Taskbar disappears Windows 7 (laptop Samsung)

Hi guys,.

My taskbar suddenly disappeared while I was playing DOTA 2. I tried all of the solutions that I read in the forum (restart explorer.exe, point the mouse on all sides of the screen, turn the system restore) and unfortunately none of them works. I'm also confused with the restoration of the system because he always warns that my antivirus is halting the process. I already removed the Microsoft Security Essentials program and tried restoring the system again, but still it tells me an antivirus program. My last option would be to restore the PC to its original state, even though I am used to doing with a bootable DVD and these new laptops have only controls of bulkhead that makes all confused now. Can I download an electronic copy of Win7 and enter the key printed on the back of the laptop?

Please help me!

Thank you!

Hello

When you buy a new computer, there is normally a trial of Norton or McAfee on this edition and Norton will interfere with restoration of the work system.

And if you've never used AVG that SR will also stop if remnants of it still remain.

This could be what is talking about the warning message.

  • Cursor jump / stuck scroll Windows 8 for Samsung laptop

    Hi all

I use a laptop Samsung Windows 8, which is only a year. A few months ago I started having the cursor jumps around every time I tap on MS Word or, say, Google address bar. When I am browsing, the page scrolls in the very last part of the page and I won't be able to scroll up normally for a few seconds.

I tried to disable my trackpad, using an external mouse and keyboard without result. The issue is still ongoing. I brought it to a repair shop and I was told that my keys are grounded and must be replaced. But if my keyboard grounded, then why is the same question that passes when I use an external keyboard?

    @HE22, welcome to the forum.

I think that your problem is due to the computer in Tablet Mode.  What makes the taskbar disappear.  You can change this setting by clicking on Cortana and type of the parameters of the Tablet Mode.  The settings page so that it opens.  The upper part is the section titled "when I connect: (there is a menu drop down.).  Choose "Use mode suitable for my hardware" or "use desktop mode.  This should encourage you to task bar appears.

Yes, the Samsung N148 supports Windows 7. Samsung has Windows 7 drivers for the N148 on their site:

Was one of these updates for a video driver?  If that were the case, you might want to go back to the previous driver in Device Manager.

On the same note, ensuring that you have the latest video driver is also important if it wasn't one of the updates.

Then, you should try to restart the DWM and ensuring that it is auto-start.

In the search box, type "services".

When the window appears, select services and check for the Desktop Windows Manager.  Try to restart it.  Then right click on the entry and make sure that it is auto-start.
