The CC extensions Manager update failed

Is anyone else having this problem with the extensions update by CC CC Manager? It fails to be updated on all attempts and retry?

OK guys, I went to the adobe Extension Manager page and download a new copy of the complete product (and not a patch to update), installed, rebooted and it works and is updated to the latest version.

    What worked for me:

    1 remove an installed copy of the CC extensions Manager

    2. disconnect from the corporate network, log in as a local administrator

    3. download Extension Manager CC of Adobe - Exchange: download Adobe Extension Manager

    4 install

    5 kill the synchronization process of basic creative cloud with the Task Manager

    6. go in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension CC\Configuration\DB Manager and remove or rename the ExMan.db file

    7. start Extension Manager and install extensions

    Of course, I tried different combinations of re-installed and rebooted. EM remains tenacious.

    Please check the version of the CC extensions Manager (click on 'Help'--> 'about Extension Manager'). I assume you are using 7.0.0.347 or 7.1. Support for CC 2014 applications was added in point 7.2. Please update to the latest version 7.2.1 EM.

  • Why is it not first Pro CC 2015, recognized in the CC extensions Manager

    My ultimate goal was to get the connector of the plural eyes to Premiere Pro CC 2015.

    Once I started to do it, I made sure everything has been updated and to use the latest versions of eyes of the plural and PPCC15. However, I came across a problem that I was using CS6 Adobe Extension Manager. After downloading the CC version, none of the CC15 applications have been listed (or recognized) in the new extension manager. So, I went to install the "connector" for plural eyes, it would recognize that applications CC15 I could use with it hope. Well, the extensions Manager gave me an error stating that I needed to "..". run the manifest.xml of this extension is valid and the extension manager recognizes at least a product that supports the extension. »

    Can someone help me with this issue please?

    If you have only CC 2015 Adobe Apps installed then it is the behavior whereas the extension manager will see that these applications are installed. Please do not rely on the extension manager for installation wherever possible because development has stopped. It is possible he will go get a few Apps 2015 CC, but it should not be invoked. Please see the post of Gregor Fraser on 14 July on why it happens sometimes: Photoshop CC2015 are not that may explain why you see different behaviours on different computers.

    I can't open .mxp in the CC on Mac OS 10.8.5 extensions Manager. The CC extensions Manager does not see the files.

    CC extensions Manager can't mxp extensions that have some limitations and have been deprecated in CS6. You must use the CS6 extensions Manager to convert the mxp zxp extensions extensions. There is a menu item for it. If you have not installed Extension Manager cs6, you can get it from http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em6_download.html .

    I try to install and Add on, but none of my products are displayed in the extensions Manager. I am running CC2015 and installed the correct extensions Manager and tried to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator, but in the extensions under Product Manager there are only 'other' and not listed. How can I get the extensions Manager to recognize my products so I can install the necessary extension?

    Delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

    I installed Adobe Extension Manager CC the other night. Previously, Flash Professional CC 2015 would appear on the list of products. Last night I had to uninstall Flash. I reinstalled about 30 minutes ago and it will not be displayed on the extensions Manager. How can I add Flash to the list? In addition, Adobe Audition CC 2015 is not on the list either and I had installed well until I installed the extensions Manager.

    Set Photoshop CC, tried to install the extensions, but the extensions manager sees no Photoshop is only 'other '.

    / Reinstall Photoshop.

    A deleted, please reboot your computer and restart the extensions Manager to see if Photoshop appears.

    I have several versions of CS6, sitting along side now CC versions, but none CS6 software appear in the new extension manager.  Means I can't install plugins for versions CS6 more?

    Make sure that you open the extension Adobe CS6 Manager and not CC

    CS6 extensions will not be displayed in the CC extensions Manager

  • Application manager fails to update the CS6 extensions Manager

    I tried to update several times in the last week or two. I tried to restart my Mac (MBP running 10.6.8 2.66 Core2 Duo w / 8 GB RAM). I tried to fix the permissions, I tried anything else I know. The update worked fine on my iMac (running the same operating system).

    Any help would be appreciated to avoid problems in future update. Thank you.

  • the sp35174 graphics driver update fails to install and SP37534.exe fails in response resignations:

    Graphic updates failed, two of the three listed.

    SP35174 fails States: error in NVCPL. Entry DLL missing NvCplRestorePersistence - gives same error separated 4 messages.

    SP37534 hangs and will not end after 2 hours of waiting, only the green progress indicator keeps the movement from left to right.  Manager tasks indicates that it does not.

    SP35174 and SP37534 are your graphics drivers and you just install one of them. SP37534 is the most recent of the two, but I would try to install the driver nVidia GeForce 301.42 directly from nVidia. This driver is the latest driver for your 6150LE. I would like to uninstall any nVidia graphics driver currently installed before 301.42 also consider installing the driver nVidia nForce 15,49 chipset, which will good update number other drivers on your computer.

  • CC app manager update failed with error 50 code after reaching approximately 35%

    Try to update the app CC Manager. The update is still very slow (I have ATT DSL, lowest level) and I usually stop after an hour or two. Today I let it run and it failed with the error code 50 after reaching approximately 35%. Any ideas?

    Update my original post. I read through some of the suggestions I found in other threads to solve this problem, and it seems that this is a recurring problem. Many corrections have been suggested, some very convoluted, difficult and involved, including those who came to the customer support people.  I passed on those who, like this must be something simple. How Adobe managed to leave their own tour of software update in a persistent problem is beyond me and kind of defeats the object of the subscription. I then noticed that a simple fix has been proposed several times, so I tried.

    The user suggested fix that worked for me was:

    (1) restarted the computer (machine of i3 Asus Windows 7 for me) in Mode safe mode with networking. Connected to my separate Admin account just in case.

    2) started the creative cloud desktop application.

    (3) the app said it had to be updated. I hit the update button.

    (4) update started and proceeded slowly as he was in a lot of previous unsuccessful attempts (I have ATT DSL to the slower level, but it is not switched). In 30 minutes, the update succeeded.

    (5) restarted the computer in normal mode.

    (6) the creative cloud desktop application now has not said he should be updated, and I can update my other apps normally. Have not updated LR or PS again, but intend to try. If this fails, I can try to do in Mode safe mode with networking.

    So, it's been relatively painless and much much simpler than most of the other suggestions I've seen. Don't know if this will work for everyone, but I wanted to post the solution that worked for me. Thank you very much for users of 2 or 3 which had proposed this hotfix earlier (sorry, I did not write down your login, but threads can be found in search for creative cloud desktop update fails error code 50). Hope this saves some people a lot of time.
