My DVD does not work: the device can not start because the configuration of the registry is not complete or damaged. (Code 19)

After restarting my laptop today, I noticed that his or my microphone wasn't working. Shortly after, went to check my reading and recording settings to see that all of the devices that were once there were not show. It wasn't a matter of display disabled devices, literally all my recording and playback devices are missing! Later, I opened the Device Manager and came across this, which shows an error code of 19. I don't know where to turn to here, please help!
The problem image is placed underneath.
Please note that I already tried unistalling the drives, restart my laptop computer and scanned for hardware changes in Device Manager, and it happened.
Maybe, but I entered the chance. I just tried to reintstall the drivers again after the fifth time, and this time he has no error. Thanks for your help though!

The CD/DVD does not work with El Capitan 10.11.5 on Macbook Pro
Hello everyone, I spent the time to research on the here and the other site on why the CD/DVD does not work with El Capitan 10.11.5 on MacBook Pro mid 2009. This discussion forum has said that he will not work with the El Capitan software. Any idea or suggestion? Back to Marverick or Yosemite? I tried to use SMC reset, restart, recovery and still the same issue.
I thank in advance.
~ Mike
I have my doubts that the (10.11.5) software is the problem. Are you sure that the DVD player is simply not defective? Have you tried to clean the lens? What is the State of the disc?

CD/DVD does not recognize the drive.
CD/DVD does not recognize the drive. Error message-"Insert a disk." "" "Insert a disk in the drive (E or F, depending on whether one in use). I bought a DVD/CD thought exteranl today that might work. Same error message with the external dvd/cd. Can hear the disc turning when it is inserted during a short period of time, maybe 20 seconds, then it stops. Sometimes, the disc is ejected when the error message appears, sometimes not. Same results even with blank CDs.

video copied to DVD does not match project that I can see
Good,
No doubt another basic question, but I can't find an answer in the Adobe manual. I just discovered (after burning 8 copies of the same file) that the film on the DVD does not match what I see on the screen of project. The drop-down list to organize > project resembles what I want except that he seems to have the original avi file that I edited later as well as the changed file. The timeline seems correct. The timeline seems correct. I tried to eliminate the 'markers', but there was none to remove - the drop down menu gave me the ability to add markers. A Council, is that the DVD is picking up a model of menu that I played with, but could not get to work and then deleted. I ended up using the title screen very basic with black video in the high title of range drop-down list menu rather than the option model to change. I see the new title in the scene and timelines. Yet once the previous question just posted, I don't see anything in the screen clip
(e.g., boxes of th) under 'organize '. In addition, the video clip on the DVD appears truncated by about half of playing time.At one point I have only the old menu design clip shows just below the montor screen could display but could not know how to remove.

Satellite Pro L300 - CD/DVD does not appear on my computer
Hello! This is probably a silly question / easy but I am very new in this and... my CD/DVD unit does not work.
It does not show on 'my computer' and when I insert a disc, nothing happens (with the exception of a humming noise but then nothing)...Please can someone help me?
As the helpline does not respond on Saturday...Thank you very much!
Hello
Try this;
Go to the Device Manager and remove the drive from the Device Manager list CD/DVD.
Then access the registry and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Reboot the laptop and check again.

MacBook Pro is slow and DVD does not
I have a strange situation. One of my mother's friends laid an old MacBook Pro to fix me. I don't have much experience of fixing Macs and have pretty much hit a brick wall.
Everything on this thing is very slow right now, which is his main concern. Startup takes forever, but then everything you do once it starts up is also very slow. Even waiting for files to open, research, etc..
She also said that a few days only before she brought to me, she had seen a DVD on it. The next day, she put another DVD in and it wouldn't work. She tried several DVDs with the same result.
Its main use for this uses Skype to talk to a parent who lives abroad. And Skype, too, has slowed down a lot to her. She claims that this happened pretty quickly.
Can someone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it for her? Thank you!
Hello deacon303,
I understand you are trying to solve the problems of someone to another mac and you need a little help who get up and running. I can point you in the right direction to continue your troubleshooting.
Regarding the slowness, I have three articles for you to watch. The first goes on a few general suggestions on what to look for when a Mac is running slowly. Should you look to see if the hard drive is fun but also looking at activity monitor to see if an application takes a huge demand on the system. The second article is developing and using the activity monitor. The third article will give a more comprehensive diagnosis on the verification of the startup disk. I know he's talking about what to do when a Mac does not completely start upward, but the steps are useful as well when the system seems slow.
OS X El Capitan: If your Mac runs slowly
https://support.Apple.com/kb/PH22145With respect to the repair of the SuperDrive, the next article will help you with that. It will make reference to the use of a version USB Apple offers, but the diagnosis is the same.
Take care
