  Thank you, David. Yes my form looks like as you suggest. The problem is resolved. I have problems with DW not to upload files to the test server on my machine. And the problems with the browser doesn't not refreshing pages. Between the two, I was about to lose my mind.

  Did you follow your form as well?  A form must be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to the Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support can't help, but should you indicated in section with the instructions.

• Dreamweaver CS3 in Vista 64 and Windows 7

  I use Dreamweaver CS3 on Vista 64 and Windows 7 Pro for about 2 months now.

  When I go to set up a new Site definition, then select a Local root folder, I find that I have to go down an additional directory in order to get Dreamweaver to select the directory I want as root. (example: select the directory of the image).

  Windows 7 is officially released today, I wonder if this problem was a bug in CS4, and how the preforms of CS4 on Windows 7.

  I've been hodling off upgrade to CS4 for a year now, as Adobe has not to make statements about support for Windows 7.  If adobe has release some statements, can someone point me to the statement?

  #1, try the FTP mode passive switching power in the definition of your remote server site.

  

  #2 with the exception of a handful of gaming sites, Flash is a web technology dead.  It is not taken care of by iPhone, iPad, iTouch, Android, etc...  I don't recommend to use Flash for anything these days.  Better to use HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS level 3.

  OK, while you're trying to change the background of the box connection stock? Took me awhile to understand without changing the model of connection.

  In the Source region of the region of Login, add this (if there is nothing in the source, just put this at the top).

• Need help with CSS Fonts and AP Divs. (separate issues)

  Hi all

  I have two BIG problems that I just can't understand at all. No matter what I do, nothing works for eith er from these two very different problems.

  I am running Windows7 and using Dreamweaver MX and CS4 (cannot afford to upgrade).

  A problem

  Colors of the fonts, size and Styles. I ALWAYS end up resorting to MX to solve these problems. I need fonts of different colors for the various paragraphs, I also need to sizes and styles. But change always changes. I went in the CSS panel and tried to change it, but no luck. I tried the option "Compound (depending on your selection)", but not chance it. The problem is that CS4 CSS Forces on the reguardless of the user, if they need it or not. The only thing I need CSS for is Accordians, Flash, Drop menus, etc. But when it comes to simple, flat, HTML I have more control as I do in MX. I ALWAYS start a new project as a file HTML but CSS is automatically applied to the entire site.

  What Miss me?

  I need to remove MX, but not until I find this CSS problem.

  Two problem

  It is nothing new to most here, I'm sure. The demand for Flash Pop Ups that convert a banner (Style Yahoo) has increased and demand has flooded my ears of the customers. The largest is UGAI. Who has site was created in MX in large part due to the above problem. Advertisers want flash ads full Page that are small and pop up when you fly over its advertising HTML normal or that fills a space and plays Flash runs and then uses their Flash banner to reveal the entire site again. And they are willing to pay BIG for this seemingly simple feature.

  How to make this work? Dreamweaver allows layers/overlays which I can apply transparent in Flash. Also known as a "Div. AP" but these layers keep jumping around. It's even worse when seen in different resolutions. I can get the overlays work perfect on MySpace 1.0 profiles, but not in Dreamweaver or manually via Notepad. And no matter if I'm in MX or CS4.

  PS: I spent MX to CS4 soon as CS4 came out. CSS has proved to be a pain, and now I have to learn CMS (Joomla) as well. All on my own.

• Borders with CSS - works and does not

  Greetings! I try to apply borders using CSS. I have a #id called container, centres of all the content in a browser window. When I apply the border on the container tag settings, they do not appear. When I apply the border settings to a tag in the container, it works very well.   The 'real' reason that you don't see borders on "container".
  

  because you need to clear your floating that are inside
  "container".

  At the moment I agree with method 1. just because you can see the results
  DW Design view.

  Method 2. is much cleaner, BUT still you can not see the effect directly
  in Design view of DW (maybe in the next version, that you will be able)

  Best practice is to use an ID only once per page. If you need to

  I created a simple connection using dw8 system. When a user logs into the system, he can see all support incidents created by him. This is done with a simple mysql query and a dynamic array is filled with the incident IDs.

  First thing you need to do is to read on the sessions.

  Sessions are important, because if this information is sensitive (by calling "incidentID", I feel that) then you must ensure that the user is connected throughout the process.  So when the user connects you need to store data that you need to access quickly, as the user name and the user group ID.  Then once you write values from the session (DW should allow you to do), you can call the variables of the superglobal $_SESSION.  This way you have given so that the user is who they say they are and puts the connection.

  Without seeing your creation of table (for the database) I can you say the logic of what happens, but if you need a more details on your example, you need to display more information.  What you need to do, that's when you print the results just print with a link around it, so:

  echo "$_POST [incidentID]";

  It's just the simplest solution.  I would recommend considering your loop print format in a table or other structured and feel this way in a loop.  Then on the details page, you must call the user session so that everyone on Google cannot go on ' detailpage.php? incidentID = # ' and enter the pages without logging in.
