TEXT DISPLAYED NO INTERACTIVE AFTER SAVING TO PDF BUTTON

With the help of Acrobat 11.0.14.

Using Windows 7.

Interactive to create objects using a multiple page function button (go back to page 1).

Function key was originally the text "go back to 1st page."

Also, click on set as default.

After registration of the PDF, then opening this file, there is a square of color which, when clicked, PDF goes back to the first page.

However, in all the pages there, there is no text displayed (in this colourful area).

Have you tried combinations of different colors, but still not able to view the text.

Sometimes people confuse the name of the field, or the text of ToolTip with the button label, which, as mentioned, Bernd is accessible via the Options tab.

InDesign does not set the label of a button property. It can add text to a button's appearance as you have discovered, but is not the same as the button label.

  • Embedded Word of flash missing after saving to PDF files

    I have Word 2016 installed as part of my subscription to Microsoft Office 365.  I havethe 'Home' nother "insert"'Draw' and other tabs on the far right there is now a tab "ACROBAT" which seems to be an extension added automatically by Adobe.  And the tab of ACROBAT, there is an option for "Embed Flash File."

    We have a Word document that has multiple embedded audio files.  If we use the ACROBAT 'Embed Flash file' extension option, we can embed an audio file and it plays perfectly while in Word.  However, when the word is saved as a PDF file, it seems that the Flash file is not included in the PDF file.

    Because the option "Embed the Flash file" is provided as part of an extension of Adobe to the word, it seems that our Flash audio should be retained when you save the document in PDF format.  We do something wrong?  Is it possible to have the audio Flash incorporated be preserved when you save the file in PDF format?  Or is this all just not work properly?

    This feature works perfectly fine for me even with several audio files; .mp3 to be exact. Remember that when you save as PDF, you are that making the Acrobat Ribbon and not using the native PDF Word export. File "Save as Adobe PDF" would also work.

  • How do I access check properties after I've already saved the pdf file in Acrobat Pro ms?

    I did a form of a Word document that contains check boxes and text fields.  Acrobat read many but not all of the boxes in the Word document as radio buttons so I changed the check boxes.  When I select them I get a check mark.  The checkboxes that Acrobat originally created to display the box when selected.  I saved the pdf file.  Is there a way to get check box properties menu I can change the boxes to check marks or what I have to start from the new original Word document?

    shoul you can edit each element of single form in Acrobat Pro ms: right click on the element you want to change and modify the properties you want.

    You can select multiple items at once by clicking the element while holding down the Ctrl/Strg key on the keyboard.

  • After saving a file PDF with a layer of Spot UV, all the highlights and details in the tones are flattened in the overprint preview. What I'm missing here?

    I'm trying to print business cards with a Spot UV coating. I have a layer above the work with a spot color (set to Green by request of the printer). Below is a logo, essentially a red circle with a few highlights and depth. My question is that, after exporting a PDF file, all of the highlights and details on the red circle disappear in the overprint preview (it is there when I hide Spot UV layer, but missing when I'm hiding the color of the task). What can I do to keep this information?

    I managed to solve the problem and embarrass me in the process. It wasn't a problem with the settings, but rather a "stowaway" duplicate of a red circle that lurked on the layer UV Spot on top of all the details. Thanks for your help, but it seems that my problems require a different kind of forum!

  • Text moves after export to PDF

    InDesign CS5 (7.0.4), Mac OS x 10.6.8

    On the left is my InDesign file, on the right is my created PDF file by choosing export > Adobe PDF (Print) > Adobe PDF presets: print quality with bleeding.

    It is two paragraphs in a text box. Why is the part of the first paragraph moves? It looks like a movement of the massive base was put on.

    Just try something else. I tried with different fonts, move the copy. I retyped it in a new text box, move the copy. If I do not use the dash character (the dagger), the copy don't move here (HEY, A CLUE!) So why don't the Indent here character cause the copy to move throughout this paragraph and not in the other 30 + instances of this file?

    To do this job to the printer, I copied the areas affected in a new layer and hide this layer, then in the first layer, I have only converted text in vectorised text boxes and sent them a new PDF.

    Any idea would be appreciated.

    This page is another area of text on it which is causing the problem. Two text boxes overlap. When I move the OTHER text box to the top layer this problem disappeared!

  • Editable PDF must be saved in PDF x 1/2001

    Hello

    I made a PDF with editable for customer fields can update the text and then save it as a pdf in Adobe Reader for printers.  Things were working fine, they could edit, save and print the files themselves, but then we met problems when they tried to send the file to the printer.

    The printers use a system called Dalim Twist and they say they want files saved in PDF version x 1/2001 including Adobe Reader 8 or 9 does not save this legacy version.  Is there a software that will save an editable PDF to PDF version X 1/2001?

    I tried to open the file in Adobe Acrobat 9.2 and recording it, but it wont let me save a PDF X 1/2001 because it has editable fields and version X 1/2001 does not support the editable fields.  Is there a way to collapse or flatten the editable file, it can be save it in PDF X 1/2001, because after that the customer changes the file of the printer has no need to edit the file, so regardless if the ability to edit disappeared.

    Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can use the tool controls upstream to flatten documents.

  • Font colors are lost after saving and reopening files with WordPad

    WordPad allows me to change the colors of fonts in my file very well. But, after I've close it and reopen it, the color disappeared and returned to black. The files in question are plain text files.

    I was not able to reproduce this problem, as my font color has been saved.
    I open Wordpad. Typed in the text, it turns red. Saved the file. Reopen the file and the police were always in red.

    If this isn't what you've tried, please let me know your steps.

    wlmail.fol is a tiny text giving the name of the folder. The exported messages will have filenames like 00D13E83 - 000025DF.eml. If you don't see all of the files like this, your export probably did not work properly.

    For a successful export, follow these directions:

    1. Set Windows Live Mail to work offline before starting.
    2. Create a temporary folder on your desktop * to contain the exported messages.
    3. In the Export Wizard, select the temporary folder, and then select all the folders.* *
    4. When it is complete, check that the number of files in each folder to the temporary folder is one more than the number of messages in the corresponding folder of WLMail.
    5. Copy the temporary file to its final destination.
      If you use a reader not NTFS to do this, you will see a warning that certain file properties will not be copied files. This can be ignored.

    * Windows Live Mail do not work with files that are not on a local drive, as opposed to an external or network drive. This is avoided by using the office as a temporary folder location. 
    * If you want to export the files sampled only, select each of them containing messages. Subfolders are not automatically selected by default.

  • Adobe Xi 11.0.10 print not saved a PDF file

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  Adobe Reader XI has been automatically updated to the Dec 2014 version 11.0.10 MUI. Since then, I am unable to print all newly saved a PDF file, or any of my old PDF I've been printing for years.  I AM able to print PDFs if taken directly from the web and not registered first. It is not on my printer, I downloaded the latest driver until tried printing to a different printer.  It's tax season and I can't print pdf IRS Forms.  Help!

    After you select in the print dialog box, no matter what settings I select, I get a window that says 'Couldn't be printed' and OK in a box that I then click on a window that says "there are no selected pages" (but there, I tried selecting individual pages as well as all print) and another box OK.

    Possible two fixed in the preferences of the reader

    • Documents: series "Show the documents in PDF/A mode" Never
    • (Protection): Disable "protected at Startup Mode.

    Once you have added a sticky note, right-click and choose Properties from the context menu. Click the general tab and enter the new name in the author text box.

    If you want all future sticky notes to bear this name, select use the default properties and then click OK.

    Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup unit and transfer of media has been planned with you keep a master copy of your media on a computer that is itself saved separately against loss.  To use a device with a different configuration, you pass the old library from a computer or a backup directly in the new configuration, not the device to the library. Synchronization of media isn't a way, computer to the device, update the contents of the device to the content on the computer, update or restore the content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases that can be transferred to a computer.

    Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases an iPhone, iPad or iPod to computer - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201267 - 'this feature only works for content purchased from the iTunes Store. From iOS9 is more apps that now need to be re-downloaded directly from the store.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8610e: cannot print documents I scanned and saved as pdf files

    All of a sudden I cannot print I scanned and saved as pdf files.  I get a message indicating that the printer is "Impossible to convert the PostScript file.  Don't know how to handle, but I have to be able to print the docs I'm scanning and saving in pdf format.  Can someone help me?

    I see that you are unable to print the PDF scanned documents with your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer. I would like to help.

    You are able to print any other format PDF on the Mac, or the question is just limited to your scanned PDF files? Whether the soft friendly PDF work with - Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader?

    In the meantime, I recommend you try the following steps:

    • Uninstall your printer - click here for instructions.
    • Fix permissions of the disc on your Mac - click here for instructions.
    • Once you have finished running the utility above, restart your computer.
    • Finally, click here to reinstall your printer.

    2. when exactly the problem occurs it is browsing the Internet?

    This problem can occur because of incorrect display settings.
