Task Scheduler with a click - once the shortcut.

Windows XP I used to have a scheduled task that would begin its click - once the shortcut program.  It would update the program if necessary, and run.

Windows 7 with the new Task Scheduler, I can't figure out how to make this happen.  My program/Script is the path to the program\Program.appref - ms.  (this running in a cmd window works fine).

When he tries to run, he sends errors following back:

Task Scheduler failed to start 'C:\Windows\system32\dfshim.dll' action pending '{155bc786-43ff-4a0f-a7b7-523a07bff2a8}' work "\Test. Additional data: error value: 2147942593.

Task Scheduler could not start instance "{155bc786-43ff-4a0f-a7b7-523a07bff2a8}" "\Test" task for the user 'XXXXX '. Additional data: error value: 2147942593.

Thanks for any help.
