  Hello MilaRowantree, can you try to start firefox in safe mode by pressing the SHIFT key during startup of this and see if the problem occurs there too? Maybe a theme or hardware acceleration intrudes here...

  If safe mode does not work, you can try to disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general and or disable addons that could cause the problem. It would also be interesting what graphics hardware (description of the adapter, driver date and version of the driver) you use - you can access this information in firefox > help > correct information to the bottom of this page...   How many recipients have been including you in the message?  What is the size of the zip file that you are trying to send?

  This message is frequesntly most associated with a Microsoft Exchange Server that is also running an SMTP virtual server, what I read.  This means that the server does not like how big the stream of SMTP session is.

  In the preview page, you can drag and drop the text field and together can the role as register and once you click on send on the right side, you will be asked to enter the details until the document is sent to the signatory.

  This laptop is only a few months old so I asssume this is something I'm trying to delete things rather than a physical problem with the laptop (for keyboard). Sorry I can't be of more help... know very little about these things!
