Can someone tell me where on a Tandberg C40 call history? I get frequent calls and crash and I can't tell where they come from.

Thank you

Hello

You can access C40 CLI (using SSH) and use the command xhistory.

  • Call SIP with Tandberg C40

I have a Cisco Tandberg C40 codec and have been making H.323 calls for an organization with no problems.  The organization is now making changes and demanding that I connect to them with their new SIP address.  When I try to connect, it is said immediately that the call could not be connected.  What are the requirements for placing a SIP call with the Tandberg C40?

    Assuming your C40 has the version of the TC6.x software;

go to network found under Control Panel Services and enable SIP.

Don't forget of check that SIP is selected as the Protocol to call when calling this company that the default calling Protocol can be set to H.323, SIP and H.320, so if only make you SIP calls, and then upgrade the SIP, but if you do mostly H.323 calls, then put to H.323, and select SIP among the options of appeal when the dial - or even more easily, add this address to the local directory with specified as a SIP call Protocol.

Just turning on SIP will allow you to make outgoing SIP calls, however, if this company wants to call you, then they can call you only using the public IP address of your system - and they could even not able to do according to their deployment, policies, etc.

If you want people to be able to call you using a SIP URI as [email protected] / * /, then you need to register your system with a Registrar SIP CUCM, VCS - C, etc. and also have SRV SIP records in place.

  • How to recover deleted iPhone calls history 6?

I am new to iPhone. I don't know why, I received calls spammers so many unknown resources. I need to clean up the call history, but it turns out that I deleted just wrongly a couple of the most important in the latter.  I turned on sync iCloud. Would it be possible to recover the iCloud call history?

    Hi zekddsy,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support and welcome into the family of the iPhone.

I understand that you just deleted some important recent calls in the history of the calls from your iPhone and you want to recover those calls to iCloud.

First of all, you want to check the time of the last backup in iCloud on your iPhone to see if this time includes when these calls were placed or received. You can see by following this path: settings > iCloud > backup

Then, if you determine that the time last backup saved these calls, the following article provides information on restoring your iPhone from a backup:

iCloud: restore or set up your device iOS to iCloud

  • BlackBerry 10 call history

I have a passport and recently updated to the new operating system version 10.3.1. Since that time some problems. More recently, my story journal of calls in the call screen has a contact even though I made several phone calls. They appear in the hub, but not in the call screen when I make a call. I did not remove anything, or I'm looking in the newspapers of missed calls.
    OS version 10.3.1.2576

Restart: With the BlackBerry powereddevice, press and hold the power button on top about 20-30 seconds, ignore the 3-2-1 timer and hold the button until the screen goes black and you see the red LED.
    or
Restart: With the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, using the keys of volume of the edge side, press on and hold the keys of volume for about 20 seconds and both of the Up, ignoring the initial message of screenshot... the screen go black, reboot.

Try to restart or reboot the device and see if the call history begins to capture more precisely.

  • C - series - hide calls history?

    Hi all

Have a question about the call history on C-series feature.

Is it possible to hide, delete, reset or disable the call history?

Customer does not want others using the same conference room to display the call history / who they were in contact with.

Thought about using a microcontroller as the middle man, but would like to know if it is possible to do something about the codec instead.

    Johan

    Hello

I'm afraid that you are not able to hide or disable the call history.  But you can certainly delete.

You can use the API command below to delete.

    xCommand CallLog Clear

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

    xCommand CallLog Delete recent

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

    xCommand CallLog Delete outgoing

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

    xCommand received CallLog delete

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

    xCommand missed CallLog delete

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

    xCommand missed CallLog reject

    LogTag:<0..2147483647>

For example: clear CallLog xCommand - this will delete all the call history.

Maybe you can write a script that runs on a time predetermined every day to clear the call history

Hope this is what you're asking.

    Kind regards

  • call history: how

  • duplicate calls made using the alias between two codecs C40

We have 2 new codecs C40.  When calling between the two using the alias, it seems that 2 calls are made.  In a sense, we get a very quick disonnect message upon acceptance of the call.  In the other direction, the call comes in, but on disconnect, we get a message saying missed call.

Seems that the search rules can be duplication of the call some how - probably him endpoint becomes a call SIP and H.323 call at the same time. Could you post the call details and history/details of research?

If you have backed up your iPhone to iTunes or iCloud, you can easily restore iPhone from iTunes or backup iCloud

If you back up, the only way you can do try third party as data recovery program:

  • The C40s allow a snapshot at a distance in the call Web control?

    Hi guys,.

It's something that I just noticed and I wonder if this is a limitation of the C40s, or if I am missing a setting somewhere.

On a C90, when you browse control calls on the Web interface when a call is active, not only to see you (if enabled) Instant local, on the list of participants, you can also see a snapshot of the remote participant. However, we have several C40s where this does not happen (which is actually very useful for diagnosis at a distance in the call).

Is it just the case or am I missing something?

    Chris

    Hi Chris

End snapshots are captured, even if the web snapshots are not allowed on the video end
System. Web snapshots are forbidden only for encrypted calls.

Snapshots of the incoming remote video Web are available for unencrypted call.

  • Need help with the command options of codec C40

Hello! I plan to buy a few codecs C40 and seller offers me to buy three options for this, but I can't find a description of these options. Seller is not so appropriate as I would like and these options cost a lot. They are here:

LIC-INTP-C40-DD Option of dual inclusive package C40
LIC-INTP-C40-SM IntPkg Codec C40, 4Way individual transcoding Multisite
    LIC-INTP-C40-PR IntPkg Codec C40Premium resolution (1080 p/720 p 60) Option

I found the document with similar options here (table 3), but there is also no description:

    http://www.Cisco.com/en/us/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11304/ps11312/ps11332/data_sheet_c78-628593_ps11422_Products_Data_Sheet.html

I think that these options it is me

one) to use two screens (only two or more?) with C40

    (b) serve as C40 MCU for up to four sites without going through any additional autonomous MCU

    (c) to use video FullHD for videocalls (but I'll buy cameras 1080 p for C40, I need licence also for C40?)

So, I would ask someone who is familiar with the command of Cisco/Tandberg to describe these options.

You are actually right on your assumptions and descriptions, you just pretty much what each of these options do listed.

    Dual display-

C40 has the ability to display the same video on both outputs by default, if you do not get this option.  This option is to display two separate video sources on two screens, such as: Farsite on output 1 and content/selfview on output 2.

    High resolution-

You might be buying cameras 1080 p but resolution premium will allow you to pass resolutions higher during a call.  You can still view the full HD video when not in a call although if you choose not to get this option.

  • How can I get a report printed from my call history?

I'm in California, and my fiance is in the Philippines. In its Visa approval process, they want proof that we really each other. They want copies of the letters that we sent to each other. Basically, I didn't send any letters because God was walking around in diapers. I would like to be able to obtain a report of all my calls to her, showed only the date, the duration of the call and the time to start and stop - a line of text per call. I would then this load to a worksheet. I made copies of the files Skype 'major' and ' main.db - journal ", if these files have information, I would be able to use a program to extract the data. If the history of my screen is an indication of the available data, the saved information only goes back to August of last year, and I would like to return in early 2015.

Thanks for your help and thanks Skype for this invaluable service.

The answer was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!
