My email client is the beta version of 41. I just upgraded the sys op to version 10 of Windows version 7.
The close, minimize and resize buttons are inactive on the Thunderbird main window when running on Windows version 10. These buttons are active on other windows such as the address book and new message. Ctrl W keys work on the main as Alt and then exit.
Is there a reason that the buttons are inactive on the main window?

I have a Windows Vista laptop. I usually have no problem printing over the network to my University Library. Then I bought a new Kodak printer to my apartment which I also configured to print wireless. For about a day, I could print from these two networks, depends on the location. Now, I can't print at the library. I am able to see all printers but when I try to 'Connect', it says "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Make sure you typed the name correctly and that you are connected to the network. "Word, printers of the University Library no longer appear in the list you choose to print. What should I do?

The subject line is the main issue. But I have a few other questions: the PSB files are stored (in the Windows operating system) in the folder Temp of the user. Why? My Temp folder has a dozen PSB files with various dates. Is there a reason that they do not disappear when a PSD file is saved? Remains of the PS crashes?
Same questions for Smart Object PSB files.

Yes, a smart object is a container for a file embedded as a PSB (large Document of Photoshop), EPS, PSD, TIFF, PDF, etc.

Photoshop will normally remove the temporary file when the master document (the one containing the SO) is closed. If you wish, you can watch the creation and deletion of these files. An accident before closing the document master is expected to be the only reason that there is a PSB wandering in Temp.

The lack of tabs in display properties usually indicates a malware infection. First run the scans and do not skip the preparatory work. If the machine stands (not frozen) in Safe Mode (where you'll be scanning), it is also a good indication of infection. Cannot use a CSS file to display from the rafters in the sensitive HTML output
We use a CSS file to add styles to characters in some of our content. It works by using the WebHelp output, but when we exit to HTML5 reactive, rafters are not displayed. Here is the code in the CSS file:

This part of the CSS file should just define content relevant to small capitals and wrapping brackets around it. When you look at this style in the Styles dialog box, it does not display the rafters in the preview window, then perhaps there is a clue as to what is at the origin of the problem. We use RoboHelp version 11, but get the same problem with the 2015 version. Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm not a CSS guru, but I know that the output files are different from the source. My gut tells me that the build process is originally munging of the CSS in the output. I tested by copying your code and pasting in one of my CSS and applying the style. As you say, WebHelp was beautiful and the media were there but more responsive, they were absent. But when I copied the CSS from the source to the output, the reactivity is actually media.
When I compared the differences, what seems to happen is that in the CSS source there are quotes that surround the characters of your choice and in the output, the quotes are ejected. So workaround seems to be either simply change the CSS output after generating or just copy the CSS source produce by and replace with her output.

After opening project, several tabs of this project are displayed in the project Panel.

The number of project committees is saved as a property of the workspace. So if you have a project open with, say, 5 panels of project open to different locations and you create a new project, the new project will also 5 panels project - but given that the new project is not the garbage, all instances of project group will be opened at the level of the root.
A quick way to remedy this is to reset the current workspace or select a backup one layout, you like a personalized workspace and move to after the creation of a new project.
