  Hmm.  You did something for the audio in the selection?  It looks not to the file has been modified at all, and the registration option is not enabled, unless a change has occurred.  I suppose you try to remove or reduce the volume of the sound inside the selection rectangle, is that correct?  With this selection, you can press DELETE to remove it completely, or set the volume floating just above the selection of lower button.

  You can use the fixed size option and enter the size in the input fields using the unit of measure of your choice; That is to say in, px, cm etc.

  If you right click in the entry boxes there are the list of measured values.

  In the tool mark there may be a setting in "refine edge"?  Adjustments can be made once the selection is made.

  First, make sure you select the Rectangle tool

  and not the elliptical Selection tool, which shares the same tool housing.

  Problem: as soon as I had the operation I want snip, I must use a mouse click to activate the Snipping Tool window and click the screenshot. He loses the selections/sub-sub-menus that I wanted to take a picture.
  I used to have this screenshot custom software that allowed a shortcut (rather than a mouse click) activate the screen capture, and who lost no transitional mouse selections (i.e. whatever is selected in blue, submenus are open).

I am using the CSS to define a rule on the left that runs up to the right column. On some pages, there is a lot of content; on the other hand, there is very little. When there is little content, my rule is not run as long as the list of links, because the rule is applied to the right column.
  
  So I want this rule to run at least as long as the left column, but run as long as the right column content when necessary. Here are links to a few pages, you can see what is happening:

  Third question, have you tried to reduce the size of the file in Photoshop to about the size of your computer and then saving it as a png 24-bit or single-layer PSD or tiff with an alpha channel?

  It is difficult to know because there is no detail about right PSD, but it could be wrong, too much color space, or have another problem that I don't see.
