Task parallel library

I use c# with NET4.0. I would use the 'Task' object in the system. Threading.Tasks for parallel processing. But 'Task' is already defined in namespace DAQmx. I find that I have to explicitly state the namespace (or the other system. Threading.Tasks or NationalInstruments.DAQmx) to distinguish what "task" I refer whenever I use "task". Y at - it an easier way to do it.

Best regards

Shane

In c#, you can declare an alias for a type with a using directive, as:

using DAQmxTask = NationalInstruments.DAQmx.Task;
    using ParallelTask = System.Threading.Tasks.Task;

Not quite sure what your after.

You can send the results of research to a custom page, I think you did that? This page can have its own model.

The module itself for the search results:

    {module_webappsresults, bkp, resultsPerPage, hideEmptyMessage, rowLength, sort}

They are key elements where bkp being true means that search results will use the backup of the web application on the main list.

If you apply the rule of custom template by adding a space and a model = "PATHTOFILE", you can specify the search results to use a custom template.

  • After creating a task, it is not listed in the Task Scheduler Library.

    Hello

I created a system task to the system log. It was supposed to send an email to me whenever the event is logged.
After saving it, I wanted to get to the Task Scheduler Library, but it has not been listed. I tried to create the task again, but it is said that a task with the same name already exists. The event took place, and when I looked at the status of the task, it shows the name of the task with the result of success.
How can I remove / edit the task when I can't? Help appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

  • How can I remove a scheduled task?

I want to know how to remove a scheduled task, I did (instructions for making one here: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistaprograms/thread/6339f3d6-504d-4275-857a-4307a4cbe9ff), but all I can find on the subject does not work under vista, or just tell me how to end it--which is not sufficient, because it runs automatically when I connect. Could someone show me please how to do this.

I finally found the answer. Go to task sheduler > task scheduler library(left pane), and then you will see the list of tasks that you can edit and delete.

It would be a good idea to run the System File Checker tool if you have corrupted files

"How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the files on system missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7"

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

If SFC detects serious flaws, you may need to perform a repair upgrade Installation or relocation complete if you don't have a Vista DVD from Microsoft.

If you can borrow a DVD of Vista from Microsoft you save doing a reinstall full:

"How to perform a repair for Vista Installation"

Here is some information about the Vista defrag and a good alternative to use:

The Vista defrag works quietly in the background without intervention on your part

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/942092

In Windows Vista, there are a lot of improvements in the defrag engine and handling of fragmentation. By default, Windows Vista uses Task Scheduler to automatically keep the defragmented hard drive. This Automatic defragmentation does not affect the performance of the Windows Vista operating system...

If you want to use a much better defragmentation program which is free and where you can see the results, I suggest this one:

  • Corrupted immage Task Scheduler

When I start the Task Scheduler it is said in a message tha the immage was altered or damaged. You have a solution?

    Hello

1 did you change on your computer?

    2. What is the exact error message you received?

    3A this works much earlier?

This problem occurs if the scheduled backup task is corrupt. Task Scheduler service is responsible for the actual planning of the tasks. Because Task Scheduler uses the file system to store information about the task, it is possible to enumerate and prepare tasks without the help of the service, but you won't get very far without him. Task Scheduler may not recognize tasks that are written directly to the file system and will probably refuse to perform tasks that have been tampered with.

    Follow the step below:

The scheduled backup job is possibly corrupt. Try these steps and check the result.

Step 1: Remove the task in the Task Scheduler

    a. Click Start, type Task Scheduler and click on enter.

    (b) in the left pane, click "Task Scheduler Library" and select the backup task in the center pane and delete it.

Method 1: Run the fixit available in the link below and check if it makes a difference.

    Note:
Fixit would attempt to recover bad sectors on the hard disk, in the course of this process there are chances of data loss from that particular area.

Method 2: Re-set up backup - users have solved similar issue by following the steps below:

    (a) go to Task Scheduler (run taskschd.msc from a command prompt OR RUN dialog box)

folder b) navigate under Task Scheduler Library-> Microsoft-> Windows-> Windows Backup

    (c) delete the automatic backup task

    (d) remove the job from the Windows backup Analyzer

    (e) try to re - set up backup

  • Error message: the selected task "{0}" no longer exists. to view the current task, click Refresh

When I go to start Task Scheduler, I get this message "the selected task"{0}"no longer exists. to see the current tasks, click Refresh"so I go ahead and click on refresh and get the same error message. How can I solve this problem? Any help and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I spent a few minutes and tracked down the problem and a solution. This is a result of work files that exist in the tasks folders that do not have access to (probably) in the registry. Here's how I worked through the issue - will take time, but it has cleared up the problem completely for me:

    1. Open the Task Scheduler, and then click OK when you are prompted with the error. It may seem that you receive again and again the same error, but it is really because of the number of tasks that are broken. Make a note of the number of times that you are prompted by the error of the selected task '{0} '. This is the number of work files that are out of sync with the registry.
    2. Start with the first folder under Windows tasks (Task Scheduler (Local) \Task Scheduler Library\Microsoft\Windows), and then select each file in turn until you receive the error of the selected task '{0} '. This folder contains files that are not synchronized with the Task Scheduler.
    3. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder of tasks (% SystemFolder%\Tasks\Microsoft\Windows) and look for the folder that corresponds to the folder in which you received the error.
    4. For some tasks, you will be able to determine which files need to be removed by comparing the list in the Task Scheduler with the list of files in the Explorer. Some tasks will be only one file in the Explorer, or, in one case, I had 2 and the first was absent. Once Task Scheduler encounters this error is no longer display the tasks so he does the work to get the two in sync a little harder. Once you have determined which files exist in the folder of files but do not exist in the folder of the Task Scheduler, remove these files.
    5. IMPORTANT - close and re-open the Task Scheduler. Once the error, Task Scheduler no longer displays the missions you have to close and restart in order to continue your effort of synchronization.
    6. Continue to select folders in the Task Scheduler under Windows taskbar until you encounter the error once again and repeat the process of determining which file exists on the file system, but not in the Task Scheduler.

I had 6 files that were at odds with what was shown in the Task Scheduler. Once I deleted all the incriminated files, task scheduler has pulled up without problem.

    Good luck.

Very detailed solution from Microsoft Support does work for me because the first step is to go to Task Scheduler Library and find the folder in which the corrupted task is in. I carefully searched the whole library, and there is certainly no 'task32498346' in the Task Scheduler Library. I'm not aware of all this causes me problems. Everything seems to work OK. I came just to have stumbled on this because I was curious how the Scheduler works. I looked in Services and Task Scheduler started. Despite do not cause me problems, I know, I want to get rid of this popup error message. Can someone help me, please?

    (Moved to repair and recovery)

Yes. The Earth is round. Does this have to do with my question?

-> OK, I'll specify it in detail. You must search for the folder C:\Windows\System32\Tasks of the existence of the file that generates the error message, i.e. task32498346. The file may be hidden.

  • Difficulties to use Task Scheduler to update the database of the program

    Hello

I would like Win 7 Task Scheduler to cause Locate32.exe Explorer file update there database every 45 minutes when I am connected. (Locate32 can do it by itself, but must operate continuously in the background to do).  I'm obviously not in the right info, because it does not work for me. I got the details to enter another site, as I am not familiar with the Task Scheduler.

Task field name walked - locate32.

    In trigger I select daily

then by selecting a time of 5 minutes before present, to test works

then, in the action, I'm selecting Start a program

    then in program/script I enter 'C:\ProgramFiles\Locate\locate32 '.

    then in arguments - U

Usually it is a notification when I update of database Locate32. This does not occur with the scheduled task, and when I look in the Task Scheduler for tasks that have been made, this one does.

I checked the user information is correct.

Please could someone tell me what I should do instead? Thank you, Jay

    KP Swamy

    Hello PK Swamy.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum.

The Task Scheduler service lets you perform tasks on a chosen computer automated. With this service, you can program any program to run at a convenient time for you, or when a specific event occurs. Task Scheduler monitors the time criteria or the event that you choose and execute the task when these criteria are met.

I understand that you are not able to create the Task Scheduler to restart the system. Please, I beg you, don't worry I'll try my best to resolve the issue.

I suggest you try the following steps to create the Task Scheduler:

    1. click on start, type taskschd.msc in the start search box and press enter (it will launch the Task Scheduler).

Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation and click Ok.

2 left click in the right pane on the Task Scheduler Library > open Action in main menu > new folder > name MyTasks > click Ok.

    3. left-click on the MyTasks > menu, choose Action > create a basic task (it open Assistant tasks).

    4. you can enter the name , for example "restart" and click on Next.

    5. in the trigger section, you can specify when you want to run your task, for example:

    a. Select daily and the press Next.

    b. now you can specify the day, time and all reproduce on a daily basis, after the press Next.

    6. in the Action section, you can choose what you want to run, for example, restart your system to do this:

    a. choose start a program and press on Next.

    b. in the field program/script , type shutdown /r and click on Next.

    7. click on end.
