Table - Ebook
I'm new with LabVIEW.
Where can I find the code e-book or source to study the table?
I would like to study by myself. In fact, I learn from help in the program.
I am designing automatically Chart control in the inspection of the factory process.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards
wasin Pensungnoen
Have you tried Wikipedia? If you want a PowerPoint, a here. There is also the tutorial for NOR.
Forgive me for saying, but if you don't know what are the tables, I think that the design of a control chart for the inspection of a plant process can be a little out of your League.

Could someone give me advice on what to do to fix? What have I done? I tried to install Adobe digs Eds 4 and it seems stop working after that, but I tried to uninstall that and it is always the same. I also tried to reinstall TCS5. Reactive out of HTML5 still works ok.
Thanks in advance,
Sarah
It could be a longshot, but try to move the project to a place where the path is shorter. I had a similar problem (I think I got the same error a few months ago, but I can't be 100% certain), where the epub was not able to generate, and I tried to move my project to another location where the path to the files was shorter. This solves the problem for me.

FXL ePub book file doesn't generate table of contents
The navigation of the table of contents in the iBook reader lists all pages of the fixed Indesign layout, any Option Export eBook, I chose, with the exception of no 'none '.
Hello
You will need to define it in the source document style of the book. Also please see if your table of contents works in single document itself to check the table of contents style is correctly set.
Thank you

Table of contents for the edition of ePub paragraph style
I am trying to figure if InDesign can allow us to the editor the dynamic table of contents. What we have is essentially the following:
Chapter number (single paragraph style)
Chapter title (single paragraph style)
First paragraph (single paragraph style)
We want that the ToC that gets pulled up in an eBook reader to show this:
Chapter 1: Chapter title
Chapter 2: Chapter title
At present, only InDesign appears to export each as a specific paragraph style, without setting them on the same line side by side. We're stuck with:
Chapter 1
Chapter title
Chapter 2
Chapter title
Does anyone know of a way to export the ePub is what we want rather than this broken hirarchically way?
There is no good way to do it. We must either go to the ePub after export, or change the style, so there's a return between the chapter number and chapter title instead of a return. The second option will involve completely restyling, and get in there colon will be delicate.

Running heavy fall during to integrate ebook reader
Hello, I tried different versions of Flash Player since version official v11 but I could not find a solution to this problem, I tried the following versions: FP11, Beta FP12, FP12 and FP13 Beta (currently with it, 13.0.0.130).
The problem occurs especially with this ebook reader: http://goo.gl/SYrjLS every time I'm trying the mouse on the interface, the browser is a lot, sometimes even it takes 2-3 seconds before the shift, also I tried with 2 different GPU: GeForce 9500 GT (who died last week by chance while I was reading this ebook) and GeForce GT 630 which is installed right now.
Do you know how to reduce this drop in performance (if it is possible to reduce it)?
I don't know how to do a technical journal of the Flash Player, I just find the DxDiag and FireFox reports:

We do not have a response on your part. I just wanted to try and followed before closing it.
I would like to know if the issue went away, or if you could confirm whether Firefox passes in all browsers or specific.

I work for a Publisher and we use InDesign to implement our print files can be downloaded (usually in PDF format).
Then, I create a new file for ebooks, remove pages additional, marking the table of entries contained as hyperlinks, etc. internal.
Given that the Kindle plugin is still in beta and cannot, for some reason, recognize a table of contents created using hypertext links (even if that's what specify instructions), I convert it to an ePub, check, make all necessary revisions, except that as the upload of ePub.
Can I convert the ePub in mobi using Calibre.
In both cases, my cadratins are divided into two quadratins in digital versions. I use the low InDesign Type menu to select the em dash and it appears as a single symbol or glyph. Print file seems perfect. It is only when it is converted to a digital format that the em dash is divided into aligned format.
I need to find a glyph special to use does not appear in my font (Times New Roman)? I really need to fix this! Any help is appreciated.
Hello
Thanks for sharing files. In the "OutpassageEbookTextcontent.indd" document, instead of an em dash, two quadratins are used and it is probably the reason why you see in the EPUB. You can use the find/change dialog box to understand when these are used. I sent an email stating in many places where they are used as your files may be confidential and I abstained from publishing excerpts of text on the forum. Please take a look and let me know if I have not understood your problem.
Kind regards

Saved style table of contents does not export EPUB
I created and saved a new style of table of contents, tested in its document to ensure that it looked good, added this doc to my book, all saved file and went to export my ebook. In the drop down "Styles KNOCK", the only two TOC styles avaiable are "Default" and "No. Style", and my saved style is not displayed. No idea why?
Other info:
-I am running a trial version of Adobe InDesign CS6
-I'm on a PC
-I have not yet tried to reset my preferences, but want to avoid if possible
I've asked this question before, but was not clear on the problem because I did not entirely understand myself. Hope it's OK that I'm the reword for clarity now. Thank you!
Hi all! POOJA has contacted me via PM and solved my problem. I didn't create the table of contents in the document Source of Style. DUH. I feel like a retard, but I appreciate all the help.

How hide the table of contents in the body of an e-book?
Hey people, I'm kind of a weird request. Do not forget that everything I know about InDesign, I taught myself for a month, so I can miss major somethng.
As an intern, I am creating ebooks and I have to make sure that those I create the same look as the ebooks previously created for my employer (better yet, I had to do it from scratch!). In their previous ebooks (EPUB file format) the table of contents posted by the ereader clearly indicates a specific style of OCD was used to create (he titles and subtitles, so it is not just the default style that draws from the file names), BUT there is NO table of contents anywhere in the body of the ebook itself. There is also no blank page where a table of contents can be hidden with a hidden layer.
I created a table of contents to match style to them, but I can't it appears in the drop-down menu Styles TOC when I go to export EPUB book file unless the document of the table of contents is also included in the book file, and as I said, I can't get the table of contents in the body of the ebook itself just in the menu that is displayed by an ereader.
Any advice?
Did you use dialogue style of content Table to create a new style of table of contents? If so, then the new table of contents style must appear in the drop-down list TOC Style selected in the dialog box in the Navigation options to export EPUB.
Kind regards
POOJA

A link to a bookmark in the table of contents?
I couldn't find this anywhere in help. The only time where it says link a bookmark to a table of contents was if you have used the feature of automatic creation of your table of contents.
I think I figured out how do it, but wanted to run it by the forum to see if this is right.
This is how it is done?
- Add a new page to the table of contents.
- Enter a title.
- The file name, choose the topic that contains the bookmark.
- Click OK to save. Your page should appear in the table of contents.
- Right-click on the page, table of contents, that you just created. The Table of Contents Page Properties window opens.
- At the bottom of the page, where it says "link to", add # and the name of the bookmark at the end.
For example, if your subject appears in the form Entering_a_New_Customer.htm and the bookmark is called address, you would add #address the end of the filename. Gives you a link to Entering_a_New_Customer.htm #address
Is there another way to do it? In this way requires two steps and requires that you know the name of the bookmark; You can't navigate to it.
Hello
It should be simpler than that.
See if the screencast below the help link.

Table of contents trees in sync with the hyperlink navigation
A requirment for the project that I am working on is to create a process mapping (check) that links to court documents (check, using the hyperlink map). Everything is good, but the table of contents in the left pane should open/tree on the document which jumped through the hyperlink. Is there a way to RoboHelp 9 (update tomorrow) to synchronize the table of contents of the opened document?
Thank you
Rob
Hi Rob
Your car and you say "HTML" is the exit that's like asking what brand of car tell us that it's a car.
However, did you also say that "it is the exit for the company intranet" so that hopefully narrow down the choices a bit. So I guess here is that it is either WebHelp and FlashHelp helps Web Based AIR.
I choose WebHelp here. If it's something different, you can come back and tell us, or possibly you will see what I'm showing here in the dialog box and who can help with another type of output.
See the Navigation section of the recipe for the presentation of a single Source.
See you soon... Rick

Table with the Kindle and generated content in e - pubs design problems
I encountered a strange problem with e-pub files exported from 5.5 design. It's only a problem with the Kindle, but that in itself is a pretty big problem. This has to do with the way In Design creates tables of contents. As you know, the "Table of contents" function in In Design is what generates the NCX or navigation device in your e-pub. Our books, we also create a linked table of contents in the text of the book. Below is a string of code generated by In Design that shows a typical chapter opening header that is included in the NCX and also back to the table of contents links in the text. The first (toc_marker-10) id is automatically generated by the 'Table of contents' function and corresponds to the id used by the NCX. The second id (Morella) has been created by me using an anchor point and assigning a "destination of the hyperlink" which can bind an element in my table in the text of the content. Then this piece of text is a hypertext link (via as HREF) return to the table of contents page. As you can see, In Design puts the second id towards the end of the code and after the HREF that links to my table of contents page. This works very well on all the reading devices except the Kindle, which seems to become confused by the order of the elements in the code. Amazon said that because this second id comes after the HREF, the hyperlink does not appear on this text (Morella) and the connection breaks. The way around this is simple: just move the second id < an id = "Morella" / > while it comes immediately before the href tag and everything works. But that means getting into the e-pub afterwards and put away all instances of the problem. In addition, there is no consistency in order that design attributes to the elements in the present code. In some cases where the links have been created in exactly the same way, the second id appears before the HREF and the link works fine. It's just a bug or did someone knows if In Design actually uses logic to decide the order of the items below?
< h4 id = "toc_marker-10" class = "chapternumber" > < a href = "Poe_Short_Stories - 2.html #CONTENTS" > < an id = "Morella" / > Morella < /a > < / h4 >
It really doesn't seem like a problem of Kindle. InDesign creates an EPUB file, not a Mobi file. It is designed to create an EPUB that will pass validation.
Creating the EPUB MOBI file is a separate issue and not something that InDesign must concern itself with.
At this stage of development of eBook (early on), it is quite well provided you will need script or manually change some CSS and XHTML to adjust the vagaries of different devices.

Hyperlinks in ebooks in CS5.5 - Please share your info
I would like to make a suggestion. Maybe this will help developers.
It seems that some of us have no problem with internal hypertext links in ebooks, and others - which makes me wonder if it is something to do with the individual systems. I would ask all who have exported to EPUB with CS5.5 to leave an answer to these questions, if you have had problems or not. Perhaps one of our permanent experts might suggest other issues.
(By "internal links" I mean a link that goes to another location in the document, and not a URL on the internet.)
1 internal hyperlinks work when you export a book in epub format?
2 internal hyperlinks work when you export a single document to EPUB?
3. are you using a Mac or a PC?
4. what operating system do you use?
5. any other input you feel may be useful.
Somehow, we need to get this figured out!
Thanks for your comments.
With the greatest respect to Gabriel, this problem was not fixed in 5.5. I have the same problem. Yes, hyperlinks work very well in a document unique epub, but they do not work correctly in the books.
You'll find you need to export the entire book to an epub, then unpack it with 7zip, correct the hyperlinks and he rezip. You must know HTML to do this.
According to other messages that I read on this forum, InDesign leaves out a part of the code when exporting a book.
I found this post here somewhere, but I can't remember where:
"Wherever you see a place the name of the file that you are linking the reference in front of her. If you link the chapter title for an item in the table of contents, and the name of file for Chapter 1 is 1.xhtml chapter, this: . You must do this to each cross-reference.
I hope this helps. It's a real pain, but it seems to be the only answer.
Good luck.

HR 9,01 table legends Format problem
I created WebHelp in RH 8 / CHT 2.5. The legends of the table are fine, Arial, blue, italic
I made a few minor updates to the table of contents (not the legend) in FM 10 / CHT 3.0.
I open the project in RH9 / TC 3.0 and regenerate.
The table caption is Times Roman black.
I can't change the legend of table format to be anything besides than Times Roman black.
The HR records show the correct format.
Here is what I tried:
I tried manually insert a table and put in the form of the legend.
I tried to create a CHM file instead of a file from WebHelp. The same problem.
I tried with two different projects. The same problem.
I did not create a new project.
Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
Thanks for the clues.
I tried to attach screenshots here, but I have disabled IE tweaks, because nothing happens when I click on the camera.
Welcome to our community
I will start by saying openly that I am a big ole frame ignoramous. I'm a guy of RoboHelp.
I think for the style more precisely my legends of table I first have to change the CSS file by using Windows Notepad. Pop the following code in the file:
Once you do this, your dialog box Styles will have an entry of legend in the other category you can format.
Seems to work on my own setup. I hope it will work for you.

Microsoft HTML Help - lack expand icon in the table of contents
Hello
The development (+) icon suddenly is no longer in the table of contents, when I generate a Microsoft HTML Help output. I can always double click books to develop them and see the underlying topics... but no + icon.
I have attached a few screenshots of what is happening and what needs to happen.
Can someone help me recover this icon?Thank you!
Hello
Examine your SSL properties, and then click Change next to advanced settings. Then tab table of contents lines allow root and you can then activate the signs Plus/minus.

How do you get a table bordlerless in RH 9?
Hello
I'm doing my table without border, or at least to give it a white border so that you can't see.
I clicked and went to the properties of the Table > table borders and none selected. It did not work. I also tried sewtting the properties of edge to 0px and white, but even once, it did not work.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thank you
Gail
