Synchronize Outlook 2007 Notes Smartphones blackBerry for Blackberry

I have a Blackberry Curve 8530 I synchronize using the Desktop Manager to my calendar, tasks, etc.  I have several Notes in Outlook 2007 and I also want to synchronize.  I spent my sync options and selected I want to synchronize my Notes, but it doesn't seem to work.  I can't find the Notes on my Blackberry where they say it takes and I don't see any errors in my Logs.  How can I get these items to synchronize?

I got it to work!  The synchronization domain was created to be not quite right.  Once I fixed, it works fine.  Thank you

On my old BlackBerry Curve I could synchronize Contacts, calendar and Notes with Outlook. Notes Sync seems not to be an option with the classics.

Does anyone know if there is a workaround or process in order to obtain the classic notes and keep them in sync with my Windows 7 PC? Thank you.

Update: I read another post regrding the same question on this forum and solved my problem, but not as I expected. The resolution is to install Evernote on the PC (Win 7) and re - install Evernote on the American (I had removed thinking I would never need it). I use Office 2007 and when I right click a note in Outlook I see an option to export to Evernote 5. I exported all my notes, and instantly they appeared on the BlackBerry.

Notes are always available in Outloook but synchronization only is in Evernote. At least I have my notes available on the BlackBerry. Everything is good now and I'm still discovering all of the goodies on the new classic.

Maybe someone knows somrthing I don't have and will answer, my question is what is so classic on a classic, the keyboard?

Classic quid software to synchronize Notes, anyone can do except BB.

Look at what this software has said: "our product restores the classic legacy USB come with BlackBerry devices sync feature.

Is there a solution for outlook 2007 not finished indexing of Microsoft?

    Hello Emlyn John Powell, welcome.

This could be caused by a number of things. I recommend to try this first:

    1. open Outlook
    2. go in (top) tools > Options > Search Options
    3. uncheck the box next to your mailbox name
    4. click 'OK', then 'apply '.
    5. close Outlook completely (restart the computer if you must)
    6. open Outlook and see what happens

    7. then go to tools > Options > menu of Search Options and re - activate Indexing
    8. click 'OK', then 'Apply', and then restart your computer

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not synchronize Outlook 2007 calendar with Alltel BB 8330

Ok... Looks like a lot of people have this problem. Here is what I have

    Vista Home Basic SP1

Outlook 2007 (as part of Office Enterprise 2007)

    Running OS 4.5.0.127 BB8330

Configured with two accounts-Default calendar/e-mail account is the same account Outlook. (I have Groupwise at work... This isn't the default account/calendar)

    BlackBerry DM 4.5

    Here's what I tried...

Uninstalled and reinstalled many times DM

Install the latest version of DM (4.7)

    Latest device OS (4.5)?

    Delete the Intellisync folder

    Only calendar Sync

    DM running as administrator

Remove all the BB calendar entries associated with the Groupwise e-mail account

Have run scanpst on Outlook and repaired the file (he said he had some problems)

First great Sync worked, the only thing I did between the first and the second synchronization have been changing some recurring calendar events and adds two events to my calendar for the Groupwise account. I deleted since these events Groupwise and calendar don't show any entries when I look under the calendar options.

Now, I get the error "Desktop Manager has stopped working" much-discussed when DM begins to deal with my Outlook calendar. It syncs contacts very well, bed and treats the calendar of the device, then reads 631 records of Outlook calendar, starts processing Outlook calendar files and stops immediately. I have to reboot to get the DM to try to synchronize again. Here is the log of the Intellisync folder...

It's disconcerting. I used a Palm TX for years and was happy to jump into the world of BB. I love the phone, but I bought it mainly to keep track of my schedule. I am not impressed and rest 26 days to test. I hate to take it back to Alltel but its useless unless I can easily and surely to synchronize the calendar. Everyone you have all the answers?

OK... Here's the update. I tried a few things, too many to enter in, and nothing has worked. Finally, I have downlaoded and installed Companionlink Express and... presto! I can sync again. 49.95 for Companionlink software. It looks like the BB people might write (or buy) a decent piece of software. I bought the 8330 mainly to help me cope with my calendar. When this does not work, I got a cell phone for $ 200 million. RIM has almost come back! Furthermore, the site is www.companionlink.com.

  • Error on blackBerry Smartphones with calendar synchronization - Outlook 2007 for Nextel Curve 8350i

Since last Monday, I start to have problems of synchronization with Outlook 2007.  I have a Nextel 8350i curve. An Intellisync error message appears saying 'Operation complete unexpectedly.'

It comes to my environment. I do not use BES.  I now have Desktop Manager 4.7 installed (it changed from 5.0 when I started having this error).  I have 2-way sync set up for the calendar only, right now.  And I have a few recurring events in my calendar. I use my work email, which is recognized as a personal email account.

As I said, the problem started last Monday.  After a search through various forums, I tried the following: my BB wiping and restore with backup files.  It does not work.

I tried deleting the calendar databases, wiping the BB and restore with backup files.  It worked for a day.

Then, I uninstalled Desktop Manager 5.0 and installed 4.6.  No difference.

After talking with the technical support of BB, who believes that there is a problem in my computer, I completely cleaned, virus scanned, defragmented, updated, scanned my computer. After all this, Calendar sync worked 3 times before crapping again.

I am at a loss.  My next step would be to create a new connection to my computer. But I doubt that this will fix the problem.

    Any ideas?

  • Slow blackBerry smartphones to synchronize Outlook 2007 <>- DM 4.6

My clocks are running 4 minutes even if no records have been changed.

    BlackBerry 9000 4.6.0.167

    DM 4.6

    Win XP

    Outlook 2007, 2000 contacts

Synchronization is displayed to review all records in the contacts of the device twice ('reading', and then 'transformation'), even if no changes have been made.

I just spent an hour by inserting in the escalation process to get an answer to the question of the slow sync.

Function of Blackberry technical support, starting with DM 4.3 consistency checking occurs much more on each synchronization.  Each record is checked once again, even the records without modification.  Then your synchronization time depend on the size of your database, not the number of recent changes.  Apparently the Blackberry is aspiring to the levels of corruption much lower than its competitors.

So get used to slow the synchronizations.  A good chance of the brush upwards on your Spanish or read this book self-help.

  • Calendar sync may not Smartphone blackBerry, contacts, etc. in Outlook 2007

I just got a new computer and I can't figure out how to sync my calendar and contacts in Outlook.  I have my Outlook configured to send and receive my Yahoo mail.  It was working fine until I have download the Desktop Manager software.  At this point, I could no longer send or receive emails, so I uninstalled.  Can someone help me understand how to synchronize the rest of my applications without killing my email?

The following steps will help you set up synchronization-

    1. Connect your device using the Desktop Manager and click sync
    2. In the left menu click synchronization under Configuration

    5. Highlight the name of the application, and then click the next button
    6. Under The synchronization Option you get Direction of synchronization
    7. Check the radio button with two way sync

Note: above mentioned steps are explained according to the Desltop Manager 4.5

    Example: Synchronize the address book-

Connect HH with your in your PC Desktop Manager. If your device is set to wireless synchronization, you must turn off wireless sync. To do this, go to the address book -> click on Menu -> Options -> wireless sync: No. -> click on Menu , Save the changes.

  • Synchronize Outlook 2007 with the HTC Diamond phone

I have a HTC Diamond Smart Phone & Windows Vista recently upgraded to Microsoft Outlook 2007. Now, the computer says it has synchronized, but all Contact numbers are not in the phone! Where are they? What is the synchronization of the phone with? Of course, this isn't the files Outlook 2007 Contacts! What should I do to tell the computer and the phone how to find the right file?

I finally understood how to solve this problem.

The only way to solve this problem is to uninstall and reinstall Windows Mobile.

Unfortunately, he has no other way to change the configuration of Windows Mobile once initially put into place. This could be considered a gap in the program, or Microsoft should be aware of this problem and be able to provide the answer in a FAQ.

I got a BB curve for about a year, and I have two e-mail accounts separated, put in place in this regard.  A week ago, I stopped getting emails on my BB in my main email account.  However, I always get emails on my BB in my secondary account.  My email always appear on my Outlook account.   I have not changed anything on my PC.  After trying different solutions, I did the following with no luck:

    * Make sure my account Outlook says to keep the emails on the server.

    * Taking the battery of my BB and put it in

    * Canceled the main e-mail account and set it back up.  Twice.

    * A tried to "reconcile" my emails

Someone at - it any other ideas?   Help!  I miss and need my emails on my BB!

I think I solved my problem.   After that BB exhausted all attempts to solve my problem, I thought about one thing.  When I was talking to them, the guy asked me how many mails in my Inbox.   I had a lot and he told me it would take 1000 and then after that, she would 'Butcher' upward.

While I did that a lot in my Outlook Inbox, I had a number in my Deleted Mailbox, and many of them (probably more than 100 of them) were emails with photo attachments.   I ended up delete everything in my Inbox, my deleted box and my inbox sent.  Then for my BB, I took the battery, left on a ten seconds and put back.   Voila!   I'm back in business!  I don't know if the removal is what did the trick, but I just wanted to inform people to try if you are having this same problem.

  • Synchronization of calendar of Smartphones blackBerry - deleting items

I just ran an update to App World on my Blackberry, while I don't think it should affect my calendar sync... when I went to sync tonight, he wanted to remove annual meetings and a few dates in my diary of Yahoo! which have not taken place even still.  He didn't add in the other nominations that were right on my Storm in Yahoo!.  I have the settings to synchronize both ways, but there is no way to individually determine the program that there are some things wrong with the timing.  I went back through the settings in the Desktop Manager and everything seems to be in order.  Anyone else having similar problems lately?

Figured it out.  Facebook has reset the default calendar to the facebook address so when he wanted to synchronize that he was using the wrong calendar.  I went to the Services Options/Default Setup/Options/Advanced and reset pull down to the good calendar (CICAL)
