  I installed a few examples of applications on my device Dev Alpha there are ten days, they all work very well when I installed them. I was trying to show them to someone today, but for all of them, I got the error message:

  It is possible to what you describe.  An Android application can invoke a native BlackBerry 10 application.  You can even create a headless BlackBerry 10 app that runs in the background (similar to a service on Android).  So the action can be executed without the user see the GUI of the native application.

• Air SDK 3.7 on android, the app icon appears small on big screens

  I made a few updates to some of my apps with Air SDK 3.7 (3.7.0.1820) and noticed on Galaxy S4 that the icon of the app seems very low. Other older applications, which was built using SDK 3.5 appearing thin regular large sizes icons (at least it is stretched until you have the same size with the other apps) on the same phone.

  Air Android settings, there is just same old 36, 48, 72 selections to download images of the icon, I do not see anywhere to download large size icons.

  Am I missing something here?

  OK, I just added 144 icon size and that did the trick... Interestingly, Adobe recently added the 96 x 96 to the GUI of CC for Flash, but not add the 144 x 144 one?

  When you posted the app there is a manufactured file, probably in your publication record (beside where will be created the SWF file). The name of the file looks like this:

  AppName - app.xml

  This is a text file, you can edit with any text editor. You will see a section where the icons are displayed, and your version right now will be only those who know Flash Pro. Those who are likely to make 36 x 36 and 48 x 48, 72 x 72, 96 x 96. You can duplicate the lines and change them until you have the complete list, I showed above. • The native application installer fails on Mac 10.5.8 times

  I have an AIR 2.0 application native with a native installer I install silently as part of a series.

  On Mac, I have a DMG containing the application native installer and a shell script that copies the native installer application to a temporary folder, then call it passing "-silent" option.
  For some reason the native installer fails every other hour, i.e. If I install the application and then move it to the trash and then try to re - install, Setup fails.
  However, if I try to reinstall once more, installation is successful. I can reproduce this problem consistently.
  This seems to happen only on Mac OS 10.5.8. On 10.6.0 and above all seem to work fine.
  What can be the reason of this inconsistent behavior?
  Version of the OS is Mac OS 10.5.8, CPU: 2.8 GHz Intel Core Duo

  Thank you again for providing your setup of the example program. I checked the problem at 10.5 using your program installation and in the terminal when the command line is preceded with "sudo".  It's now connected internally as bug #2758237.

  As a solution, could you try empty the trash before each attempt to install?  I found that in this way the installation program completes successfully whenever this has been done.

  When I install the drive on my computer, it hijacks the icons and will not allow my access programs. When I uninstall, everything works fine. Suggestions

  I have a list of documents that are in my server. Now, I want to open these documents as pdf, txt, doc, ppt, etc..

  For this I do it like this:

  When the user will trigger a line any list I download the particular document in my camera, and when it downloads successfully I'm passing it's respective device path to the app to view native document as pdf Adobe Reader and the other DocToGo.

  For the pdf files, it works fine, but for all the rest files that is showing the error that is fixed in the screenshots.

  I have compiled an Android application using the legacy app AIR based and the new native Android application.  Folios are created in InDesign with version 30 DPS.

  The native Android app could be installed and running works very well with smartphones and tablets.

  The native application has been compiled fine but when running on the device, it shows me the following image that I can't download the folio within the app.

  Are you sure that the app is v30 and not v29? My guess is it's a v29 app.

  Furthermore, just use v26 Viewer version when you create folios. You have not access to new folio, and you expose yourself unnecessarily to version/folio app like its version incompatibilities.
