And how do the flip we get rid of swine fever (being polite)
See you soon

Thanks for the reply

Windows 7 ultimate (got it on 4 of my computers, no problem on 3 of them)
load horses of Trojans and other stuff, no error message although (all from syswow64)
I think that he is infected with malware.
can advise you a treatment for swine(being polite).
see you soon
From your description (load Trojans and other stuff) , it seems that your machine is a pigsty (= Saustall). Better to perform a restore destructive plant, then re - install your software. Don't forget to install a good antivirus too.

Would really appreciate if someone could tell me how to solve this problem, because it is extremely frustrating and seems to be so close yet so far to be successful!

    Hello

This message is very strange. Read on the internet about similar problems, but the questions were always related to registry problems.
In most cases, the error message appeared trying to repair the Windows operating system.

Have you tried to do a clean install?
I think you need to format the HDD first before you try to install Windows 7.
I hope that everything would be erased from the HARD disk before starting the installation of configuration

I had difficulties to update my Windows Vista 64. Windows installation failures. Windows Update failure. Cannot install .NET 4. When I was finally able to solve these problems, I noticed that my drive 1 t is almost full. View all the files in the disk space Explorer discovered 25 files of xxxxxxx shell32.dll from 3G to 22G in size in the C:\windows\syswow64\ folder. (see photo)

    Hi Dennis,

I apologize for the delay in responding. These files could be temporary files created during the installation of the updates. However, it is strange that these files are about 4 GB in size. I suggest to run Disk Cleanup, restart your PC and check if the files still exist. See this article for more information about Disk Cleanup:

Looks like they want you to access a file on your hard drive. Click Start, click computer (or my computer), open your C: drive (probably marked 'Local disk'), scroll down and open the Windows folder, and then try to search in System32 or SysWOW64 folders for the specified file.

    Hello

Winservices.exe is not part of Windows, its share of the virus.

I would make sure that the virus is really gone and then perform the cleaning included here:

  • CyberDefender diagnosis claimed the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\defrag.exe file is missing.

    Original title: CyberDefender diagnosis

This promo 'Double my speed .com' is a bait & switch. $40 for their 'diagnostic' software, then someone turns to sell you a package of $400 maintenance. A container of the slow cooker.   However, their 'diagnostic' has stated that this file is missing from my system:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\defrag.exe

I have had a lot of wrong with my Firefox browser lock up lately (which the 'seller' useful said they could fix), so I came on this site to download it, but a search comes empty.  Has anyone concerned with that?

    Hi Benthoven,

You can try to run the disc, defragment, and see if it works. If it works, then you can ignore the message of C:\Windows\SysWOW64\defrag.exe.

    Step 1:

You can read the following article and try to run Disk Defragmenter.

Improve performance by defragmenting your hard drive

    Step 2:

You can read the following article to download the Microsoft Safety Scanner and perform a full scan on your computer.

Note: When you perform the analysis, there are chances of losing the data that you can take a backup of important data before performing analysis.

C:\Windows\SysWow64\CScript.exe appears whenever my computer starts. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

    M. Shivkumar, I also encountered this problem, and after following the instructions given by Linney, I've isolated the problem to the boot service "CheckNDISPort", which was linked to the MTS MBlaze program on my computer. It is not a virus, nothing to worry about. You can stop this from happening by disabling the boot service called 'CheckNDISPort' in the tab, start the System Configuration utility. It is not to damage your computer if you keep it checked.

  • In Windows 7, cannot copy files in system32, goes to sysWOW64 instead

Somehow I can not copy the file in system32, but rather the file go to sysWOW64, I used windows 7 64 bit, I hope someone can solve this problem. Thank you

Why / what you are trying to copy a file in System32?

System32 (as its name suggests) is a system folder that is protected by Windows Resource Protection. You should not normally be playing with it unless you have good reason.

SysWOW64 is a record that plays an "emulator" to allow 32-bit programs to run on a 64 bit version of Windows 7. Still, you shouldn't normally be playing with it.

  • Download folder to System32 path instead of SysWOW64 path Points

It is a long-standing problem that I ignored and circumvented for years. But now I plan an upgrade to Windows 10 and think I would ask for trouble if I don't fix it all first.

The problem is that my download folder is pointing to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Downloads instead of C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Downloads. When I actually download something, it goes into the SysWoW64 directory. I have a link on the desktop and as a workaround.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The default location for the downloads folder is C:\Users\yourusernamepersonal.

It is possible to change this in Internet Explorer.

    • Click the gear on the top icon right
    • Click on View downloads
    • Click Options in the lower left corner
    • Click Browse, and then select any convenient folder

I saw an error in the establishment of the download folder that could not be reset in IE.  If this happens then you can fix it using the procedure given in move the folder of the user.  The procedure is related to the parameter & checking all file locations [re] user but you are only interested in paragraphs 2.2 - 2.5, 2.8.  As you will read, I had to use this procedure myself, so I know it works & has no secondary effect.

I am baffled by your current settings.  I can't imagine how it all went so dramatically bad for you.  You do not use the built-in Administrator account, you?  You will need to stop this before upgrading to Windows 10 or you would probably lose all your files of the user at all times as long as this account is completely deleted then recreated by Windows 10 [there were some reports of users of this last year].

  • SE error message: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\LQCUI2.dll

    Original title: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\LQCUI2.dll

I get the same message after my laptop was idle during the night. Its very annoying, it disappears after executing the recovery. Then it does it all over again once, I don't know why. Hey Joe,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

According to the description of the problem and the error message, it seems that you found error .dll. These .dll error comes if there is a file system corruption. Then, I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps you to solve the problem.

    Method 1

I suggest you to check the system files are they work very well or not and to check who are trying to run the (SFC) System File Checker tool.

Scan SFC will be scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

    • Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.
    • Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
    • In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

For more information, refer to this link:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833/en-us

    Method 2

If you encounter a problem by uninstalling the program, then you can try to run the fixit described in the article mentioned below and see if it helps you to solve the problem.

The problems that the programs cannot be installed or uninstalled

    Method 3

If the problem is specific to a hardware device, and then try to solve the problems of hardware device and see what it finds. To run the hardware troubleshooter, you can see the article mentioned below.

    do I need to worry?

    Hello

What antivirus software do you use?

Method 1: From the antivirus software that you warned about this, could be a virus.

Create a restore point before you delete the file and then delete the file.

If something goes wrong, you can undo the changes.

    Method 2:

Here is a link that will give you information on how to perform a full scan of the system:

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.
