  I don't think that you can change the size of the police with captions. I think that because it is a 'standard' you are limited to what this standard supports only.   I'm having a similar problem. The App Store icon shows that there is an update but when I open App Store I get the spinning wheel but nothing else. Any category I click (features, Top Charts, updates, etc.) I get the same. Help of the App Store is the same. I have not had problems before. This is on a Mac Mini (mid 2011) 10.11.3 running. App Store says Version 2.1 (459). Everything else seems to work very well. Anyone have any ideas?

  If you are using XP Home Edition, the built-in Administrator account probably doesn't have a defined password. You can start in safe mode, where this account will be selectable when connecting. It allows to connect and change the password of your normal connection.

  To start in safe mode, keep hitting F8 twice a second after turning on the PC until you get the start menu where safe mode is selectable by the up/down arrow keys, and then press ENTER.

  If you are using XP Professional, try to connect using the built-in Administrator account. You don't need to do it in safe mode (although you can if you wish). If your normal login screen is a display of the user symbol and hit ctrl-alt-del twice to get to login to text entry. Type administrator as the user name and try a blank password.

  I have the same problem.  My internet connection seems fine.  I can connect to the internet on my laptop to the company, xbox 360, roku and my cell phone, but not my laptop from Sony.  When I check the connection it says its fine but when I run a diagnostic it says "the DNS server is not responding."  I checked with my cable company and that they 'refreshed' my signal, but it would not connect.  Even than your wi - fi network or directly with an ethernet cable.
