  Hi JDSoor,

  Thanks for posting. Two or more instances of the service Msiexec.exe cannot be launched at the same time for two different products. An install or repair processes should finish before the other process can be launched. Go to processes in the Manager of tasks (so press CTRL ALT + DELETE) then press the processes tab and look for to MSiexec.exe and press "end process." You may need to do more than once.

• ITunes store does not connect and then does not close help please

  OK, so pretty much whenever I try to enter the Apple store that I get a little pop-up that says it can not connect to the Itunes store, I have to check my connection and try again, but whenever I close this box it appears immediately back to the point I can not even close Itunes with having to go Task Manager and ending the process manually.  I can't use the store at all and it's just getting really frustrating, because I know my connection and everything is not fine so it is no reason for this pop up.

  is anyone else having this problem or if you have had this problem and know how to fix?

  Who would say that he (Media Center) is starting, just off the screen.  Media Center will appear in your taskbar?  If you move your mouse around enough, you can get that back to the screen?
  If so, right-click MC on the taskbar > move.  Use the arrow keys (on your keyboard) to try to move the MC window on screen.

  As the title suggests, the installer think that the file MSVCR110.dll is missing. I reinstalled the latest version of Visual C++ just to be sure, the file is not corrupted.  Then I checked my system32 folder and the folder is there, but Adobe updater doesn't seem to know where to find it. I have adobe flash player installed, this is the last update that will not be installed. Not an urgent matter because I don't have flash. but I would like to understand this. Thank you

  MSVCR110.dll is part of the Visual Studio 2012 runtime; You must install that.

  But frankly I do not understand why the installer does not provide its own version of this.  Try these installers

  • Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
  • Flash Player plug-in (all other browsers)

  There is a problem with the KB3004394 update that causes what you see as well as other issues.

  Uninstall this update, your system should return to normal.

  While in Windows Update, select View Update History then installed updates. Go to the bottom of the list to KB3004394, right-click on it and choose uninstall.

  Microsoft has removed the update of the distribution.

  I would try to borrow a keyboard if you can so that you can perform the uninstall.

  Of course - you send messages to a Microsoft support forum and one could assume that you mean that you try to download Microsoft Security Essentials, save it to your computer and install it then - but even with this hypothesis - another that knowing you have Windows XP (probably Home edition, but possibly professional or Media Center editions - and probably more than 32-bit not 64 - bit)-we do not like you think we should knowledge.

  Regarding AntiVirus - free are very good: Avira, AVG, Avast

  Get one - save on your computer (do not install immediately.)

  Run a full scan with it.

  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Remove everything it finds.

  Reset.
