the print spooler stops when I try to print

Please help me with my printer!

I tried desperately to install an Epson WorkForce 615 on my computer, running Windows Vista 32-bit. Whenever I try, the print spooler stops and I can't move forward. I restart the print spooler and it stops again with each attempt. I tried every available quantity of advice that I could find online, to go into the registry and delete the files and enter cmd and stopping and restarting the spooler. I don't know what to do... Please help!

Hello

Do not forget to check with the support of the manufacturer of the printer, drivers and forums for known issues, because this issue is often
due to pilot errors.

Check chan seen message here - one of the highest.

If the above didn't help:

Use this method to clear the spooler and then uninstall and reinstall your printer (check with the manufacturer for)
the latest driver).

Check Mr. Fixits here and if you use the other methods go back and try again later.
