"The installation program starts services.

I put my netbook Acer Aspire One Happy 2 on as usual to find a weird gray screen with an installation of automatic recovery happening. When it's over, he said that he could not automatically get back or something. In any case, I ended up restarting my computer using the option that creates a backup on the hard C drive. Towards the end an error message came up saying "the program installation starts services" and it has been like this for more than a day now. I cannot go beyond that and don't know what to do! Would appreciate urgent help! Thank you, Amy.

Try unplugging all non-essential devices, you may have attached to the machine, they might interfere with installation.

Try to reduce the amount of RAM installed on a single key and installation to see if it ends. If it succeeds, you can switch to add additional RAM.

If you have more than one internal hard drive attached to the system, remove all except the hard disk target where Windows 7 is installed.

----------------
If you have external storage devices such as external hard drives or USB drives attached to the system, unplug them, they might interfere with installation.

If you have downloaded Windows 7 online as a digital download and burned to a blank DVD disc, it might be corrupted, try to burn again at the speed below supported by your DVD burner.

If the problem still occurs, try to download another copy and burn to a blank DVD disc again.

----------------

Other things to try: according to Microsoft:

Installation may stop if the system cannot copy files. Here are some possible causes and solutions for this problem:

Your Windows installation disc is scratched, smudged, or dirty. Clean the disc with a soft cloth, insert it in the CD or DVD drive, and then start the Windows installation again. If your installation disc is damaged, you may need to replace it. For more information, go to how to replace lost, broken, or missing Microsoft software or hardware on the Microsoft Web site.

Your CD-ROM or DVD drive is not working properly or the disk might be vibrating too much for the laser correctly read data. For more information about this problem, see your hardware documentation or contact the manufacturer of the CD or DVD drive.

If your computer has multiple CD or DVD drives, your computer may attempt to locate files on the wrong drive. If your computer has a feature to disable CD or DVD drives that are not used, turn off readers that you don't use. Otherwise, try to insert the disc in a different drive, and then restart the installation.

This is usually caused by hardware or software that is not compatible with Windows 7. If you have this problem, follow these steps:

Wait about 10 minutes to see if the installation continues. Look at the led on the hard drive (often a small light on your computer that blinks when your hard drive is running) to see if there is no activity. If your hard drive seems to be working, the installation must be current. If your hard disk doesn't seem to work, go to step 2.

Uninstall all antivirus software, and then restart your computer. Don't forget to enable antivirus software after you install Windows.

If the installation fails again, it may be a hardware incompatibility problem. Go to the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor on the Microsoft website to see if your computer can run Windows 7.

If you have compatible hardware and your computer still stops responding, disable any unnecessary material. Remove (USB) universal serial bus devices. Remove or disable network cards, sound cards and cards of the series; and then restart the installation.

According to the compatility of Windows 7, the House Party is compatible under 64-bit and 32-bit Windows 7. I tried to install it on another computer running Windows 7 32 bit and the error does not occur.

    Hello

Error 305 is a long drive Self Test failure and would indicate that the HARD disk has failed.

As another test, you can try the following.

Follow the procedure below to create a bootable Ubuntu CD and follow the steps in part 3 of 'Try' to see if the operating system is running.  The option 'Try' runs the operating system from the CD without having to install on your HARD drive.  If it works Ok (it will be slow running on a CD), this would tend to confirm that the problem is with the HARD drive.

I suggest to Uninstall all the HP Laserjet Printer drivers and then try to install.

  • Error 0 x 80040201 event could not rely on any of the subscribers. The installation program will end now

I get this error when you try to uninstall Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. Uninstall stops around 60%, then the error message (see post title), then Setup ends.

I have now all sound and cannot take place.

I looked online and there were a few messages mentioning reg fixes of corruption that had solved the problem. Recently, I installed a couple of mounting aps, so I thought that this feeling a bit made of new video. So I downloaded ccleaner v 3.05.1409 CNET, done a reg scan and set ONLY the entries that had to do with Creative, rebooted, but I still get the error if I try to modify, repair, or uninstall the Creative suite. (I don't have ccleaner difficulty all other entries) So the clean reg did not no diff.

Now I can't install or uninstall.

I am running XP SP3 all updates. Other than the sound, my system works perfectly.

  • Failed to initialize the installation program. Error 110. On Windows XP.

Whenever I try to install LV6.1 or LV6.1 DSC Run-Time system, on my Windows XP machine, I always get the following error message:

Failed to initialize the installation program. Error 110.

I think it has something to do with the MSI or "Windows Installer". I tried to uninstall all of THE products of National Instruments, but it did not help. Any ideas?

Hello. Thank you. I tried, but in fact, it did not help. However, after doing a little research on our, I found a solution by following these steps:

    1. reboot Windows XP in Safe Mode
    2. double-click on the Setup program to start the installation process
3 cancel the installation process after it starts
    4. restart windows in normal mode

Now, all my applications of MSI with setup.exe work correctly! Quite strange. Just for the record: this problem was not due to a Virus protection program (as all assumed first that many people) and it kept me from running applications (MSI?) of ANY installer from a CD.

Not necessarily - it is meaningless to set the DISPLAY of different client IP addresses if you want to run the installation program (or any GUI) on the server of different customers.
