  If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed.  All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

  I need to buy a new laptop for a communications program because we will use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for the different courses. I'm looking at the ASUS Zenbook UX305FA-ASM1 ultrabook but it comes with a processor Intel M-5Y10. Requirements system for Photoshop and Illustrator pages do not mention the requirements for creative cloud on the Intel M-5Y10 processor.   You'd probably be better off with all of the photography, which is a subset of CC which includes Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge, but leaves out the video editing, website, design and publishing applications.  The package of photography in the United States is $ 9.95 per month.

  I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.

  Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.

  I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.

  Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.

  Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...

  Can I have some help please!

  In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.

  Please refer to uninstall creative cloud: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Please see the link to rename / remove folders from Adobe After the creation of the back to the top (do not forget: it will remove also all old if installed Adobe applications): Remove already installed the Adobe application files. Mac OS X

  Once done then please restart your machine and install again the creative cloud.

  Creative cloud is available in the following countries, I copied the list of creative cloud FAQ. Adobe is working on making available as widely as possible over time. If it is not available directly from Adobe is to these countries, the option of the team is available via an Adobe reseller. I have no further information as to when it will be available in the Middle East specifically but I thank you for posting and showing interest.

  unless you have an enterprise for multiple users license, an a user (the licensee) is authorized to use your single user adobe programs (legally).
