Our Chief revoked the license and bound again, completely removed student illustrator before accepting it and then downloaded... On his account page, it says that there is one but active, creative cloud subscription, nothing! Just "the month of the trial is over.

  I must also point out, we did exactly the same way for me (but with a subscription complete creative cloud), using the first trial versions and everything, and we had no problem at all.

  Adobe does not meet our calls, we don't know what to do more. Someone already had this problem?

  However, the only way I found via search to do this is to change the entire theme by clicking on one of the "Aero Themes", which resets all my fonts and other settings. I can get it by clicking on my custom theme.
