the configuration in the registry information is incomplete or damaged (code 19), all Audio devices!

After restarting my laptop today, I noticed that his or my microphone wasn't working. Shortly after, went to check my reading and recording settings to see that all of the devices that were once there were not show. It wasn't a matter of display disabled devices, literally all my recording and playback devices are missing! Later, I opened the Device Manager and came across this, which shows an error code of 19. I don't know where to turn to here, please help!

The problem image is placed underneath.

Please note that I already tried unistalling the drives, restart my laptop computer and scanned for hardware changes in Device Manager, and it happened.

Maybe, but I entered the chance. I just tried to reintstall the drivers again after the fifth time, and this time he has no error. Thanks for your help though!

    Hello

    1. Have you recently installed the CD/DVD drive?
    2. Are you aware of any changes made to your computer before this problem?

A Code 19 error is caused by one or several problems with parts of the Windows registry that contains the driver and other information on the specific hardware device.

Check the status of the device should be the first line of conduct, if you suspect that a particular device that is causing a problem, or if the device in Device Manager is marked with a yellow exclamation point.  It is also possible that the device is not compatible with this version of Windows.

Below the thread responds to the question. I suggest you follow the instructions in the thread to solve the problem:

  • the registry information is missing or incorrect. Please reinstall the product__

Number of reme- this is a public forum so never post private e-mail or telephone information, I used Adobe Framemaker 8.x professional family Vista for a few years. In a few months, when I try to open the program I get the message "the registry information is missing or incorrect. Please reinstall the product. »

I bought this one product update (a former Mac program) and for download. Download disk only allows me to remove, repair, or modify the program. Adobe says they cannot provide me with a complete program disk because mine was a backup - but I never had a Windows program, that Mac but that's another story.

I use the drive to "fix","the program and then it starts but if I close the program, I have to start the same thing. I am not comfortable with editing the registry and wonder if there is a way I can download something or can allow someone to fix it remotely for me.

    Hi Kirksvillian,

Given that corruption in the registry, you may need to uninstall Adobe Frame maker using utility windows cleanup, and then reinstall the application to resolve the problem. Since the question is several months system restore may not be an option.
