Technical failure of Adobe to the acceptance of the invitation VIP to CC.
I got the VIP invitation to adobe reseller CC. He takes places on adobe site with all my details, but when accepting https it takes me to the error page with: "sorry, there seems to be a problem on our side." Any ideas for me?

I tried a million times to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on my MacOSX10.6.8. Adobe does not accept my password - and it's the system to change passwords going no where. It's Kafka-esque!
Computers Apple will ask your system password when installing new software. It's probably nothing to do with Adobe at all.
Try the password that you used when you set up your Mac.

Since two or three weeks, whenever we try to open a PDF file, we get the following message:

If you have installed the Adobe Reader software to the deafult location you will see in your hard drive / Applications folder.
Try this:
1. Quit Safari
2. from Finder > go > go to folder... > type in the path: /Applications/ and click 'Go '.
3. run "Adobe Reader"
4. accept the end user license
5. open a PDF file in Safari.

At some point in the past (I don't know the exact date) Adobe "merged" the original update manager in cloud Update Manager, which means that you no longer use your original update manager
I read a few posts that the updater latetest (cloud) sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually

Since it is so difficult to get in touch with the Adobe help by phone, I'll try to ask the community!
(English is not my mother tongue, sorry if I'm not using the right words sometimes)
I'm a graphic designer and an intern started working with me recently. There CS6 versions but his Illustrator crashed and we must make the CC version.
He first used the trial version a month and that it has expired, our leader bought an Illustrator license on account of the company and linked to the identification. the student he received inviting email, click on it to accept... but when he wanted to launch Illustrator from the creative cloud application, he didn't tell trial version ended, and he had no license at all, no invitation, nothing! When he opened the invitation again message and cliked, he said that the invitation was already accepted.
We tried several times, even with a second Adobe created student ID, but it's the same thing. Our Chief revoked the license and bound again, completely removed student illustrator before accepting it and then downloaded... On his account page, it says that there is one but active, creative cloud subscription, nothing! Just "the month of the trial is over.
I must also point out, we did exactly the same way for me (but with a subscription complete creative cloud), using the first trial versions and everything, and we had no problem at all.
Adobe does not meet our calls, we don't know what to do more. Someone already had this problem?

Thanks for your reply, I forgot to mention that he already did this and was always getting a message saying that there is no active subscriptions.
He actually says that he managed to chat with someone from the Adobe support and find the solution, yay! He had to find files in the software directory and manually clear a few lines (sorry I can no longer accurate). What a relief :-)

Please make sure that you continue good Adobe ID to connect with creative cloud, if yes, then try to accept the invitation using different browser or ask the administrator to send the invitation.

How can I get the invite Adobe Creative Cloud?
My studio has download creative cloud and were sent invited by Adobe Creative Cloud to download package. However, I was the only one who did not get an invitation. I thought it was because I had not put in place a prior Adobe account get the email but then discovered none of my colleagues had existing accounts either. I tried following the instructions in the link below, but they were not very useful. How can I get the invite next.
