  I just downloaded and installed Skype on my work computer (I have a video conference next week). But when I try to connect I get an error "Skype cannot connect" with my Skype name and "sorry, we don't recognize your connection details.   I thought it might be a firewall issue, but Skype is completely allowed in my firewall settings local and Skype on my Android Tablet and both work on wifi, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the phone network.

  The question must be with the network at work. I took my laptop home and connected to my WiFi at home and I'm on Skype without problem. I will speak with my sysdamin tomorrow morning to get it straightened out. Thanks for your time and your help.

  I just got a Quickset SX20 video system for my business. Therefore, I created a SIP account with access to the server of proxy to 'getonsip '.

  I went into my settings on the SIP configuration, but I got this error: "Failed: unable to connect to 69.57.179.234:5060" as you can see in this screenshot:

  I opened port 5060 for TCP/UDP protocol on my firewall. IP address of the proxy is getonsip.com, they gave me a free Sip account. I tried other free providers, but it never worked once! (I have always sort of various errors, such as DNS or something...)

  Why? Firstly your end point says that it cannot connect, check the error you posted yourself.

  * even if it is a "sip" supplier could not provide all the necessary capabilities for video

  * If you need NAT traversal problems could place

  Difference can be the feature, service, features, functionality, stability, location...

  Like today, you have a problem with the supplier then ask them to fix it so that everything works for you ;-)

  video providers will probably offer you transparent connections supporting h323 and sip

  and interoperability between the two.

  supported by the provider. This means that they must support video media that is quite

  intense bandwidth, so don't not even support that (apart from technical limitations such as the sharing of content/bfcp).

  Also depending on where you are and the provider, you can add delay substential.

  Like nothings free, ask yourself what is the reason behind this provider to offer the service

  I'm not saying that you will not find any provider of good and free and functional, but at least I'm not aware of anything.

  Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.

  Where do you have the phone first?

  I upgraded my Macbook Pro (Mid 2012 retina) to Sierra de MacOS. When I am trying to connect to apple tv by clicking on the AirPlay icon and click on my Apple TV it asks me to insert a password! Apple TV displays an access code and I use it but it gives me this error:

  I upgraded my Apple TV to the last tvOS (10.0). And it gives me the same error.

  I tried to turn on the access code and password on Apple TV AirPlay adjustment but same error. Off, same error.

  I have several provided ISP e-mail accounts that work successfully for a long time on elCapitan.  After the upgrade to Sierra this afternoon cannot connect all accounts and I asks me to enter the password.  Why isn't Sierra pick up the passwords of my trousseau?

  Have you tried opening all the app Store iTunes, versus trying to get them through the App Store? I also try to find the link you describe and do not know where you see it. Can you please describe what you see and where you see it a little more clear?

  First of all try to access to the keychain via Finder > Applications > utilities > Keychain Aces and connection and re-enter the passwords for problem applications.
