  I have a file in illustrator with hundreds of layers and objects. If I select an object for targeting in the layers panel, is it possible that I can get the items to display in the center of the workspace. I currently have zoom and pan the document to see the object.

  Similarly, if I select an object in the document, is there a way to have this object appear in the center of the layers panel? I have currently to scroll the layers panel to find the parent layer and then down through the layers of the child until I found my selected object.

  Keep in mind that at the point 2.2, ComboBox has 2 instances of ListCellFactory: one for one for his button and the pop-up list combo (combo collapsed, the part that lies before the arrow). Using those you can return the same object differently (ie: 1 line - brief description of the key and several lines + details + icon for the popup list).
  In paragraph 2.1 of FX, there is only 1 ListCellFactory and it applies both on the button and the list.

  This situation occurs generally when the object to move in preview mode is completely hidden behind other objects, otherwise only by clicking on the artboard, selecting in the layer panel, unlock or if it.

  In this case, I would do it:

  1. with the selected object, press Shift + Ctrl + Alt + 2

  2 move the object

  2. Once finished Ctrl + Alt + 2, then Ctrl + Shift + A. In this step you don't have to lift a finger pressing the CTRL key.

  Edit: another approach that I often use is press SHIFT and one of the arrow keys until the sticks of the object selected out behind others and then drag it by its visible part.

  According to the description of the problem, it seems that you are facing problems with the highlight and select the icons on the desktop.

• Problem exporting? : objects in front or on the upper layers are not displayed when exporting to jpeg or png

  It's very strange. The image looks perfect on board art .ai. But, when I try to export the image (in jpeg or png format), one of the objects which is clearly backward masks in front of other objects. I tried transfer to different layers to ensure that it wasn't one thing front to back, and it's the same problem.  When I changed the color to the front (or on the top layer) object from white to a color, it resembles a kind of effect/appearance/transparency problem goes away, but there is no transparency applied to each of the objects. They are all natural and 100% opacity.

  This is the banner of solid color behind the type indicated (see below) which is the problem. I tried regular objects (instead of specified type and same problem.) I just upgraded to the latest version of Illustrator, no luck.

  I'm working on a complex illustrator file generated by GIS software. He gave me all kinds of groups of clip & road clip - what I really need, it's just to put all the same coloured polygons on the layer of a high level (unfortunately I can't draw all of my polygons in a group because illustrator doesn't pull these objects out of their existing clipping groups, and the card gets screwed completely upward if I release the clipping masks. With simple cards I have no problem Direct by selecting all of the polygons, I want, selecting their layers in the layers panel, then moving them to a new layer. This card is too complex, because there are hundreds of objects and hundreds of corresponding layers (they are not contiguous, or else I could simply click can be done with it).

  
  

  I used select > same > fill type to select all the polygons, I want that on a single layer, but I really hope that I don't have to select all the layers for each item one by one before I can move them to a new higher level layer. Does anyone know if there is a way to moving all the objects in a new layer selected without having to actually click all the layers in the Panel?   There are two places that you must uncheck the box, one for the selected objects, and you must have all items released from the grid, the other in Options (flying) to avoid new items taken in the grid.

  If it's on the rectangular objects, you may have encountered the bug Rectangle Live which is limited to the MAC versions from 10.7 and 10.8, but not of 10.9 (Mavericks) or 10.10 (Yosemite). If all goes well, the bug will be fixed soon.

  Thus, a switch for the Mavericks or Yosemite with a reinstall might be the way to solve it here and now.

  To get around it, in each case, it is possible to develop direct Rectangles to get the normal old shaped rectangles or Pathfinder > unit, or use the scale tool or the free transform tool.

  Hi guys, sorry for the manufacture of wire of noob-like and whatnot. This issue contains two Photoshop & Illustrator. Google my problem now, I would say if I could, but the problem is, I don't really know what terms to use!

  So my question is this: how one makes a selectable object like this? What is still called by this technique? Follow-up of the object?

  

  When I'm compiling catalogues together, whose objects are like that really makes it easier (especially with the alignment). Currently I use Photoshop, background removal and have saved them as PNG, but these guys (the company) that we sent these photos of product) had as EPS format.

  When I open these files in Photoshop:

  

  Instead of "Layer 0" (what I usually get with the png) the product belongs to the layer "background".

  If it's a sort of targeted print and the web not exclusively I recommend at least to use psd instead of png.

  EPS with Clipping Path is an option that allows to avoid transparency and the resulting problems in page layout applications.

  Of course there sense with sharp images of sharp hard objects.

  But in my opinion, it is a sign of a lack of understanding when people create a shadow and also fill a selection reversed on this basis, with white, because it does not damage to the edge pixels.
