  Yesterday, I restarted my computer and a message keeps popping up that I am victim of software counterfeiting (in reference to Microsoft Windows) when I bought the computer at Future Shop just a year ago. I followed the instructions mentioned in another post, as well as other Web sites, and nothing seems them works. Above everything else, I can not access the control panel. It appears and disappears immediately. If this were not already enough, Windows Update does not work or the other. The icon is there, but whenever I click on it, nothing happens.
  I only bought the computer a year ago, and there is already a long list of problems with it. I'm at the end of my rope! If someone is brave enough to tackle these problems, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

  If you click START then type C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe' (without the quotes) and press on enter, what happens?
  If it says its lack, try this:

  2 extract the file to your desktop, right click and select 'copy '.

  Yes, confirm this answer of philipp is correct for this problem, the problem is the graphics card intel hd3000 with an old driver current, the easy way is to disable hardware acceleration,... to be honest... I think that workaround and lose all the benefits of hardware acceleration.

  I have a lot of shortcuts I need readily available and it is very annoying when they disappear without my wanting to do.  I spent hours looking for an answer and I can't change the setting on the maintenance of the system 'clean up unused and shortcuts files' - but some missing I have used very recently - in the last week - so no reason for them to be cleaned - I tink im going to send this back stupid computer and get an Apple!

  • With all the Adobe apps closed off creative Application of cloud and sign sign check connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
  • Try to reset the Photoshop preferences (we assume that you are using a MAC computer)

  Hold down Command-Option-shift keys at Photoshop startup, and then click Yes on the Prompt.Refer using Photoshop | Preferences
