way to add music from 2 different sources (computers) is to let WMP from the equation altogether and simply drag & drop the files you want from the two computers to your rocket.

In my view "sync" stinks. It is simply too automated to do exactly what you want.

  • Switch WLAN with Code

    Hi Dell Experts,

a simple question I'm looking for some time for a good answer:

Switching WLAN switch with FN + F2 (Dell Vostro 3550) is one thing to do it manually.

Is there a way to do this with the code? For example, VB.Net, PowerShell, c#,...?

A definitive answer, I would be very grateful!

  • MD3000i need intergenerational firmware with disc fails, immediate replacement in use

So I have an old MD3000i with firmware.06 on what needs to be upgraded.  A drive has failed and our spare parts on hand for this unit out of warranty work only with new generation firmware.  So, it needs an upgrade.  The hot spare is used and works correctly, but if the memories are good, the firmware updates will complain that the unit is not completely healthy.

Is there a method to promote the hot spare in use for a complete on vg members safely?  I'm of the Nations United-hot spare it and manually process as a sort of replacement drive?  Or the cross-gen firmware updates will be totally fine in this circumstance?

    Hello jvniejen,

What I would do, is to get a copy of backup you data then do the upgrade.  You can upgrade the MD in a degraded state, it's just recommended that it is in optimal condition so that you will limit the risk of something going wrong on the upgrade process.  You may want to also stop all i/o on the MD, so when you do the upgrade to make sure that it ends without any problem.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Compatibility of switches access with ISE

    Hi all

I need some advice on models of switches buy to support almost all of the features that the ISE offeres... Mainly...

MAB, 802. 1 x, Web Auth, CoA, dACL, SGA...

Now, I've been reviewing the Cisco 2960 switches and sheets advise that they support some features, but then when I look at the compatibility of the access network Cisco ISE device list that was updated in December 2013... When you look under Cisco 2960, he advises that they support only 802.1 x, & MAB?

I'm planning for the future deployment of ISE features to access switches in our network, but need to ensure that A) existing switches support these features and B) new switches that we buy will support these features.

Is there a more accurate document available, or someone has had experience with the current Cisco 2960 switches and how they work well with the ISE?

    Thank you

    Mario

Take a look at this link instead:

    http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/TD/docs/security/ISE/1-2/compatibility/ise_sdt.html

DACL, WebAuth (both local and Central) is certainly supported. SGA/SGT isn't right...

    Thanks for the note!

  • BlackBerry smartphone WiFi automatic switching network with OS 5.0.0.46 1?

There was an earlier version of the OS 5 (I don't remember which) that I was using with the 8900 which seems to connect to WiFi networks automatically known to me. For example, once I have connected to my home and work wireless networks (at least once), it could automatically connects with these networks when I'm in the neighborhood. I didn't change anything on the BB or manually switch networks.

However, since using 5.0.0.46 1, the 8900 is no longer connects to the known WiFi signals automatically. Someone said that this has something to do with the setting of the 'unique scan profile' option in the WiFi configuration options screen. But I tried to turn this option on AND outside, and it seems to make no difference. Indeed, if this option is disabled, the 8900 does not connect to ANY WiFi network. If this option is enabled, it only connects to the network I need to manually choose.

Can someone tell me what their experience with automatic connection with WiFi networks known? Y at - it a setting or option that I'm not aware. It's a pain to always have to manually switch networks when I go back home to work and vice versa.

    Thank you.

It seems that the problem I mentioned in the opening post is related to 5.0.0.46 1.  Yesterday, I saw that there was a 'leaked' to the 8900 OS. This is OS 5.0.0.50 9.  I download and installed this new OS and my problem went away. Now the 8900 will connect to known WiFi networks automatically when I "Enable single profile analysis" option unchecked.

  • Remote Update Firmware - with Powershell v3

    Hello everyone once again.

OK, so. Another day another post

Im not in remote firmware updates, and I am using this guide:

    http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/systems-management/w/wiki/3244.remote-firmware-update.aspx

Yet once I'm stuck trying this work in powershell.

    Im using above guide says:

Entry method has two arguments. First is the URI property that indicates the method of transfer. (im fine with that)

Secondly, is the target property that contains the endpoint reference or the EPR that represents the attribute instance to run on. You used list in the previous sections to get an inventory of device firmware levels. You will use the same instances of class for the install method, you need to add the enumeration EPR mode and run the command again (that's where I think im wrong)

    Heres what im doing so:

    1. create a varilable containing the BIOS update service instance, of CIM_SoftwareIdentity:

    $CIM_SoftwareIdentURI = "http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wscim/1/cim-schema/2//CIM_SoftwareIdentity".
    $CIM_BIOS = get-CimInstance - CimSession $session - ResourceUri $CIM_SoftwareIdentURI | where {$_.elementname - eq "BIOS" - and $_.status - eq "installed"}

    2. create a variable that contains an instance of the DCIM_SoftwareInstallationService

    $CIM_SftInstSvsURI = "http://schemas.dell.com/wbem/wscim/1/cim-schema/2/DCIM_SoftwareInstallationService".
    $CIM_SftInst = get-CimInstance - CimSession $session - ResourceUri $CIM_SftInstSvsURI

    3. call the InstallFromURI() method on the DCIM_SoftwareInstallationService instance, passing in the target and the required URI parameters

    $session invoke CimMethod - CimSession - InputObject $CIM_SftInst - MethodName "InstallFromURI" - argument @{target = $CIM_BIOS; URI ="ftp://192.168.0.111/R620_BIOS_WIN_0.3.18.EXE"} ".

The answer I get back is:

Message: Either the URI target or both are missing OR exceeding in length
    MessageID: SUP003
    ReturnValue: 2
    PSComputerName: 10.xx.xx.xx

The URI is a literal, so I doubt that there's nothing wrong with that. I suspect that there's something wrong with the way I am the target of passage

I've tried passing passing also as a reference to the target in the following text:

    {target = [ref] $CIM_BIOS; URI ="ftp://192.168.0.111/R620_BIOS_WIN_0.3.18.EXE"} ".

    I get the same result

Can anyone help put me right on how I should spend in the "... target the property that contains the endpoint reference or the EPR that represents the attribute instance to work on '

It seems that I am more stupid than I thought and I can't understand it.

    :)

Ok. Maybe I wasn't far from the truth.

It seems that it is important which order you put the hash arguments table. I was surprised by that.

I was desperate enough to try swapping around the URI and target because I didn't know what I was doing wrong

    Invoke-CimMethod - CimSession $session - inputobject $CIM_SftInst - MethodName "InstallFromURI" - argument @{URI ='192.168.0.111/R620.} "EXE" ; " Target = [ref] $CIM_BIOS}

    Returns:

    Job: job
    ReturnValue: 4096
    PSComputerName: 10.xx.xx.xx

  • HP 2910 al Switch Firmware issue

    Dear support,

I've recently updated some switches of al 2910 HP for the latest firmware to version W.14.70.

Since then, I am now unable to set the port speed to auto-100 (for example) the value by default auto-1000.

I checked the same question on the following models:

    J9148A

    J9147A

    J9146A

I suspect that it would also affect a J9145A, but I don't have one of them. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to confirm, I have now downgraded the firmware to W.14.38, and the problem is solved. I can now set a port to auto-100 for example, the default auto-1000.

This is clearly a bug. Can it be transmitted to the necessary people? Thank you!
