  Have you created a page template for your stamp? Did name the template of the page correctly? It's the right format:

  #InternalStampName = display name of stamp

• Why doesn't the space bar "click on" than the tab through the form?

  I want to know if it is possible to change the buttons on my form so that when a user presses Tab through the form by typing they can simply press the SPACEBAR while the button is highlighted to 'click' top.  Also, if anyone knows a button cancel out of the tab order?

  Not that I know of. The default behavior is that when a button has focus, the button enter fire the click event.

  Also, I don't think you can exclude a button in the tab order. If you open the palette tab, you can move the button to the bottom of the tab order, but you can't completely eliiminate it.

  There are some function in the field class, you can use more there is a class more XYRect that can be used to set the margin margin.

• Configure Adobe Reader so I can tab through the documents instead of having a bunch of windows open.

  You can set up Adobe Reader so 1 single window opens instead of a new window every time you open a document.  Who may end up being a lot of windows open at the same time.  Can't I just tab through them?

• Expand the fields of text not cooperating

  I have created a new form that spans over 2 pages and saved as a dynamic PDF. I am trying to allow for text fields to expand as the user beyond the initial size of the field. The field is set to 'extend to worthy. I have several sections of the form all separated by lines of text. I tried to wrap each section in a subform (value "Flowed"), then wrap all subforms to a larger subform (the "Flowed" value).

  The problems I encounter is each article that is wrapped in a subform loses the positioning and space between the fields in all fields and bring them tight to each other. Then when I wrap all subforms in a larger subform (the value "sunk"), my text headers and all other text get rearranged and I can not change the order to reposition with white space.

  Here is a picture of my form in the friendly and tidy format that I want to keep. Then a picture of the way she looks with each section in a subform and all these subforms in a larger subform.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  If you look at your hierarchy, you will see that this subform, the schema object is equal (or to) the background. Click on, and then drag it in the hierarchy to the top of the subform:

  

  

  It should be resolved for a subform from top to bottom Flowed.

  I want to place the javascript code in the field changes, correct?

  If you create the form using LiveCycle Designer then this script uses the wrong model. If you expect autotab to the field when the current field is full here is a way to do. You could trap the code that goes into a field as it is typed. You can test its length and if this is the length you are looking for then you can move the cursor... something like this:

  If (temp.length == 3) {}

  xfa.host.setFocus ("TextField2")

  }

  Is it possible to implement the program adobe reader so I can tab through my documents instead of a new window opens whenever I open a new document?

  Now I have a dozen or several windows open at the same time and it takes my taskbar to not to mention that it's hard to find my way through all these documents.

• Unable to automatically fill in the fields that have a Global data link

  I have a long form LCD with a button at the top that I use to fill in the form with the test data.  Then this button has a whole bunch of "rawValue = _" of statements.  But some of the fields in the form use global data binding, and the button won't just fill in these fields.  So, I always fill in these fields manually whenever I want to test.  Can someone tell me if there is a way around this?  Thanks for any help.

  Just figured out the answer myself.  The issue has been one of the issues being filled was a yes / no radio not button who was in command of "xfa.host.resetData" in it.  So whenever this radio button is checked, the function resetData will prepare the fields in this section, and then of course everywhere elsewhere due to binding global data.  I have removed the function resetData and the problem resolved.

• Captivate 9 - text entry area - cannot navigate through the input of text boxes on the same slide using enter key (works only tab)

  I designed a slide that has 3 areas of text entry.

  I need the user to be able to type in their response to the first box and then press the ENTER key, it will pass them in the next text box. After typing in their response to the second box, press ENTER, and then have developed pass to the third area.

  I don't want to use tab, I want to go to work as a shortcut key, so this works well on all devices. It feels like a trip to the logic of the user.

  I removed the button SUBMIT and check the validate user input.

  I put the shortcut key to ENTER in propriety / Actions area

  However, after that type in an answer and pressing on enter, the focus is not moved in the input text box available at the following address on the same blade.

  This happens regardless of browser (tested Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE9/10) and also OS - Windows 7, Mac OSX 10.9, 10.10 and latest version of iOS

  Only the tab key works (Ive even tried with other keyboard shortcuts and it always comes back to TAB).

  I know that this feature is possible in Captivate 9. I have read and watched many tutorials online, it seems a very basic feature. I could be wrong.

  This is a feature of wholesale/known or I'm doing something wrong.

  If a bug, is there a plan to fix it soon?

  Indeed, your problem is related to the Enter key as a shortcut key, not to have multiple TEB and one absolutely validation button. Take a look at this article very old (you are not the first to ask about this):

  But here I explained to indicate to the user click in a next TEB, do not use input.

  I've sifted through a lot of search results and could not find an answer, so I hope someone might be able to help.
  
  I have a hidden value that contains a date that I extracted from my database. I also have a "Show text" field shows that under certain conditions. I want to show the hidden value in my screen as text with another text field.
  
  For example, if the value of the hidden field is "10/11/09" I want to show a message that says "database was updated on 10/11/09".

  You can change the "Source" to "SQL query" Type and specify a query similar to

  at the TOP, you can make use of the APEX from the dictionary. Simply create an application or process level page with the following code.

  So I currently have a form to fill out, asking me if certain actions are possible. I am fairly new to the technical aspects of livecycle so real with me if you can.

  I have a series of 4 boxes with values assigned to each. Below the 4 boxes, I have a 4 additional text fields at least one fields relate to one of the 4 possible box selections.

  OK, here we are so spare with me:

  Is it possible to link the 4 boxes in the text field below, i.e. When you click on one of the 4 boxes, the included value apart from that the check box automatically to fill the text field below about 4 possible selections?

  Second question: How can I change the text field automatically calculate numeric values with the 4th text field ending by the result of the calculation?

  If I'm working on the fact that the four items of the table is called:

  1. currentBalance
  2. accrual accounting
  3. Balance
  4. eligibleHours

  So if you go on the 3rd field (balance) and have the following text in the calculate (JavaScript) event:

  In the area of 4th (eligibleHours) and have the following text in the calculate (JavaScript) event:
