How is it I don't seem to have a case management portal?
Is there a setting somewhere?
Cases are taken under the CRM of the person heading.
Case of a person are in one of the tabs at the top when you click a customer.

We are working on the case of adaptive management (https://soacommunity.wordpress.com/2014/04/14/install-the-new-user-interface-for-oracle-case-management-11-1-1-7-by-dani... ). I am trying to download a set of patches ( Patch 17767877) for BPM Suite 11.1.1.7 with Adaptive case management User Interfaces, but it is asking password when downloading our Oracle support account. So could you please send me the password in order to download this Patch.

You will have to reach out to the Oracle customer support to get it.
Quick question, did you think to install "Patch 18072286: SOA BUNDLE PATCH 11.1." 1.7.3'? This grouped patch includes ACM and all other patches and fixes delivered previously created for PS6 (11.1.1.7).
Even if you have already installed the patches on your existing 11.1.1.7 environment, you will still be able to apply successfully the hotfix 18072286 on the top of your 11.1.1.7 environment.

How can I activate Technicon in adobe elements first 13? I can see it running in the Manager of tasks as elementsautoanalyzer13.exe but didn't interrupt the process in the case where he assigned to the program. There must be a way inside the adobe program to turn off because I turned it on by clicking with the right button on an image in the editor of the first, and then when you are prompted, he said he would run in the background and I said okay, now I can't stop it! . It appears in earlier versions of first items under Edit-> Preferences-> media analysis you could uncheck it to turn it off. What computer operating system? You are in the first elements 13/13.1 editor preferences or in organizing elements 13/13.1 preferences?
Where are you looking for in organizing elements 13/13.1 that you do not see Edit Menu/preferences /-media analysis that you do not see the options of AutoAnalzyer.

Please point out where you find a command to run AutoAnalzyer in the background in 13/13.1. If I right click a file, I see AutoAnalzyer perform what seems to be a time run command automatic Analyzer of a file.

How to review the transcripts of cases of Support Adobe from the Customer Support Portal?
I can see case ID, dates, status, product, type, subject matter and notes and answers. However it is not a complete transcription of the cat case on my Customer Support Portal page.
Do you know if it is possible to consult the transcript of chat support somehow matter?
I know that the transcript is available by e-mail when selected during the chat session, unfortunately some sessions have failed to deliver this e-mail. This might have something to do with the representative of the technical support of switching over the conversation, or maybe just old e-mail message is not delivered.

Assign the new manager through Web portal
Hello experts,
I am trying to assign a new manager through Web portal for all users (by going to the people-> assign to the new Manager-> set new manager and date in v7) and the system does not change the Manager. He's not even plan a change, at least nothing shows in respect of deferred operations. In looking at documentation it says it is STANDARD and there is no global configuration setting for this. Everyone knows about this problem before?

Could not start the Server manage WLS 10.3 portal area
WLS 10.3 domain server management portal is not commissioning and its lifting special suite.

Listed below is the workaround available for this questions.
1. modify the file $BEA_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties on the node
"to use instead of Java startup scripts: change the line"StartScriptEnabled = false"to say StartScriptEnabled = true '.
2. Add the following parameter to the - Dweblogic in the JAVA_OPTIONS or add the following to the Console of administration-> server-> Configuration-> server to block Arguments start page. :
Add «-Dweblogic.alternateTypesDirectory=/$BEA_HOME/wlportal_10.3/portal/lib/security.
When these data are transmitted to the NodeManager, the management server will start without error.I thought I would include my 2 cents on this... These are two solutions that I discovered while trying to go beyond this issue:

You can quickly get the version of "script" of the NodeManager on modifying the file $BEA_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties on the managed server (node).
1. stop the NodeManager process runs.
2. change the file $BEA_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties:
Change the line "StartScriptEnabled = false" to say StartScriptEnabled = true '.
3. restart the NodeManager.
(4 start the managed through the administration Console node).
(Not mandatory) options: you can adjust the JVM, JVM args, Classpath, and other elements that define [start] managed server by changing the $DOMAIN_HOME/bin/startWebLogic.sh, $DOMAIN_HOME/bin/startManagedWebLogic.sh, $DOMAIN_HOME/bin/setDomainEnv.sh [on the managed server].You can get the "java version" of the NodeManager in operation as follows:
1. DO NOT CHANGE THE $BEA_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties FILE. Check "StartScriptEnabled = false".
2. Add «-Dweblogic.alternateTypesDirectory=/$BEA_HOME/wlportal_10.3/portal/lib/security"in the Admin Console-> Server-> Configuration-> server start page (block of Arguments).
(3 start the managed node thought the Admin Console.)Of course, all the WLST (nmEnroll) work must be done to enable the NodeManager (s) remotely to connect to the Admin - but that is well documented.
I heard that a Windows environment can be a bit different - that the 'script' version requires the additional 'java-version' changes in the block of the Arguments of the administration Console-> Server-> Configuration-> server start page. I can not confirm nor say prove...

Installation of Adobe met an unexpected failure when you attempt to install the first instance of AdobeAcrobatPro DC. It is the exact error message and seems to be the case for a number of users. I am running Windows 7 and was already able to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and have Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX installed successfully. It's the exact error message, there is NO error code! It seems as there is no support number to contact Adobe to, and the only way to receive the 'support' is through the forum. PLEASE ANSWER!

using professional XP, hundreds of favorites in IE 8. I can't their in Firefox, either directly by the Bookmark Manager (show all bookmarks/importing data and backup/import from another browser OR exporting favorites in IE 8 to an html (fact) file and then get back Firefox Bookmarks and using bookmarks/show all bookmarks bookmarks-import and backup/import html file.) I find the file, double click on open, BUT nothing happens in the bookmarks library?
It is not one case about others come more - nothing happens?
Have you tried a search in bookmarks (library) Manager since some know bookmarks?
Problems with bookmarks and history does not properly can be caused by a corrupted database places.sqlite file.
You can check for problems with the database places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

I tried to load the Profile Manager, but the icon does not appear in the navigation bar
I created a profile in the Profile Manager, but when I click on 'Start Firefox' there is no icon shown. I have Firefox is closed and I click on the icon on my desktop to open it, before its opening I get "Firefox - choice of a user profile.
The context menu opens if you right-click.
In this case, you are in a field where you enter text and click right while the cursor is visible in an input field.

Impossible to load profile, the Profile Manager are not available, firefox does not
It is somewhat similar to the other listed problems with Profile Manager, but none of the answers worked for me. OS is Win 8-64 bit. Have 2 user accounts. Admin and Limited. In Admin, Firefox works, can access the Profile Manager, there's this profile.ini etc. All right.
But in the limited account cannot access Firefox. When you click it, it says "Firefox your profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible. Can't access the Profile Manager "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla"-p. gives the same error message (Firefox does not).
Tried to copy the files in the Admin in Limited. But the error message is the same.
Uninstalled and installed using the limited account (supply Admin password), no result.
Please help me.

When I entered the command, it gave me the error "the file name, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect."I tried the command in different ways, but the results were similar.
When I tried in the Admin account, it worked. But not in Limited account.
In any case, after a long period of time, I managed to solve the problem (well sort of).
That's what I did;
1 uninstalled Firefox from Windows Add/Remove programs
2. manually deleted all the files that were there for Firefox.
3 created new account limited ('Test')
4. sign in to that account and then close.
5 installed Firefox using the Admin account.She's. Inside this 'Test' (limited), Firefox works fine. Unfortunately, inside 'Limited' Firefox is still inaccessible. But it doesn't matter. What I need to work Firefox in a limited account. I can remove 'Limited' and rename the 'Test' in 'Limited '.

The Profile Manager select device unique error has occurred

Profile Manager... I have a lot of ups and downs with that. Since the update 5.1, if I'm going to choose ONE device (not a group), the Profile Manager throws up the dreaded "an error has occurred" message and forces a screen refresh. Also, I get this when you try to delete an enterprise application (we use VPP now so don't have Enterprise). If they are related or not, I don't know.
Proxy service error log at the time of the message "a server error has occurred."
Our web filter is the 10.114.128.99 address in the case where that helps diagnose.

I installed the latest version of Firefox on my laptop (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit). The thing is that firefox prompt to save passwords of websites. I'll explain you a little more away with an example: suppose I load www.gmail.com. When I login, the password manager key is displayed on the left side of the address bar, but the corresponding window which would ask if I want to save the password or not, does not appear. I tried all the possible solutions. It is true that when I restart firefox with disabled modules (safe mode), password manager works fine. But I don't really use Add-ons that could prevent firefox to save passwords. I disabled all add-ons and ran firefox in normal mode, but the password manager does not work yet. Please keep in mind that I tried everything and that any post not published so far describes a similar problem to mine case. Consider that I have the same I have configured the entire system from the beginning. The problem appeared again from the first time I launched firefox. At that time, I had not installed any antivirus software and there is no add-on with firefox. Hope someone can give me a valid solution...

It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.
Rename signons3.txt and signons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.
You can add .old files (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) names or move them to another folder to make it possible to cancel the action.
You must define a new master password after renaming or removing the signons3.txt and all the currently saved passwords are lost.
If that worked, then you can delete the renamed files that are no longer needed.See:
