  I saw your post about how you want to print in black and white, and I want to share some information with you.

  You will not be able to print from the printer without color cartridges installed. All the ink cartridges must be installed, even if you print in black ink only to printhead health purposes.

  Looks like the wrong driver is installed. Try to remove and time the printer and check which driver is used.

  Go to system, then print and fax Preferences (print and scan over 10.7), then highlight the printer and go to sign less down to remove it. After that, click on the plus sign to readd it.
