I checked also with just my regular Asus laptop and who has the same problem as the office. This isn't really a problem with the laptop even if, as it is a standard design where the keyboard is not move or come off. Anyone has any ideas, it could be the cause?   There are two types of virtual keyboards on Windows 8, on-screen keyboard and touchpad. You may experience this problem if you are using a touchscreen keyboard on the task bar. We have checked this on our computer of Windows 8 and its default value of design.

  If you use the screen keyboard and the keyboard should not disappear if you use it in the modern user interface. Please confirm what virtual keyboard you use to help you also.
