The EVER worse customer support

I tried to cancel my subscription per MONTH with no apparent way to do so online. What is even more frustrating, it is that when I go online for 'Edit' of my subscription, it shows as a 'free' membership - Meanwhile I'm permanently in charge once a month for a subscription would have been free. I have never in my life met such backward, impossible customer support! I actively tried to take care of this month and the fact that it is so difficult to find even a representative online to help customers is absolutely ridiculous.
