  You will need to enable the touchpad on the laptop itself.

  Find the area of the touch pad, you will find a button to enable or disable the touchpad.

  If the step above doesn't, try this step.

  Go to control panel > mouse > device settings tab
  Click (or to disable)

  

  Notes:
  On some models, there is a keyboard shortcut to enable or disable the touchpad. For example, ACER, just do Fn + F7.
  You can click on Reset device if none of these solutions work.

  If you still can't touch pad to work, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer for more information.

  I have master pages with the breakpoints to 1160, 768 and 380. I have removed the phone and Tablet updates page, I changed the properties of the fluid site with 1160 max and min 320.

  But still the desktop version loads on the phone.

  I have built new sites with breakpoints and had any problems as things to work. This is the first site that I have updated since the old ways for new breakpoints, if I missed a step?
