  Thanks to all of you who tried to help him. Articles somehow helped, but just to let you know, when I go to 'Share with' option, for some reason any is that I've only got 'advanced sharing. Anyway I always tried to navigate and wander through the dialog box, and here are the steps I'd like to share:

  Local disk > share with > Advanced sharing > sharing tab > Advance sharing button > check the box "share this folder" > permissions * > click Add a button > click Advanced button > click on 'Search' > select NETWORK > CLICKED OK

  Once the NETWORK is added, I clicked on all the check boxes under permissions to "allow".

  

  He FINALLY solved the problem! I can access my own files on the same laptop when I go to 'Network' on the left side of the pane.
