• Adding an additional text on the toggle box

  I got a request to add text boxes to a framework for action. I showed them the two custom text in the action area and part of the explanation, but power really want a free text on the toggle box. I can't find any way to do it. Also, I do not think it is recommended for a training module, but alas, that is not serious. If there is a way to do it, let me know.

  Here are a few ideas:

  1. attach a web page to the bubble (like a picture link or hyperlink) that provides additional information.
  2. Insert a frame of explanation before the rocker with the additional information. The bubble can be moved freely by the author.
  3. edit the screenshot in MSPaint to include additional information.

  I highly recommend #1 or #2, which are much easier to maintain.

• How to change the default text in the search box ("Search")?

  Hello

  I would like that the text that appears by default in my search box to say "How do I...?" instead of the default '- search -'.  I think that this can be done by changing some text tagged in the HTML code the background/context/that aid system for either, but I don't know where to find that. How I would get this text to change?

  For anyone who finds this thread on the road, here's another way to do it.

  RoboHelp (2015 Release) click the project tab in the Ribbon, and then click the project settings. (you can also easily open the project settings by pressing Ctrl + Shift +?)

  This should open the project settings dialog box.

  Make sure the general tab is to the point and click on the button "Advanced".

  This should open the advanced settings of the localization dialog box.

  Scroll down to the section titled: [ResponsiveHelp] and find the setting that reads: search = search.

  Click on this line to give it focus, then click Edit.

  Change the line as follows search = (Type what you want to see here)

  Click OK Click OK to dismiss the dialog boxes, and then generate the output again.

• When you change the text, all the text in the bounding box is removed...

  I have a PDF file that was created in a different version of Adobe. The Adobe program, I am currently working with that is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It is on a Windows 7 PC. When I change the text in the 'framework', any word, I try to change, all of the text in the box is removed. How can I stop this from happening?

  Nevermind, I figured it. I had select the bounding box and select "bring forward" under the "objects" tool

• Problem with the text in the div tag

  the question that I have is that every time that I add text to a div tag and press 'enter' to start on another paragraph, the text on the first paragraph right guard moved down to about a paragraph. It happens in Dreamweaver and the browser when available is presented as a preview. I have included a few pictures below, please advise.

  Paragraphs, titles etc. have legacy browser style rules.

  We can remove the style by adding rules to the top of the stylesheet

  Even better is to include a CSS reset set of rules such as found here http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/

  By the way, please note that the use of identifiers will limit your fun by using style rules. You should not use ID unless needing a single login. In your case, I would use a class.

  Heights of adjustment are also going to strangle the natural flow of your document, especially if you intend to start on the drawings of fluid

  It's Captivate 6.0.1.240, I used one of the models of widget and I was using the print option that came automatically just below the certificate.

  In fact, there are other issues also. It's like interactive elements and the extra bits, which I have added do come through.

• Design mode - cannot select text, only the Divs

  I'm in CS4 and there are two things happening when you try to change in design view. The first is that I can't select text content. Clicking to select such content, for example a line of text or a Word, selects and highlights the container div any and all content to the breast in a big piece. Why is DW not let me choose the actual content? It's the first time I met enver this problem.

  It is the same for all ontainers div on the page. But a related problem may have to do with this content area. In design mode, there is a fixed height, so not only can I not select content, but I do not see everything. It of OK in the browser, develops as it should. I have looked at all the properties of any place and don't see any height attribute anywhere, particularly those that define this content area.

  A you ask - this content area is warpped in a 'main content' div, with a class applied. But this div has no corresponding entry or properties in the style sheet. I can see where a div can be used has no specific properies of its own, but it's OK, not at all mentioned in the style sheet? And this can affect what happens in Design view editing?

  So, I guess that the question is what governs this inability to change in Design view?  Thank you in advance!

  Have you tried to double click on the content?

  I do not know what causes this exactly, but I downloaded your page and it ran into my DWCS4. Until I double click on the content of the div, it does the same thing. Allowed me to select without problem from there.

• Banner ad design text outside the dimensions of movie... Why?

  I've created a banner ad which works fine when I test it in flash.  I then put inside an another flash animation in which it is loaded as an external swf, my wallet and it it loads and work the 1st line of animation code and I can see the text which is pending (outside the Visual dimension of the banner)

  When you load a swf into another swf and the loaded file loses the main swf defines the stage/bottom his.  If you want to limit the amount of the loaded swf file is displayed, you can use a mask for her.

  The current version supports the white-space for a text box property and it is possible that the Web site uses spaces: pre instead of spaces: pre wrap.
  The former will prevent Firefox of text wrapping.

  You can check that out in the Inspector via the context menu.

  The problem seems to be related to Firefox, IE looks ok. Returned to a well known previous restore point did not help. Running Windows 7, FF6.0.2 Java is up to date. Before I did system restore, FF crashes frequently these questions of text entry. After SR, box turns green, Google homepage entry disappears with the 1st strike but always displays search results. • Slides of text in the sidebar box

  I had the same problem on another page of this site - slides of text box content main under the box to the left when the browser width is less than the width of the page. On this page, I simply put a transparent rectangle spacer on the left of the content, which has effectively stopped text boxes to slide to the left, but that does not work on this page. I would like to have the text box main stop just before entering the blue sidebar rectangle. Can anyone think of a way to do this?
