Sync Z10 link 1.1.1.32 blackBerry to Outlook

I have a few problems, but the ability to sync my outlook contacts and calendar is grayed out, now that I've updated to link 1.1.1.32. phone is 10.1.0.4181.

I have had a recurring problem where the phone and link to level, which I've done several times, but always to the version that he installed previously.

Anyone who has had one of these problems that has some advice would be appreciated...

Thank you

problem solved... to look at, when I open the link, take my camera and chose the settings, I see there is a button to configure these sub Calendar/Contacts section. I select and she remedied the situation... it took a very long time, but it's working now...

I also noticed through more parameters that this software will do two-way synchronization between the device and the computer.

Link still think he wants to apply 10.1.0.4181 code for BB, even if it's the current version on the device...

I hope this helps others.

    Hi all

I noticed when I connect my Z10 for my laptop and open BlackBerry link.  Mt peripheral to connect to BBL Z10, I disable on my Z10 mass storage mode.  Is this comon with new software or have I missed something, Cheers

    Hi craigashy,

That's right, however, you should only use the mass storage Mode to connect to devices or applications that require the Media Transfer Protocol, for example, some TVs, consoles games or computer media player applications.

    Thank you.

  • Sync Blackberry with Outlook 2007 on Vista

Hello. A brief introduction before my question. Recently, I tried Outlook to XP on my computer which uses Vista and I was not able to sync Outlook with my Blackberry curve calendar. I looked at Outlook 2007 and it is certified for use on Vista, so I expect that my blackberry should synchronize with outlook. My question is; has anyone who uses the OS Vista and Outlook 2007 has sync issues? Thank you

    HELO papabear72,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

I checked several Forums Blackberry and Outlook forums and you should be able to sync without problem.
You will need to install Blackberry Desktop manager and synchronization with Outlook 2007. I saw where it syncs with Outlook 2010 beta.

There may be some problems for some people with the Outlook calendar.
You can check the forum Blackberry here or by mail to the Outlook forum listed above.

  • Stopped syncing of Smartphones blackBerry w / outlook

I have a 8310 which has been sync very well with my Outlook 2007 calendar MC (on XP SP3) - until last week.  I've changed nothing, I know - other than a month + it there, updated the BB device aware, but it worked very much after that upgrade.

Last week my entries I had in my synced outlook on my BB, but have then been demolished to outllook and I can't sync them in outlook. I changed the settings of synchronization for one-way synchronization and two-way - nothing seems to get back them to my outlook.

I just tried updating destop manager for 5.0.1.37 - still nothing.

    Thank you.

Figured it FINALLY... somehow had multiple "calendars" - don't know how and when this happened, always just used one... "moved" all items to the email binding with my outlook, did a sync and all calendar items are back in my outlook... VERY strange to... but me oh well, it's back to work.  Thanks for the reply

EMAILS TO A PROFILE WITH THE IMAGE LINK FACEBOOK CAUSES OUTLOOK EXPRESS TO PLANT

From a particular sender of Facebook emails that contain links to their Facebook profile photo causes Outlook Express to break and closes when I click on the warning bar ' "some pictures have been blocked to prevent the identification of your computer of the sender." Click here to load the images down. "I noticed that when I click on the warning bar, I can hear the hardrive whirring away and then OE hangs.

An error report is then sent to MS. I could stick the report here, but it would be premature.
I don't see that with any other shipper.
    Any idea what could happen?

It won't hurt to report them, but I doubt they would care or they they have been set.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Outlook calendar removed off laptop computer during synchronization

I was snyching my blackberry with outlook on my laptop, as I had done earlier in the day very well, but the last time I did, it deleted ALL my calendar on outlook items (they are still on my blackberrry).  When I resynch again once they return to outlook.  I double checked in the Office Manager that he was set to synchronize both ways, and it is.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong or how I can get the information back in outlook?

I fixed it this morning when I deleted the Desktop Manager and downloaded the latest version on the blackberry site.  It seems to work now.

  • BlackBerry smartphones transfer mail from blackberry to outlook - exchange problem

    Hello

We have a probelem yesterday with our Exchange, some may have been delete in Outlook, but there are still on the blackberry, I watch the desktop software but I don't see anything.

I wish I could move the email from the blackberry to Outlook

is there an easy way to do this?

A couple of VP are waiting for me

    Thanks for your help!

Hmmm... so, you have already successfully migrated messages to a non - BES BB. Ok. So that is totally disconnected as well Exchange Outlook? I wish I could test this for you... I thought there was a way to make the BB 1-way synchronization to Outlook. But, even once, I him didn't so that's all the theory right now... your work will prove it or not.

Hmmm... Maybe the synchronization isn't the best way. The file IPD that you used to migrate data from the real BB to this non - BES BB... this file is not natively readable by anything other than the desktop software from RIM (to be used for the restoration). But, I have heard (but never used) 3rd party applications that can analyze the file and extract information. Maybe you can get those? The only one I remember is ABC Amber Converter (or something like that)... but I don't know if it is available. You might find something (probably not free) who might get what you need from the IPD file however.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry software problems sync Z10 and new computer.

My BB Z10 has many contacts, none of them in the «Local Contacts» account This is to avoid duplicates, I only have my contacts on the BB link account that I use to synchronize with my desktop Outlook. Now, I have replaced the computer and only have contacts on my device.

When I tried to sync with my new computer, it is what is happening. BB link creates a new account link (named after my computer) BB for synchronization. And because there is nothing in this new account and nothing on the computer, no contacts Sync. Apparently the BB link synchronize another account, only local Contacts or the account that he created the first time that you sign in with your new computer.

I tried to put a contact on the Group of local Contacts, and then Resync. This contact was Sync and placed on the computer (Outlook) and on a new account link my device BB.

So I thought that I could just walk-around her by placing all my contacts in my group of local Contacts. I could not find a way to 'select all' and don't feel like using the function "selection much" click on my 900 contacts.

Is there an easy way to solve this problem? Course, the ideal solution would be to synchronize the account I choose. I'm not sure that this is a reasonable request, however. So, I would be happy with the market "copy of local Contacts.

    Thank you very much!!

    Roney

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can select all contacts with just a tap. You should choose the option "Select more" and to highlight the contacts one by one.

Also he by design this Blackberry link will only synchronize the device data associated with the link BB for this computer account.

That means, 1 BB PC link data on the device will not sync with 2 PCs.

  • Contacts transfer blackBerry to Q10 Z10 Z10, link does not copy everything.

I took the link from Blackberry to trasnfer data Z10 for Q10, but a number of people appear just with their name.  Does anyone know what is the problem?  I tried everything and I'm tired.  I want to just my Q10 to work as the Z10.

Any help would be appreciated.  All data and contacts transferred correctly, applications seem to be a problem.  Would be - that who had "links" contacts?

    Thank you.

Mine is fixed and working now.   Then I saved the q10 wiped and restore the backup. Then I changed the synchronization time email to 5 minutes to several hours to download things if necessary. Works perfectly now.

  • BlackBerry sync Z10 large media collections card SD Z10

I have posted this question in various other forums, but have yet to get a definitive answer. I hope someone here can help you!

The initial synchronization will use the default SD card.

I realized none of my media sync them where, and it's all the synchronization only to my media card (with the exception of one that was already saved in my device memory).

  • Sync Z10 manual blackBerry with Outlook calendar and contacts

When I try to manually synchronize contacts and calendar, I get an error message indicating the synchronization fails.  It says CPreferencesManager: value of Configuration/Preferences/Account_1_65538/DevicePin do not set during the translator RimBB in TransConfig.xml.  I tried several times now.  I have all my configurations on the installer.  It's the first time I sync.

I called tech support and they walked me to isolate errors in the log and delete to delete the corrupted files.  It took about 45 minutes, but it cleared up the problem.

  • Z10 phone Contacts Contact Contacts vs BlackBerry

My new Z10 has all my work to the Outlook Contacts - contacts contain e-mail and phone information. But when I use the Z10 as a phone, there is no listed contacts I press the touch phone button. The Z10 not automatically link contacts in the 'Contacts' application to the list of contacts in the phone app? If this is not the case, how can they be imported to phone contacts list? I copied my contacts from the SIM card, but still nothing appears in the list of contacts from phone. I read the suggestion 'reset the diagonal sliding phone' in anorther thread but slippery diagonal has no effect on my phone.

Anyone seeing this problem? All solutions?

In the last few hours, I discovered the answer to my own question. My Blackberry is provided through my hospital and their COMPUTING service has enabled a policy built into the design of Blackberry which deals with the application phone as a private application and it blocks share the contact information in the application contact (which is linked to the corporate Server Outlook). Alors_que is boring (a phone with no contact), the solution is to make phone calls by opening the Contacts app first and throwing the phone call from here.) Seems ridiculous and I drew the he to his attention here, but there is probably an explanation of good security.

  • Problems syncing with my Mac and my "BOLD" blackBerry Smartphones

Help! I'm new to Blackberry and tried to synchronize my 9000 "BOLD" on my Mac (Entourage). My computer does not even recognize my device. I read a lot of posts in this BB site, the PocketMac site and Apple's site, but there is no definitive solution to this problem.

I installed the latest version of the PocketMac and have also installed the recommended update. When I plug the USB cable from my phone to my computer, it tries to sync but I get this error:

[04:50:26.621] unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); jump.

Can someone tell how to fix this?

    Hello richchin,

This error almost always means that PocketMac struggled to find the device for one reason or another. I have included an article that should be very helpful in this work.  My experience is that uninstalling and reinstalling PocketMac, followed by deleting .kext files (as described in the article) and then the installation of the update of the driver will give the best results for you.  Please also restart the computer when you are prompted, and then at the end of the process before trying to synchronize.

    Here's the article I mentioned:

Title of article: mistake1. (jump) is displayed whensynchronizing
