  I have the XBR43X800D, but I think that the controls are the same. I turned off the annoying tone by changing its system to off. In the home menu, go to settings, sound then its system. This off my keytonw sound when navigating menus. I think that some applications may have their own sound tone so this may not work 100%.

  I have a laptop series Tecra M2, which signals that it is run ACPI BIOS version 1.4
  I have installed Kubuntu (previously 7.10 now 8.04). I'm unable to print via the parallel port.   Whenever I have use the windows key + 'L' to lock the computer. He keeps the key 'L' of work or because of sticking to the bottom and fill the thing entered password with characters 'L '.   2. right click in the folder of programs and select new/shortcut.

  4. click on Next, type lock for the name and click Finish.
