The insistent Windows 10 upgrade / update

I'm sick and tired of the arrogance of Microsoft with this upgrade of Windows 10 pushy and rude that I don't want.  He was forced by the update of Windows Me.

A tip in MS Community to remove KB3035583 does NOT work - it may have eliminated these "offers" earlier pop up, but what has replaced it is a tenacious, impossible to cancel the screen requiring you to either "do it now" or select a future date/time in the next 5 days.

This insistent screen and obnoxious offers no CANCEL button, without ANY buttons.

Even the Task Manager cannot cancel it.

Other users - please help.

I just want to stay on my stable of Windows 7, which I am familiar with and meets owes them me, until he died on its own.

Microsoft - if you care even customer satisfaction, take note.  It's heinous.

Take a look at the Control Panel of GWX

GWX Control Panel is a free program that allows you to perform the following operations on Windows 7 and Windows 8:

  • Remove the 'Get Windows 10' icon that appears in your notification area.
  • Your Windows Update control panel stop upgrading your computer to Windows 10.
  • Prevent your computer from downloading secretly Windows 10 installation files.
  • Detect and remove hidden Windows 10 installation files if they are already on your PC.
  • Eventually, monitor your computer for files and settings Windows 10 unwanted. (New in version 1.6).

GWX Panel really works, is safe and easy to use and gives you the opportunity to reactivate the icon and update notifications so you're always ready to go forward with Windows 10 =================================================
