Taskbar to guard endangered randomly.

NOT REALLY AND SO VERY FRUSTRATING. THE TASK BAR APPEARS, AND THEN TASKBAR DISAPPEARS; NEED TO REBOOT TO GET IT BACK AND THEN DISAPPEARS AGAIN. WHAT'S THE STORY WITH THE TASKBAR? NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE SOMEONE CHANGES SOMETHING TO BECOME THE NEW AND IMPROVED. Thank you.

I use Windows Vista. Recently my guard taskbar disappears and reappears only if I restart the computer. Auto hide is turned off. The taskbar do not appear when the cursor moves to the edge of the screen and I have never resized it. • Gmail button (in internet explorer) keeps having moved to the right in my taskbar when I wasn't staying on the left (that's why I first open). How can I get the taskbar buttons to stop randomly to reorganize and stay in order?

Gmail button (in internet explorer) keeps having moved to the right in my taskbar when I want to keep it on the left (that's why I first open).  How can I get the taskbar buttons to stop randomly to reorganize and stay in order?  I'm talking about the buttons on list of my open applications and documents in Windows Vista.  The bar tasks are "locked", but the button of the window open with gmail in internet explore reappears suddenly in the good moments apparently random.

It is in the middle part of the taskbar (what I found online so far is on the start menu, the quick launch area or area/system tray of notification, the location of the taskbar in full, either about grouping taskbar - I disabled because I would like to separate).  Can anyone help?  I don't understand why this is happening (or why microsoft would never do).

Lock the taskbar that it prevents to be moved elsewhere on the office and maintains the different sections where they are - it does not block the tabs showing what is open where they were when they were opened.  There is no control for this function.  Maybe if you uncheck similar taskbar buttons group it will help, but I honestly don't know (and fear he won't make any difference - it may even make things worse).  This also happens to me and I was unable to find an answer.  I think that there are more than just random, but I can't telll you why he moves the legs periodically (sometimes it works fine all day and other days it happens almost immediately).  But still, there is no control for this function, so there is no way to tell him to keep a specific order or to lock an established order, once it has been created.  I suspect that it happens because the notification area icons appear and hide and new programs open and close and which changes the amount of space available and so he rearranges things so that they match and apparently does not always consider the original sequence in which the elements have been added.  Maybe if you remove the Quick Launch toolbar and then add again, the order will reset (but that I know not - probably not in the original sequence, which I doubt is logged nowhere - it did not work when I tried it).

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution to this problem (and I spend a little time looking for even before myselff posed the question) and do not believe that there is a.  It is also unfortunate that you can't move them so they can be put back in the right order if they change.  I don't think that there is nothing wrong with your system or that it is something that can be repaired or fixed - it's just the way it is and we just have to live with it.  I don't know any 3rd party software that controls the order of tabs open in the taskbar program (but you can check out Bing, Gooogle,www.tucows.comand www.download.com to see if I'm wrong on this - here n "t all when I looked trying to solve this problem for my own system).

I'm sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear, but it's like that.  I don't know if it's different in Windows 7.

    Good luck!

  • 15-P157SA HP: HP 15-P157SA guard beep randomly since bought there is a little more than 7 days.

Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this problem that I have because technical support of curry have been so far no help for me either, and I'm at the point now where I have to request a refund if I can't fix it.

As I set up my HP 15 - P157SA, I had these beeps randomly that I can't understand why I get them. I did a lot of things that have not worked, in any case, here's the list of things I've tried so far:

    (1) I went to the page of diagnosis hp (where you press f2 on start up) I conducted a test of component (suggested by technician) to see if there no beeps during this time to work if it's a hardware problem. I did a quick test, there is no beeps. I then ran a test expanded to an hour and a half, and during this time, autour laptop does not beep. The technician said that this meant it was unlikely to be a hardware problem causing the beeps and more likely to be a software problem.

    (2) I unplugged my power cable to see if it was the power cord making the beep, but unfortunately still a sound signal.

    (3) the next thing I tried was to keep the power supply cord plugged but removed the battery to see if it was a problem with the battery. Yet once, it did not help and the laptop kept randomly beep.

    (4) another suggestion of many of the technician I spoke was to unplug my usb mouse and try again with just the trackpad. I tried this and found that the laptop still beeps.

    (5) I did a search on the internet and found that other people have had this problem but it seems to be no solution to the problem, someone had replaced their laptop 5 times and each laptop had the same problem, I think it was replaced by a different model in the end. I found another brand of HP with the same problem and the proposed fix was to run quietHDD. I thought a lot! A fix! But alas, that doesn't work anymore, my laptop beeps still randomly home.

    (6) I tried my sound to see if the beep came from my speakers, even with cut sound beeps inhibition happens again which suggested that there was not a sound system related issue.

There is one thing I want to mention. I love this laptop and I would like to avoid having to return it. I had no problem with the closures or any performance of my apps. The laptop on a set runs very smoothly despite the beeps. I just need to know if it's a fault because I don't want to go through the process to fix it later down the line, if it fails completely on me. I want to sort my 21 days so that if I have to I can go back and either get a refund or Exchange for another phone. The beep is random, may occur every few minutes, the beeps are short, they are not continuous and sometimes it can be 30 minutes before it happens again, sometimes that they are very common and appear to be a sound signal every few minutes. I also noticed that one or two times the beep seems to meet, two beeps short one after the other. It happened only a few times, usually it's just a short beep at the same time.

I tried to add as much information as possible, I hope I could explain everything clearly for you and that I have not confused you! I am also very frustrated if I want to apologize if I have sudden air somehow.  I, in no way mean to take on anyone and will be very grateful if someone can help me solve this problem.

    @Lekki2020 ,

  • Why Windows Installer service to guard endangered endangered?

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate SP 2, and for some reason any Windows Installer service guard disappears from the list of service in SERVICES.msc. It just started recently, in my opinion, after installing some Windows updates. I went to the Microsoft Support site and download the Fix - It who is supposed to fix this problem, but after running it, the problem persists. I found a site that had an MSIrepair file, opening with Regedit notebook, it temporarily solved after restart. However, the installation service shortly after somehow disappears from the list of services. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can get to permanently end passing?

It prevents some updates to Windows Installer, and it is painful to have to keep running the MSIrepair.reg file. Any help would be much appreciated

  • Terminal guard opening randomly

Thus, every once in a while... (as both days) I wake up my iMac and notice that my terminal is open. Now, I rarely if ever open it... If it of not like I opened and didn't close it. I have not use this month... Nothing unusual appears in it. It would be like you've opened just on your own... I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and any idea that is this related to?

    Hello Darko Ibrahimpasic1,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand from your post that when you wake up your iMac periodically Terminal will open. I know how it is important for your iMac to wake up the way you want that there. I recommend that you check your login items to see if there is anything that could be the cause of Terminal open. This article includes the steps both add and remove items from connection:

  • taskbar endangered

My Windows 7 taskbar keeps disappearing and having only been able to find a temporary solution to a Google search of other people with the same problem, I thought that I would get a more satisfactory response to my problem, however there was no mention of this problem apparently spilled on the Microsoft Web site , or the community formus.  That's why I always have my problem with my taskbar when the laptop is used after the screen saver turns off, and especially if I close the lid of my portable computer, the taskbar always in endangered missing goeas.  I then open the Task Manager, end the explorer.exe process and use file-run to launch it upwards to retrieve my bar tasks.  As you probably guessed, this is not solved the problem and indeed experienced using Windows 7 much worse than my old laptop running Windows XP.
