  Unfortunately, you will not be able to share or copy the content start and available to tile with multiple users. However, you can rearrange the tiles and select the content to be displayed manually on each of the user accounts.

  I am for the first time using dbms_scheduler instead of dbms_job.

  We have a situation where multiple users have privilege to run and change / delete a created with dbms_scheduler job.

  The job is running and I'm able to administer as a creator/owner there but is not able to grant privileges to other users.

  I executed:

  -Grant create any job to < user

  -Grant manage scheduler < user >
  but without success.

  When reading the documentation is seems it should be possible to grant privilege on work using alter < user > my_job grant but I don't get that ORA-00990: missing or invalid privilege

  I tried to use dbms_scheduler.create_job.
  What do I have to use dbms_scheduler.create_program?
  With the help of 11.2.0.2.0 (linux)
  I missed something fundamental?

  Yes, you can grant the privilege to alter on a job. As pointed Asy, maybe you just forgot the key word WE?

  That being said, the privilege of CREATING a TASK also allows you to edit any job. However, this privilege is very powerful, so you should be very careful before you give him.

  Use FND_USER_PKG. UpdateUser API to change the password of users - see (Note: 344979.1 - users are not prompted to change their password when using Fnd_user_pkg.) UpdateUser).

  Another possible solution to force these 10 users to change their password. Modify the script in AFCPEXPIRE.sql for 10 users, you want them to change their password - see (Note: 414976.1 - how to Force all Applications users to change their password?).

• How to share the library with multiple users?

  I have a Mac Pro 2008.  I have four internal hard drives.  One of them is an SSD that is my boot drive.  I have another internal drive that houses my music and movies (2 TB).

  I have four different connections - mine (admin), my wife, my son, my daughter.

  How can I share music on (2 TB) library with other users?  I read to the music folder (shared) - however since the 2 TB is not a boot disc, there is no shared folder.

  You try to share an iTunes library, or the drive contains just music files.

  Other users can see the drive, or simply don't have access to the records.

• Disappears problem Wizard of the printer for multiple users

  It seems to be a problem for many people on this forum at the moment where Printer Wizard and other options disappear from the printer software.  I have a Deskjet 3070 and have been touched by this problem.  At least one person with the same printer has posted the same problem recently and someone with a 5510 and someone with a 8600 - all in just the last two days.

  Yes, same question here for my 6500 Officjet has. Before was particularly to be able to see the status of printer ink in one click all the features. All these features have disappeared, I noticed in the last week or two. No update has been installed by myself to the software of HP Print to my knowledge either. Went to the HP Canada website and download the full feature set driver and installed and now have the rear HP Printer Wizard. It's kinda diiferent tho of previous version I had installed with the CD supplied with the printer, a year or two there therefore needs to be a more recent version of the help system.

  What happened here HP? Did a silent update killed the previous Printer Wizard? Would really like to know...

  I have been searching the net for information and can't find anything that matches.  I'm having all kinds of problems through the homegroup and multiple user accounts.

  I would like to know: when a machine (laptop in this case) is off the network, the individual user accounts will remain visible under homegroup?

  If they are not, then homegroup is not for me.

  UPDATE and closing:

  I confirmed that the individual accounts of the user on a machine that visible to another when this computer is connected to another group residential computer on a local network domestic.  Why they don't look just like a homegroup internally I don't get except that the machine would always be part of a group residential e.g. a laptop, as in my case, would be carrying a homegroup with it and not be able to jump on another residential group in a different location.

  What was causing me a lot of trouble has AVG Free.  Attention, the installation of AVG Free homegroup PCs cannot meet or is inconsistent at best.  My laptop would show the user accounts, but not the other homegroup PCs and both could indicate that there is no other available HG machine or sometimes invites you to create a homegroup.  It was a nightnare.

  Here are the rules of its operation.  An application has 1 application form by resource for all users of the application.  These fields must be marked as available in bulk as well to consider if you have more than 1 user on demand.  If you need to provide different values according to the user, your best option is to pre-fill the cards on the form of courses and use logic to fill in the fields.  You will not be able to manually provide different values during the request.

• Error in the role assignment

  I had created a strategy to access the OIM 11 g to work for a final user role. Also, I've created a membership rule in design console to verify that a custom page attribute create a user called UserRole had the value of the end user. I applied this rule as membership rule in the role of the end user so that the role be assigned self if I chose EndUser in UserRole attribute then create user phase. Also, I assigned the access policy that I created for this role in the access policies tab. After this, whenever I created the user with attribute UserRole EndUser role was automatically assigned to the user as well as the access policy is invoked and it worked great.
  
  Then I activated the LDAP sync today and to check it worked I have disabled access policy by changing the role assignment he had to another role temporarily so that he would not get invoked. After awhile, I started the old role in the access policy so that it works as before. But now the access policy has stopped working. Also the user role is not automatically assigned. And on top of that, I'm still not able to assign the role to any user I create later manually. The error I get is:

  can someone please guide me to get the solution for this unacceptable mistake? I don't understand how I am unable to assign roles as well. If at all there is problem with the access policy so only he should have stopped working. But being not not able to manually assign roles is simply amazing. Help, please.
