Which would depend entirely on what email client application you already use.  Given that you have carefully kept this piece of information key a secret, no one can even begin to help you.

In general:
Outlook can import data from several different programs and in several different file formats, you will need to use your current e-mail client to export messages in a format that outlook can import.

When I first set up the Palm Desktop for my Palm TX, I chose to synchronize my calendars and tasks, etc. from my outlook account. How can I change to make it synchronize calendars, tasks, etc. from my Palm Desktop program now in place?

    On your computer, go here:

Start button / all programs/Palm/PIM led Sync / Sync with Palm Desktop.

It must "raise the switch" to sync with the Palm Desktop rather than with Outlook.

  • How to move from Outlook Express to Outlook?

Problems to get my mail on Outlook Express and find that it is no longer supported by Windows XP.  How can I fix this or switch to Outlook, and is as good as o. Outlook Express?

Just because it's not supported does not mean that it will stop working.  This simply means that Microsoft will not help with questions and will fix all bugs (as if she never did).  Outlook is a program more complex and sophisticated which allows for a little more manipulation of messages.  You can export messages from OE to Outlook if you decide to buy it.  But OE continues to work and a number of people still use it.  Remember to save frequently, as the messages tend to self-destruct sometimes and the matrix of hard drives.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6

  • Outlook must MSDOE.dll file of Outlook Express which has been uninstalled years - will not pump to send.

I'm having this problem with Outlook that I can send this e-mail out but cannot receive anything in - not useful.  Various attempts have prompted me to a message that MSOE.dll is not installed.  What I googled on this topic, Outlook uses different files that are related to Outlook Express and is likely the cause.  The MSOE.dll file is at the heart of everything it seems.

I use Windows Vista SP2 and Outlook 2010 through Office Professional 2010, version 14.0.5128.5000.

Email error message I get reads "task ' * address email is removed from the privacy *-receiving ' reported an error (0 x 80040154): ' unknown error 0 x 80040154" "I googled around and found this is related to the MSOE.dll file."  Some Web sites offers things like trying to record using "regsvr32 msoe.dll" but that did not work.

I use Thunderbird for my mail for years, but for various reasons, wanted to switch to Outlook.  I had uninstalled Outlook Express years ago because I do not have additional software installed on my laptop.   I copied the Outlook Express files in the Program Files folder from another computer, but obviously the .dll files are not registered etc, and I don't know how to get Outlook Express works, and then Outlook can be used to send email.

Any ideas?  Should what registry settings I do to get it working?  Thanks in advance...

    -Paul

Tried the 'Safe Mode' and I did not.  I then tried, something I should have tried earlier, to "fix" everything.  Popped in the DVD, and when it was done the work now send very well.   Resource very well... Thank you!!

  • synchronization of my email in outlook accounts

    Hello-

I did not upgrade to 10 Windows I stayed with Windows 7 and I use Windows Live Mail 2011.  I have 4 email accounts which are all synchronized together to WLM. I have 2 of msn.com, hotmail.com and one outlook.com.  The ".com" outlook and the hotmail.com no longer able to send and receive messages.  So I have to go to outloook.com and log in to each one separately.  I need to all switch to Outlook so I can have them all in a single window as WLM.  If there is someone out there who can explain in detail every step I must take to do this please. I tried and errors every step I've tried.  I couldn't download outlook connector either.  Do not know how to configure the ports for POP/IMAP for Outlook or WLM. I was told to check that my POP in WLM settings were activated, I don't know where to find that.  Thanks for your time, read this.

Microsoft no longer supports the so-called synchronization delta including windows live mail uses
If you use ONLY to send and not calendar & contacts windows live mail (any version), you can configure to operate using IMAP/POP.  If you do not need to synchronize the calendar & contacts...
It is an excellent replacement for Windows live mail which is free to try (up to 2 accounts) that BECAUSE of the work with the new outlook e-mail format called emclient.  There is also a paid version. You can either get here
It works with Exchange, POP, IMAP and looks like Windows live mail.  Frankly, it's the first replacement I've seen that actually works.  I spent.
They have their own support forums, a decent product and seem to be the only replacement for WLM that has the appearance of it.
You can import all your windows live mail in emclient easily by doing a file > import > windows live mail.  This will import your current data of WLM in emclient
On the side of caution I make a copy of the entire record of the WLM and save it somewhere safe.
There is a good wiki about it here
  • Migrate emails from Outlook 2003 to Windows 7 Live Mail - without using OE6

I upgraded that computer from Vista to Windows 7 64 bit. I have decided to switch from Outlook 2003 to Windows Live Mail, but cannot find a way to export my old mails from Outlook to WinMail. I read it online through Outlook Express 6 as an intermediary, but when I tried, it turns out that you can not install OE6 on a 64-bit computer.

So I am at a loss. How can I move my old mails from Outlook 2003 to WinMail?

You are welcome!  Outlook Express is part of Windows XP, so do not install it.  Here are the highlights:

    1. start Outlook, import the .pst file, quit Outlook.
    2. start Outlook Express, import messages from Outlook, close Outlook Express.
    3. copy the Outlook Express store folder in Windows 7.  To find its location, click Tools > Options > maintenance > store folder .
    4. start Windows Live Mail, import messages from the Outlook Express store folder.

I think that this will pick up all accounts.

  • How can I transfer my stuff from Windows Mail to outlook?

    Hi people,

I have just upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate on Vista Ultimate.  I know that Windows 7 does not support Windows Mail, so I need to switch to Outlook or Windows Live Mail.  I can't get Windows Live Mail with Yahoo (and Yahoo can help people).  On the other hand Outlook does not support the focus groups.

I want to spend my email from Windows Mail in Outlook.  I can't find Windows Mail.  Any suggestions, tips ect. would be most appreciated. Shane

    Hi Shane,

Thanks for posting. Windows Mail is no longer included in Windows 7. Now, Windows Live Mail is the customer, you can use Microsoft to your e-mail. You can install Windows Live Mail from the link below.
