The preview of the videos in full HD smoothly in first elements 7 or 8
Hello
I use my Canon HF20 HD full, they are AVCHD mts files. I can import to first and preview but the video isn't smooth and his departure and stops on / off. When he plays with the software provided with the gun he plays very well even in full screen.
My computer is pretty fast, Intel 3.00 Ghz Quad core, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia 8400 Gforece display.
I tried to install it P.E. 8 trail to see if it has been resolved, but it was even worse.
Thank you very much
Rendering gives a complete overview of the resolution of your project. Often, it is not necessary, but then I work with DV - AVI DV - AVI projects material and use only made, when I did a lot of Keyframing, or added a lot of effects, that I need to see clearly and smoothly.
Regarding the project preset, it must match your 100% source footage. Otherwise, you can get the image size mismatches, and also inadequate FPS, where probably will not help the finesse of cheek than that.
If you need a different size for the output, you can do that your export/Share settings.
Good luck

Problem to watch the video in full screen.
When I try to watch movies in mode full-screen, the video moves much slower than the audio. It works very well in compact mode. I only started having this problem 2 days (11/07/10) also when I play games like hearts and lonely, I get this message that the driver is disabled. I don't know what happened. This all started after I restarted my computer after downloading some updates and it completely changed all my settings. I tried to restore the system, but it retains too much failure. I'm at my wits end.

I'm editing video iPhone app to display the first screen in the Apple app store. Required for the video size is 750:1334, 09:16. I have here a way to configure the initial video in portrait mode? Number of messages on how to rotate a specific clip, but I need the entire video in portrait position. How to get there? Now I use Windows 7 and first items 12 and 13.
LaurieFrick
There is no project preset for video in orientation portrait.
But, you can rotate the whole video chronology
a. at the level of the timeline, right-click on the video, the pop-up select Rotation 90 right or do rotate left 90.
b. on the Panel range/Motion and applied effects effects tab/Applied expanded level, select the item in the timeline and use the Rotate option it.
I don't understand
Number of messages on how to rotate a specific clip, but I need the entire video in portrait position
Do you really mean that you are looking to turn clips from more than 1 at a time? If this is what you mean, then
'a' will work... Select all clips, right click any where in the selection of the pop-up select Rotation 90 right or do rotate left 90.
'b' is not applicable.
Please let us know if we have targeted your question.
Thank you.

Video WMV no longer plays in first Elements 9
I have the video I used with this software for about 6 months suddenly resembling the image as an attachment. It is projected the half and I reduced to wmv files. They played fine once and are now black at the top. Is there a solution to this? The orginal files play fine on the PC, but inside the software, no matter if it was on a timeline or a note, it is distorted.

What you are experiencing is the display of wmv 1/2 associated with a recent Windows Update kb. That Ko must be deleted.
Please check the announcement at the top of this Forum of items first. This has been a 'hot' topic for awhile now. Many discussions on the issue.
For your convenience, this is what you should find in the ad at the top of this forum.
Announcement: Windows Update is display be blackened
MicroSoft has released an update for Windows, which poses problems with screens. What follows is of Talbot McInnis, who has been tracking this problem and offers a solution:
"MS technology MS13-057. Specifically, on kb2834904 XP and windows 7 kb2803821 is causing a problem
.
For us, it happens when the decoding of WMV9 files. Not all uses of decoding WMV are affected, but I have confirmed that when linking the WMV decode DLL to a sample for RGB32 video grabber, executives are black on top, so that points directly to the internal data of the dll to decode WMV decoding.
You can uninstall these windows updates to fix your problem. »
There are several discussions on the issue that this update is initially on the pre and PrPro Forums, so we can get more details. So far, there is not another hotfix of MS or Adobe.

NB520-108: distorted sound on the video in full screen
Hello
I have a harman / kardon nb520-108 (I hope I have the right forum!) and when I maximize the screen on youtube or iplayer say I get a sound distortion.
I read somewhere that the bios needs an update but I need confirmation of this if it's like the side effect is that it means an installation of the sound system.
Any ideas what this could be?
Thanks in advance,
Alex
Hello
The distortion of the sound appears only videos streamed from the internet or have you noticed this problem too play videos from the DVD or HARD drive?
Would it be possible that the distortion of the sound is because of the internet connection is slow?

Does space empty between the video clips a synchronization problem in first?
In the past, when I wanted a second or two of black space between video clips, I just leave the empty space, which fell to black on each side of the gap.
Can only cause audio/video sync issues? Can I actually save some black frames and fill these gaps?
I just loaded a video on Youtube, and it gives me an error message I could have synchronization problems.
Thank you
Leonardo
From my experience, empty spaces will not cause any problem whatsoever. Done it for more than a decade in every version of Premiere Pro.

A specific point in the video gives first element crash
Hey
I have a problem that is PISSING ME OFF!
I have a video file recorded with Dxtory, minecraft, and most of the video is very good. Does with errors or crashes in Windows media player.
BUT then I took the video and play, at one point in the video, it blocks first elements, no error message, no point of freezing, just "Adobe premiere has stopped working".
This bug or what ever it is, is a deal with the video file, because I can through the video what ever I want to first elements, and if he doesn't have a Xvid codec, its fine. (Yes I checked if the video file is Xvid and it's not)
I tried to convert the file to mp4 = new show = just audio
I tried to compress the file = problem = elements like Xvid
I tried to run a booster mode, reduce half of the edited video, make the first part without problem = always crashing to the point of 'crash' (if this isn't a memory issue)
Y at - it no great beautiful man with the answer to everything, who can help me please?
Thank you
Yes the links didn't directly help me with my problem, but they helped with something that could prevent this problem.
The codec-links gave some good information about the weird codec using the Dxtory and also some alternative codecs. I for example will use codecs without loss as an alternative clean "Lagarith lossless codec" or Dxtory´s, called "PackBit codec" and hopfully not having this problem again.
Now, what I did, was like John T Smith said, using another program to change. But what I have, I found the drop point which was in my video, is 00:13:41:26 gone 11sec back up 00:13:30:00 and make a cut, went from 19 sec before the drop point and makes another cut. I then removed the video clip that I did, so I was left with a g 30 sec.
Then I went to Windows Live Moviemaker and made an exact replica of the clip I just removed, rendered the clip moviemaker and placed in the ATM in my project to create items.
It worked fine with no crash! The only down side is these 30 seconds, there is a small decline in quality and a little switch in the sound, but who better than nothing
Thank you both very much for helping me! With the new codec I got of hunts to the links, I will hopefully not encounter this problem again, and if I do, John T Smith helped me with the solution of movie maker.
Thank you!

How to stop the taskbar of the projection when I watch a video in full screen?
When I watch a video with Mozilla Firefox on sites like YouTube, Google Video, or Bing video in full screen, the taskbar displays at the bottom of my screen and does not go away as it does in Internet Explorer. How can I watch the videos in full screen without the taskbar to display? There isn't a Web site problem, it is not a Windows problem, it does only on the Mozilla browser. All three Web sites read perfect fullscreen video on the Internet Explorer browser with no taskbar indicating at the bottom...
Hello Tomcost,
I knew this problem myself and managed to find this solution by searching the forums.
Right-click on the icon of your Firefox (not the one of your task bar), if it is not on your desktop, find it in Mozilla Firefox program folder.
After that right click, select Properties, then the Compatibility tab, then check the box that says that turn off the timing of the high DPI settings display.
Please let us know if it works for you.
See you soon,.
