  I use Windows Vista 64 bit on a laptop of Ed. When I first bought my laptop 4 months ago, it worked.  I have the windows switcher icon in the taskbar, but when you access the Windows I have open turn out.  I get a box on the screen with all the windows open as an icon instead of the windows open, floating on the desktop, so you can scroll through them.  I tried to go to the "customization" and "windows color and appearance ' and that 'windows aero' is selected and clicked OK and apply, but it does not work.  When you try to "switch" I always get the box in the middle of the screen.

We have 2 wireless printers, wireless, of the iPhone6 PC 2, an iPad3 & an iPad Air2. I know some technique, but not much. I use mainly myiPad Air for everything because I'm handicapped & cannot sit at a desk with a PC very long. I use my PC to store the images & music & running the Office on this subject. I use it, of course, for those things that cannot be done on an iPad. What Mac do you think would suit me better? Can I transfer my files to a Windows PC on a Mac? How hard is that? Can I use my external backup current Seagate with a Mac & reformat? Can I use my external drive to Seagate. current Expansion with the Mac? My printers will work with the Mac? They are both HP, wireless. An all-in-one HP8600 pro & an Envy100 HP engineering. A laptop, a desktop computer, or a mini would be best for my needs? Can I use the same modem & router?   I have this laptop nice and I picked up an SSD because it does not come with one. I am placing it in the Caddy.

  Is there a way to switch Windows 8 for the SSD? I can't use a download an ISO from Microsoft since the serial number is a license to the machine. I would like to put on a USB key, or just install it directly on the SSD.
