  Firefox Portable is a 3rd party application, not published by Mozilla. I installed it myself for dealing with changes in it and how it differs from the official version of Mozilla, but don't know enough about it or something DO PE 48 to be able to help you.

  I can open one marked as 'cannot be opened. It is with the latest version of PS CC, set 2015.5 to update this morning.

  One thing I notice, is that you're not saving with compatibility Max. Without this option enabled in LR PS can not read PSD files with layers.

  Once this option is activated, you can then reimport the image in LR and continue to make changes in this regard in LR.

  Thanks for your reply. I checked the read/write and a bunch of other things and it still doesn't work. Finally called Apple and after working my way to the third person, a senior technician, it seems I solved the problem. Technology Apple said that the Mac operating system works well with large files by using NTFS. It happens that I'm shooting Raw with a Nikon D800, which produces around 50 MB files. The Apple guy suggested changing the format NTFS to ExFat. Of course, this may include reformatting my hard drives and go and come all the pictures between my main drive and a backup drive, as I formatted with the new ExFat. Has taken over 4 hours for each copy, but ultimately, I loaded a few hundreds on remote drives with the new format without problem. I never say for sure it won't have to give me more trouble but hundreds is a good test and - happy days are here again. The remote control also leads work on my Windows computer using this format.

  It seems that you try to install the version of Windows on your Mac, that will not work.

  I haven't used a DVD for installation of Age, but I would have thought that the Mac version would also be on the disk.

  I'm not a Mac person, but I think that the executable file would have the .dmg extension.

  I tried to re - install Lightroom 6 and the problem persists. I'm not having any other problems with the system or programs and it started with LR6.  This forum works on an OS of Windows 7 Pro.  Oh... I even updated my video drivers.

  The most recent (and probably final) version of iTunes which takes supports Windows XP 32-bit and Windows Vista 32/64 was issued in September 2015. It includes support for iOS 9, although not Apple music. The Apple software update, it will not necessarily be looking for you and may ask you to update when you are not. The iTunes download page can't give it to you or the other.
